Had to stand outside and wait for uhaul to be approved for 30 minutes (thankfully it was at least 25 degrees out) I was also charged a cleaning fee for letting them know that their truck was dirty before I picked it up. niceMichael W.

A customer service rep, not from Weavers but from a local U-Haul store (3039228914) canceled my reservation without my permission. When I called back, after calling 5 times because they didn't answer, the next representative told me I hung up on them and so they canceled it (from the notes). Yes, that is how phone calls work - she said she could do nothing to help me, I acknowledged that, and went on to try to find someone who could. Got a new phone that would hopefully work better but my reservation is canceled. I'm sorry, but what an asshole thing to do on someone's moving day. VERY unhappy with that representative and her choice to make my moving day even more stressful. If she can't handle a call ending at an appropriate time, then she should not work in customer service or with phones. I wasn't rude, the conversation was over.HANNAH F.

The keys to the vehicle weren't in the lock box as stated. The owner of Weaver's said the truck was supposedly rented out until Monday, in which case it shouldn't have been rented out to me on Sunday. I tried contacting uhaul several times and got no answer to a phone number that said was available 24 hrs a day. This was unacceptable on uhaul's part. The owner was very nice and had a spare key that he gave us, but he shouldn't have had to do that.Valerie Y.

My originally reserved U Haul was not available as I reserved, and I was forced to find the only last minute U Haul in the neighborhood, which was a pick up truck instead of a 15 foot truck. Terrible reservation system.Jenna P.

Weaver's was great in service and checkout. Unfortunately, the truck had 90,000 miles and a lot of wear and tear on the cargo shell. I also had to add oil to the engine halfway through the trip between Colorado and Utah.Steven K.

The inside of the cab looked like it had not been cleaned out after multiple uses. There was animal hair on the floors, the inside window and side mirrors were dirty enough that I had to pull over and clean right after taking possession of it, and the dash and center console and dust and bits of food inside of it. The whole truck needs to be better maintained.Ian Y.

Dramatically overcharged. Made no mention of mileage charges upon rental. Charged for dolly and pads. No mention of that. So initial charge not even close to final charge. Really dishonest. Extremely dissatisfieddavid S.
