First of all uhaul's estimation of number of pods is extremely off. We putnin the number of bedrooms our house had, said we had more than average stuff, and added an extra pod and we still needed 4 extra pods. When uhaul doesn't give you estimation of full service move prices for your destination your total price will end up being significantly higher. Our original quote was $4500 (with full service) at pickup but between the extra pods if we had chosen full service on the other end our total would have been $10,000 or more. We never would have used uhaul if we knew their initial estimate was so grossly off. They have way too many people involved. Everything I spoke with someone I got a different answer. Half the time they had no idea where our other pods were or what day they were to be delivered. When we initially setup our order, we were told it was easy to add extra pods bit when the movers (hired through uhaul) came they said there were no pods left. That turned out to not be true. We were also told our pods would be moved to a more secure location in Denver but that never happened. One of the lock mechanisms was completely broken off thr pod when we received it and someone could have easily accessed our belongings. The movers who packed the pods (hired through uhaul) didn't do a very good job. Half of our wood furniture wasn't wrapped and is now damages (but there were easily 75+ unused furniture pads left), they loaded 1 pod 2/3 full and put 4 items on another one costing us well over $500 in shipping, rental, and storage fees of an unnecessary pod. Also I called to set up delivery of the pods about 28 days in advance and the lady I spoke with acted like that wasn't enough time. Even though uhaul wants a delivery date a month in advance they don't make their schedule until less than 24 hours before so we had no idea what time our pods were arriving until 2 pm the day before and then the window for delivery was 8 am -4 pm. I got it narrowed down but was told, "the delivery driver could change their mind and take a different route so this window isn't set in stone." If you need to know a month in advance delivery days then you should make the schedule at least 2 weeks in advance. It makes scheduling movers to unload virtually impossible. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend or ever use uhaul uboxes to move again.Carissa S.

Everything was great except your app is horrible. Would not work getting truck so glad office was open at the time of pickup. At return would not work either. Had to use QR code on key return box to go online and was able to close out ticket there. Location was great and people were helpful but Your app needs major updating.Edward M.

This facility is filthy & disorganized. Not enough employees, no place to park, trucks parked all over the property, impossible to maneuver your vehicle around the parking lot safely. Owners & employees do not care about customers, do not offer help, and do not offer any information unless you know what questions to ask. Phone calls go to Uhaul's general number & require lots of time for the phone tree to pick up. I could go on, but why waste more of my time on this business that has no interest in customer service or the protection & care of my property. Buyer beware.Jeanette B.

Thank you to this location for delivering my things to me! After a massive misship caused by UHAUL Corporate, this location worked with me quickly to ensure I received my U-Box. It turns out, they don't deliver to where my home is, BUT in an effort to make up for the company's poor performance, the location sent a driver to me the very next day. Harold (I think) was great and had many stories to tell while he helped me unpack my box. He was very generous, and I appreciated his kindness so much by at the end of such a trying experience. The mobile app was unusable. I could not decline the condition of the vehicle vs photos because the app would hang when uploading photos. I could not check the vehicle back in because the app would not verify a photo had been uploaded re: vehicle cleanliness. Overall my Uhaul experience was horrible, but WCR 15 Boat and RV Storage was a shining glimmer of excellence that made the experience a little better. I give WCR 15 Boat and RV Storage 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, if you have to deal with Uhaul corporate in any capacity, look for a more ethical company. The truck could use a good wipe down inside, it had no window washer fluid and the windows were dirty. Some sort of light was illuminated in the dash. Would recommend because of close locationShannon D.
There is no way to tell when the vehicle was dropped off. I dropped the truck off and called they said there is an app cause no one was there. They said I returned it a day later than I did and charged me $250 extra. I submitted all evidence (luckily I took pictures) and was processed back $85. I only had the truck one day for hours. Customer service was the problem. They sent me to a location that did not have u boxes and I was so discouraged. I was finally told to go to Dacono and the folks there were very nice and helpful. Your 1 800 folks need to get it together and not make folks run around in a time that is already stressful.donna M.

Nothing. To reserve the truck it was easy. The efficiency was excellent throughout the whole process. I changed the size of the truck and it was easy. Then to return the truck was easy and fast. He came out check the truck for cleanliness and gas and I was off and running. My receipt came electronically in no time at all. I was so glad I didn't have to wait at UHaul to check out. It was moving day and I had a ton of things to do. Excellent experience!!! Thank you.Susan Q.
