Karen MThe normally helpful Steve was on vacation, and his substitute did not open the doors until his arrival around 8:30 a.m. There were about 4 of us waiting to pick up our vehicles by then. My schedule for the day was skewed by this, and it further delayed me by putting me into morning rush hour instead of ahead of it. I was very disappointed by the lack of concern about the issue ont he part of the substitute worker. Further, I received a call from a U-Haul rep who managed to ask me the same question 4 times in a row, about whether I would like to change my reservation to a later time; she just wouldn't listen that I had received a rental, but was delayed in doing so. It was a very frustrating experience, and set off my day in a not so positive way.

Dan MThe guys were great! They moved me on a Sunday, after other - 2 other PGH Movers didn't show. Loaded a 2 bedroom apartment into moving van in 1.15 hours - without a dolly. Muscle men! I'd hire them again. Great attitudes and very professional. Would definitely recommend them. Great job, guys!! Thanks!

Aaron GThe brake and turn signals on the original 4'x8' trailer weren't working. The person that connected the trailer was very good and checked everything thoroughly and discovered that the lights weren't working. He nicely upgraded me with a 5'x8' trailer because there were no other 4'x8' trailers were available. The storms were pretty bad on my drive and when I arrived at my destination I noticed that my bins and some boxes were wet.

Safe SI have rented many U-Haul’s in the past and they’ve been decent experiences. However, I want to commend the customer service from this location immensely. The level of commitment to the satisfaction of the guests here at this location is superb. I arrived to pick up my U-Haul and it was warmed up for me and I can’t say enough about how friendly and kind and easy-going. The man at the front desk was major kudos. This location was not close to my house but I think if I have to book a U-Haul from here on out, I will travel to this location specifically because of the customer service. A+ man you went above and beyond.

AMANDA SAlways make sure there is someone you can get in contact w from your offices. I rented from the laundry house and if the guy wasn’t there, it would have been a problem cause the app jams sometimes for no reason so we did everything from the system and it went fine
Jacques RI don’t think you could do better than this location. I have rented here several times and don’t consider ever going anywhere else. They do everything to acomadate me, their vehicles are spotless and well maintained, management is courteous, and unless they can’t locate the size I need for some reason, I would never go elsewhere. *****

BRUCE PWindshield was filthy inside and out. Enormous amount of bugs on it. Truck needed a good cleaning and wash.
