Even though there were approximately 15-20 trucks in the lot (several 10"-which I reserved) they tried to get away with giving me a different size. I had to argue to get what I reserved. Plus the attendant was not wearing a mask. Very disappointed this time. Previously all was fine

The gentlemen told me false information about my reservation and mislead me to think I could get a partial discount for returning it same day. As for his hygiene, he was quite unbecoming. And made me feel uneasy with my experience. I didn't not have trust in his other team mate for hooking up the trailer to my truck. for he looked like he partied the night before or was currently high off something. Not professional. This location was in poor conditions and I'm sad to have given my money to such a business.

The app didnt work too well. I was not able to move after adding pictures of the car. I could not do the return online Car was a little old, no issues but it was pass 120k miles and safety could be an issue.

This was the easiest and best Uhaul experience I've ever had (and I've moved a lot). The online reservation and check-in process was convenient, the rep at this location was extremely polite and helpful (and wore a mask--thank you!), there were many vehicles available (my Uhaul van was spotless and new, and drove better than my own personal vehicle!), and the furniture pads I needed were brand new and still in the plastic. I was also able to leave my vehicle at this location until I returned the van, which was very convenient. Great location and great service!

App is a little tricky. Did part online and part in person. Staff was very helpful.

They charged me for gas which was unwarranted because I showed the first employee that rented it to me where The gas gauge was when I picked it up. It may say 3/4 of a tank on your receipt but mine was not it was below I returned it at the same level but they still charged me six dollars for gas. So make sure that it does not happen to you. Six dollars may not sound Like a lot but do that to every one of your customers and your rich.

Location did not honor my reservation. When I arrived they didn't have the vehicle I booked and there was no manager on site. I had to upgrade on the spot to a vehicle that was impractically large for my job which was a hassle and the attendant didn't seem to care much at all about remedying the situation.

I ordered a dolly with my truck and it was not in the truck that I was given. My pickup location was changed 2 days prior to my scheduled date to a location that was further away from my destination. The reasoning I was given was that the other renters were holding on to their equipment longer than their scheduled time because they'd rather pay the late fees than schedule the rental for more than one day. If it's less expensive to pay late fees than to schedule multiple days, then that sounds like a harmful pricing structure to the people who need the rentals afterwards and are following the rules.

The mobile pickup solution is terribly slow. I don't recommend it. It could be improved by allowing the renter to submit information in advance.

I was charged an extra $59.27, on top of being charged $82.07. I returned the truck nearly 2 hours early and drove it no more than 20 miles total. I am disputing this with my credit card company.
