The U-Haul app did not work for drop off either, so I wasted about 30 mins trying to redo the drop off. After failing, I talked to an employee there and they told me I was good, and to put my keys in the drop off. I did, then the next morning it still showed me that I was using the truck. I needed to call U-Haul CS and they talked to wash works who finally put through the order and closed out the rental. It was more of a headache than I expected and the app needs work. Instead of being contactless, I needed to go into both locations which defeated the purpose of the app and just wasted more time.JAMES M.
Told me I couldn't leave it there because there was no room. I told him I was going to just disconnect the trailer in the middle of his lot because this is where I was told to bring it. After about 5 minutes of back and forth he finally moved a van and had me put the trailer where the van had been parked.ALAN K.

We placed our order for a truck over a month before needing it, mostly because the convenience of the location to our house. UHaul knew for that entire month where the truck needed to be, yet we were forced to drive across town (35+ minutes one way) to pick up at another location. The agent kept saying "but it's only 9 miles from your house" obviously does not understand how large cities work and getting around. I'm not sure what the point of making a reservation is for if the truck won't be where you requested it. Also, we asked for a dozen moving blankets and they only had nine. Again, you knew for a month what our order was. It was a very frustrating start to our moving day experience.James H.

It's not a corporate store. It's a convenience store/laundry mat/ U haul. I stayed there over an hour because there was a problem with the system. I watched over 20-30+ teenager girls buying juuls,electronic cigs, refills for their vape pen etc and the store employee hits on them. I did tell him they were underage he said they're all 21. I said how many 21 years in this town? They're total illegal business conducting creepy people. It should be shut downJohn D.

Clean the inside of the truck. There was a left over soda and a box of candy in the passenger door, and hair and lint on the seats. Also, the floor in the passenger area was dirty.David A.
1. Did not check lights. Had to use flashers as rear tail lights did not work for an hour on PA Turnpike. 2. Front tires would not pass inspection. Worn down to tire tread wear markers 3. The initial reservation was for a location 20 mile away. The location was moved without notification. The pick up and drop off distance time wasted was over 3 hours of time which did not enable us to move appropriately. The lack of notification and misinformation on moving day made a stressful day completely deplorable. Nikki at customer service was excellent and did everything she could to rectify the situation, but the note on the account indicated texts and voice mail which was inaccurate. Very very dissatisfied with the experience and impact on what should have been a simple move.Michael C.

The location itself shared space with a Laundromat and convenience store. The service agent inside was not helpful and just pointed to the truck and said â€œthat's itâ€ it was extremely closely parked to other trucks and I asked that he pull the truck out. Good thing, because he scratched both sides of the vehicle while coming out of the spot. Furthermore he didn't include the utility dolly. I returned to get it and it was rusty and covered in dirt and dry mud.Arun J.

Maybe don't lie- I drove the truck 6 miles- the fuel needle barely moved - I didn't put gas in the tank because the needle was in the same place (7/8) upon return, as when I picked it up. Charging 13.95 for .25 gallon of gas is ridiculous..Lisa K.
