Not sure why the u haul system made me return the truck over 20 miles from the pick up location. I paid to re-locate your truck. Taht cost me time and mileage and gas.jeff R.

This location is a disaster. I arrived and was asked to wait when the owner left to get his food order corrected.(15 minutes) He wasn't prepared to put on the transporter and then had me drive my car on to the transporter. Talk about a safety and liability issue. Then he charged me $30 for connecting everything. The gentleman moved so slow that it took 45 minutes to the transporter attached and my car secured. Them during my ride, one of my tire harnesses came off. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I also, as a business person, thinks this location sheds a poor light on UHaul.Janet P.
I feel this place does not represent U-Haul in the best way possible. The truck was dirty. the check engine light was on. the engine ran rough, and I did not receive the equipment I had reserved that being boxes and a dolly. I will not be renting a U-Haul from this location againMichael D.

Clerk just took the key without checking the truck or giving me a receipt to make me feel comfortable that the vehicle has been recirded as turned in. The clerk said they would email a receipt later, but I would have felt more comfortable getting something right there as evidence that I turned in the truck.Miles C.

Please note - I did not return the truck to Victoria Motors. This is an incorrect address. I returned it to Ron's Food Mart on Spring Park Rd. in Jacksonville. While the person who checked in the truck was just fine, the location was a little sketchy. The only indication that it was a UHaul drop off location was a small, crooked sign at the curb.Marcia L.

When I scheduled the pick-up of this truck online, I scheduled the pick-up for 4:30pm, which was the time that I showed up to pick it up. The attendant at the pick-up location said he was wondering if I was going to show up, and said he was about to rent the truck to someone else??? Also, I wanted the insurance removed, as I did not intend to add the insurance when I scheduled it on line (was told by someone in U-Haul customer service that the online forms default to adding it, and you have to uncheck the box, which I didn't do. Anyway, he said he couldn't remove it, and so I was saddled with that charge for no reason.John A.

Have the attendant arrive on time. I scheduled a 0900 uhaul truck pickup but the store was closed. Only after making a phone call did the store owner have someone show up. I didn't end up getting my uhaul truck until 0945, putting me behind schedule.Ryan M.

The guy at this location would not assist with disconnecting the trailer when I was having problems and said if he helped he would charge $30. He also charged me a cleaning fee when the trailer was absolutely spotless upon return. The only thing left in the trailer was the 6 rented moving pads.JANEA P.

Completing an inspection prior to renting out the vehicle. My first truck option had the windshield gasket hanging off the truck. This should have been noticed before assigning it to me. I was transferred to another vehicle afterward noticing this. Staff was very friendly and professional. Transaction otherwise was very smooth. The local were we pick up the truck was horrible. They didnt clean at all the truck and was very duty inside. The person who supposed to help us, he just told us were the truck and trailer was ubicated feom the front door of the place and ledt without any explanation on how to put the stuff or without be with us to check that everything was ok. The trailer was not well maintained, in fact the strap tighteners were so rusted it took a long time to get the straps tight enough to feel comfortable that the car would not move. Then when I got the car home it was very difficult to loosen the straps so I could get the car off the trailer. I pointed out this situation to the technician who received the trailer and he agreed it would need quite a bit of WD-40.Allen H.
We were not able to pull our motor home into the site for hookups. Also after 3 confirmed conversations with u-haul , we were told upon arrival that we could not use the tow dolly that we had reserved for our vehicle, had to use a trailer, more money, and the area rep Jordan told us we would get a $50 credit for the inconvenience and rate increase which never happened. Also told after we arrived ( not even mentioned before) that u-haul people do not hook up equipment without another fee being charged. Was not a good experienceRon H.
