Jaime GSou cliente ja faz algum tempo, nunca tive nenhuma decepcao com U-HAUL nas locacoes anteriores, porem dessa vez o veiculo estava totalmente sem manutencao, um veiculo com mais de 140.000 milhas apresentando diversos defeitos: * Sem ALINHAMENTO DE DIRECAO ( o veiculo voce tinha que ficar controlando o volante pois o veiculo estava indo por conta propria para os dois lados da rodovia, oiu seja voce nao conseguia controlar o volante. Aluguei por 12 horas ou seja nao consegui terminar a mudanca pois fiquei com medo de dirigir o equipamento, entreguei o veiculo 3 horas depois nao consegui ficar com ele por 12 horas que seria o prazo completo da locacao. Deixando bem claro que nunca tive nenhum problema anterior alugando com U-HAUL.

John SCustomer service was excellent. Aramis was very helpful on two occasions. The truck had rain weather issues. Water was pouring in on both passenger and drivers side due to door seals that kept falling off and causing us both to get wet especially when driving.

EDWIN BThe uhaul had an overwhelming Marijuana smell when you opened the truck cabin. And it was filthy inside the cab. Also the driver side, side mirror was broke. Held on with duct tape and would not stay in place I had to open the window and hold it to see down that side of the truck to change lanes.

Shameeka MI actually always thought Uhaul was much more expensive, so I’ve always avoided it. It was well priced and easy check in process. Would recommend to anyone, even on a budget.
Taylor KI was looking for storage units in the area and when I was inquiring about specific size storage units they asked how many boxes and how much space I believe that I would need, I believe this would be a great feature because I rented a 15 foot truck when I really only needed a van but I just didn’t know exactly what to get sore it would help customers save money and keep coming back to make sure that they don’t over order by getting an insanely large truck. Your lockbox for four keys should be labeled as such instead of just being a black box on the side of the building. All vendor boxes and all drop boxes are labeled as such but not the key lockbox for those picking them up early in the morning or after hours

CHRISTOPHER Ei returned the truck after hours but it seemed to be that this location couldn't handle a 26 foot truck as there wasn't really any place to put it properly but along the curb and the uturn i had to make at the intersection to get to the location was difficult as well for that size equipment but the key drop was nice and i felt secure with the cameras you could see them thru the door and it was well lighted and open area thats the only reason for the 3 stars other than that it was nice and would have gotten 4 or 5 but i didn't speak with anyone either but i am sure they would have been nice as they place was well kept up too.
JULIE HToo expensive with too many hidden fees and expenses. Gas is reimbursable at lowes and menards so ihaul will eventually update or u fall off the face of the earth. If you wanna stay relevant stay competitive because at menards they start next to a gas station generally speaking and they give you enough to roll out of the parking lot, but gas is on you. Meaning menards doesn’t fill your tank, and if you leave them with a full tank they reimburse you up to 20 dollars. Meaning they get cheap gas refills, and never have to fill it contractually while the customer has less hidden fees and charges.

Craig AMy experience was horrible. First of all my pick up time and place was changed the morning of. Not too great when I booked movers THRU uhaul based off my original time. Second, wiper blades were so old they did nothing and when I got caught in the rain it came through the door seal. Lastly, of course my drop off location was changed. Horrible experience. Next time I’ll pay the extra money for a pod.
