The truck was given to me by a tank of gasoline and I had to pay with my money for gasoline that I didn't use
CRISTIAN MTruck cabin was not clean. Location did not have proper supplies. Uhaul website/ app states that supplies were available.
ALYSHA GThe experience on pickup was great, even though the U-Haul app ahead of time caused me potential issues. I received the confirmation link and had a contactless pickup option that i was not interested in doing because I wanted no issues at pickup and was not sure about the process. It with that option it had a separate link that said "find out more" so I clicked on that to find out more and see if it was something I wanted to try, which it wasn't. Bottom line, by clicking on that to find out more it converted me to contactless. Luckily when I got there the person was great and still willing to assist me, which may not have been the case if they were busy as the location is a Sunoco station and the attendant is the store clerk. Talking to her, it sounded like I was not the first person to have this issue, so maybe U-Haul needs to take a look at this process.

gregory hClose this location don't use it. Don't change location somewhere without checking with person first on app. My pick up location was supposed to be an actual Uhaul location closer to me and they (Uhaul) changed it to a gas station location further away because apparently my original pick up location didn't have what I requested. This new location at the gas station did not even have the items I had ordered and the original location had everything I needed so I don't even know why my pick up location was changed. The process to check in took almost a hour to even get the rental and they didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. My pick up time was also supposed to be 8 AM and the gas station location didn't even open until 9 AM. It was a terrible experience. Next time I need to ever use I will be going in to the actual Uhaul building to order the Uhaul and not use the app/website. The tank was also pretty much on E when we picked it up. We had enough fuel to do what we needed though and filled it back up to where it was after we were done.
Johnathan eIncorrect hours listed on the website. They open an hour later than posted. Sit in the parking lot waiting for the person for an hour. Slammed with insurance coverage I already declined on the initial reservation. Charged for moving pads I never received, then charged again for not returning them. Truck had damage to the right front fender that wasn't listed in the inspection. The list goes on...it is being run out of a gas station and evidently the people running it have little experience. I guess I'll pay the price for their incompetence but only once. Next time I'll go somewhere else.
Todd RThe lady who received the truck was super helpful and attentive to my needs. She even contacted someone about me not receiving the blankets or dolly… although U-Haul has not contacted me to let me know that I will not be changed for them.

Gerardo LI scheduled a pick up time through The website for 1030 when I got to the location I'm pretty sure they made me fill out an entirely new purchase after what I had already paid for. I had to wait because the person Operating counter had no idea how the U-Haul system worked and said that I hadn't scheduled anything so then Someone else had to drive from another location to come and meet me and it was all very confusing and time consuming

Allen LThere was alot of fees involved when i returned the truck on time filled it up with gas as well and cleaned it out. Not to mention didnt move far it was 15 miles, and the water pump was making noise i know this because i am a mechanic by trade, and i only made 2 trips at most used 50 or 60 miles

Kimberly MIncompetent and rude. Have yet to receive a final bill that I was told would be emailed to me. The original location I booked with had not changed address on website. Found the new site but person did not show up so I was sent to gas mart. This took 45 minutes...in the mean time I had movers waiting on me and on the clock. Uhaul cost me an extra $120 due to all this issue. Called manager at original booking...completely indiffernt...said call corporate in Arizona. Never again.
