I'm not sure.It was booked by the party store for me but I couldn't find any contact number to call and confirm or ask a question about keeping it 12 hrs or 24. When I drove over to ask I was in a line of customers getting gas and he was irritated and sharp asking what question like I wasn't a customer but an irritation or interruption . The place is not well kept and only has one employee that I can see on site. They don't have time and staff for the uhaul business I don't think? Anyway they will be my backup only bcz of an emergency.sara G.
I got charged full amount for gas when the gas was no where close to 3/4 of a tank! Made a one reservation but wasnt able to return to the designated location when i intended to due to the fact that the location I rented from messed up the reservationJa'Len F.

The guy at the counter helped 5 or 6 people that walked in after me. It took forever to rent the vehicle. He was by himself, but still. When people are walking in after me and he stops and leaves me standing there for 15-20 minutes while he helps them and not me. That is very frustrating.Thomas B.

I had some issues with the ramp not closing and had reached out to Roadside Assistance. The mechanic was very helpful and patient to explain what I did wrong. The whole process took about 2 hours. Wish the wait time can be shorter but I guess is reasonable. Thanks.Cheston C.

It went well for the drop off. No aggravation with details etc. the only thing was your system requires the renter to follow all activity on line so when I asked about the final bill the attendant couldn't tell me. Personnel were great the system was missing a beat.MARK S.

The truck was full of garbage upon pickup. When I asked the staff if they could clean the truck out for me they said no and told me I could either take the truck as is or he could find another truck. We ordered our truck from uhaul online and we were charged $19.99 plus fuel. Order #: 21622417 Once the store manager got there, the store claimed they could not pull out the order which had the store managers name as an added driver and so created a different order and ended up charging us $71.00over double what it should have cost us. We would need someone to look into this and make a refund. thanksGregory D.
The truck that I rented was not driving properly. The steering wheel was shaking entire way and I call uhaul roadside assistance they just transfer me to non answering machine. I do not recommend uhaul to anyone.Jimish P.
We used the 10' truck for 25 miles without running AC, and added 2 gallons of gas to return it. When returned to the Velcro station, we asked the female clerk to check out the truck, she didn't want to do it. This morning I see the receipt has a wrong charge of $7 for not filled the usage. I called the store, talked and explained the situation to a male clerk named â€œ Ron â€œ. We know the gas meter may not be very accurate for a truck. He refused to take the wrong charge off. We are disappointed about it. We trusted the store with Uhaul name. But the store is damaging Uhaul name and business.Ying W.
Steering on the 15' truck I rented was horrendous. It tracks super bad left and right down the road and seems to "slip" or "catch" on something. It was so bad at one point I stopped and double checked I didn't have a flat tire. I recently moved across the country in another box truck and had no issues. The engine knocks. The steering is garbage. Everything is rusty. But at least it didnt smell like cigarettes. Retire that truck please. Save a life. The attendant was ok I guess. Return atrendant didn't even go look at it and seemed too busy to care about the truck.Zachary H.

Process took too long, despite doing online express check-in, the truck provided was dirty, and the location didn't know how to check back in the rental. Really bad experience and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!Dominique K.
We went to the preferred pick-up location, which was about 30 minutes from the Valero. However, they didn't have the truck or supplies we ordered at least one month beforehand. The address given took us to an empty lot. Ultimately, we lost crucial time on the morning of our move â€" about an hour and a half. Better communication before the day of the move (perhaps the day or night before) would've really helped.John L.

Door to trailer did not close properly when I picked it up. When I pointed it out they fixed it. But I was concerned that no one is checking the trailer before I used it. Was the air pressure or brake fluid checked?Samuel K.
The pick up took longer than it needed to be (about 15 -20 min). We picked it up at a gas station and only one man behind the counter that kept helping the gas and store customers before us and in between whatever he was doing with our reservation. Other than that, It was a very easy and convenient return. The same person helped us upon the return and even though there was another associate, we had to wait for the original attendant. He took our milage and the key and the return was much faster. Our final bill was accurate. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend UHAL to others.Eric J.

Truck cargo compartment had been recently painted causing the rear cargo door to seal shut. Like painting a window frame only to find out you can no longer open the window. Nice that they painted the cargo area just sloppily executed.George K.

It took a little while to get the truck as the person working the desk was also serving other customers as they checked out at the gas station, a second clerk was late to his shift that morning. Some of the blankets were dirty, but he was nice about letting me select clean ones from the lot.Daniel K.
I used the Mobile return so there was no interaction with agent. However, when I called to change the drop off location, the agent on line sent me to the wrong place. The whole purpose for using the app or online process is for me to pick the locations I want and not be changed last minute by a Uhaul rep!Donald G.
