The staff at this location was SUPER helpful. When I came into the store there was already a line up, but the staff was able to take down everyone's reservations and get people into their trucks within no time. They also had a really good fleet of vehicles in the back and the staff was very helpful in helping the customers get theirs going on the way. I would definitely reuse this location if I were to move again or recommend it to a friend.Cheng X.

The receipt sent after pick up said the truck tank was 1/2 full.. This in incorrect, The agent told us it was at 1/4 full and to return it with that much gas or a little more which we did. The receipt, which we did not see at the time of pick up is wrong.David K.

Pickup took over an hour while I and others waiting for someone to come back to the office. Although the location says it features a 24-hour drop off I was forced to park the truck overnight and return multiple times to avoid getting a ticket and return during normal operating hours. I wasted money on parking and multiple hours between waiting for pickup and managing parking.Neil B.

I'm so pissed off. I got there at 850 because the place opens at 9am and I had to wait 25 min for the manager to show up who was late. I was on a sensitive time crunch bc I was moving into a new unit and had elevator times booked. Finally the manager came and didn't even ask me to inspect the vehicle or have me aitn anything. AFTER the drop off I received a text to inspect the vehicle to make sure it's ok and it asked me to inspect the gas meter. No one told me anything! Worst customer service ever!Rabbia A.

The gentlemen that work at this location are more than incompetent. They are rude, uneducated and quite frankly, terrible drivers. We were waiting 35 minutes for someone and then after we talked to one of the guys he disappeared to get our van for about 20 minutes. Then came back and said they didn't even have the type of UHAUL we ordered (the cargo van) so we just took whatever was in the front lot. However, that took another 10 minutes because the drivers were all struggling to get the car in or out one way or another. Unprofessional, dirty location. There were about 5 other people there and they were all complaining and receiving the same response of "I don't know what you want me to do." Comical service from everyone working there.Rachel H.
The number of kilometers entered by the service staff at the pick up location was wrong, and the fuel tank was only half. And did not confirm the fuel tank capacity with me. Discrepancy between what was offered online and the actual terms of rental. I had to keep the vehicule overnight because the shop would close and was not able to park there. Then had to bring it back at 9am when shop opens which was quite late for me. That said, I found them fast, professionnal and friendly. The rate was good and material excellent.Gabriel R.

We had to wait one hour to pick up the truck, which significantly impacted the proceeding of the day. The fuel tank of the truck was empty when we picked up which further delayed us being on the road. I only received a bill by email and wasn't informed of the total charges upon return. I think I was grossly overcharged for mileage etc. Hope neve to have to use U-Haul again and certainly not at this location.Dominique D.

location was the reason for the rental and onl;y reason I would recommend to a friend.. Gas tank was not filled and was somewhere between 5/8 and 3/4.making return difficult. I put in more gas than I used due to this increasing customer cost. Van was dirty, especially inside which clearly indicated default as to current covid regulations. To keep safe and protect others I had to sanitize the touch areas myself before and after usage.Yvonne F.

I was overcharged on mileage. I have photos of the odometer at pickup and drop-off that clearly show the correct mileage, however the mileage indicated on my bill was inflated, leading to an excessive charge. I've tried to contact this location about the issue but have not heard back. These people are crooks. Uhaul and their contractors clearly have no interest in serving their customers or upholding their own policies. Too bad that they are basically the only game in town - expect to be cheated; rent at your own risk.Alexandra T.

They were very friendly and helpful and clearly tried their best to make my experience good. That being said, I had to line up for 30 minutes even though I had signed up for a contactless pickup. We only ended up at this location after UHaul changed our location FIVE TIMES!! This is unacceptable Customer Service and we will NEVER use UHaul again. Our pick up and drop off locations were confirmed by Regional Managers. We wasted over 3 hours waiting for our truck rental to be sorted out. Absolutely ridiculous. Particularly since we were paying staff to sit around. Could not be more frustrated and disappointed.Craig W.
I had an awful experience. I ordered a truck for 320 queen st east and when I got there there was a bunch of guys standing around smoking not helping anyone. I finally found the office which was a disaster only to be told by the man who was smoking in my face that they didn't have a truck for me and that I had to go to a new location. This was all without notifying me. He rudely suggested that I shouldn't take it personal.. I then went to the new location and the place was a mess. There was a huge line of waiting customers with no employees in sight. Finally when someone showed up they were able to get me a truck but not before making me significantly late for my move. We had an excellent experience at this location. Check in and drop off was quick and easy with friendly, patient staff. The parking lot was easy to maneuver around as it was off a lane way that gave you enough room to maneuver with people coming and going. There were lots of trucks so I can't imagine you would ever be stuck without your reservation being there as I read in other reviews at other locations. After drop off, we received our contract/bill by email and everything was perfect with no surprises. We were able to move our daughter from one apartment to another in the downtown area for under $50.00. Thanks for a great experience!William M.

I rented a uhaul for 15 hours, starting at 12PM. So, the rental should have been until 3AM. Once I arrived there, they told me to bring back the truck before 7PM. I told them that the booking was supposed to be until 3AM... and they told me to double check my receipt...which was confirm on my receip .. In addition, I have been charged for the $15 of insurance fees that I didn't ask for... Moreover, I got the truck at 12:45PM rather than 12PM... so much they are very slow. Very slow, unprofessional place that try to rob you on your rental time and charge you extra fees... I don't recommend at all...Myriam B.

Did not look like a professional place of business. I did the online checkin to save time but they still made me wait to check in with a person. The service tire light came on in my truck rental. I felt unsafe driving it and asked if I could return it to another location close to where I was and they got upset at me. They said it was fine to drive back so I ended up driving the truck back with that tire service light on. They were pretty rude. Never going there again. They need to have a better customer service and be more professional. They had phone numbers written on the wall!Niral P.

Firstly too much waiting time and although I reserved my truck 10 days in advance but I was told just 2 days prior to my moving that there is no truck available at my preferred site. It's not the location's a fault, but I definitely think the 10 feet truck is not what one would consider â€œenoughâ€ to move out of a 1 bedroom condo. The recommendations on u-haul's website for 1 Bedroom are pretty misleading for someone that may not have experience with moving.Grissel C.
