Dolly was not available as requested and I was pressured to have vehicle by 2pm due to another booking. I think I should have been told these things in advance. I made my reservation in plenty of time for someone to reach out as a courtesy at least.

Pick up in Nashville and drop off easy. truck passenger side did not unlock without key, brakes on truck barely stopped. Brakes were basically gone!!

Driving the truck was awful. It had a cat urine smell that I can not get pass. Another inconvenience was not having the appliance dolly available.

They tell you the total is one thing then the next day charge you more money!! When I called the lady couldn’t explain or answer any questions as to why am I additionally being charged she went to a manager and said the tank wasn’t full ! Which is a lie!!! If that was the case why couldn’t she tell me that at first! Because I made sure to return on full!’ Although they sound friendly over the phone they’ will add fees at the end without authorization I am disputing the transaction on my card and will never use again!!!

Location is a little hard to find and the driveway is steep and hard to turn out of for large trucks. Very good customer service, nice vehicle, clean.

Very slow process the associate was slammed with other customers as she’s running 3 businesses in one location. Laura is overwhelmed overworked and severely underpaid. Horrible set up All for the business owner to make millions. She was helpful, but she had so many interruptions she was frustrated and I was too. No one should be in that situation.

My reservation was changed multiple times, and when I finally got a definitive location, they did not have my van. They then transferred my reservation again. I literally had to beg the gentleman at the last location for a van, as he did not have the transferred reservation. I had made my reservation online weeks before. Further, I am not certain why I was charged additionally after returning the van.

This was the worse place to rent a truck. When I arrived to pick the truck up the gentleman working was arguing with two customers about their rental. I should have left at that point because that showed me exactly what kind of customer service to expect. It’s none of my business what was going on but I’ve noticed people that’s from another country working or owning these kinds of places think they can treat Americans anyway they feel. They clearly don’t care about customer service or the condition of there trucks. The one I rented was dirty in the inside and the back cargo section smelled like fish. I went back to the office and spoke to zakaria to complain and of course he immediately got an attitude talking come let me check it. Everywhere else I’ve rented a truck they at least do a walk around with the customer to make sure the conditions are as expected it this guy. Just don’t rent there!

I loved this facility! The staff was very attentive and friendly, always checking in when I was there. They were accommodating when I booked the unit and there were no hidden sign on fees like there are at some other storage businesses.

Mr. Zackaria was amazing! He was super helpful with getting me my storage unit. He even helped me a little with moving some items when I was pregnant. He helped calm me down when I got emotional. He went above and beyond with the customer service. I would highly recommend this honest man’s business to anyone!

The storage facility is older but gets the job done. The gentleman assisting us was a godsend. Our move was difficult and I had been 2 days without sleep when I opened the unit. We were pressed for time. Zachariah was pleasant, kind, patient, and understanding. I sent a young family member to pay the bill and she was so impressed, she asked me if he had ason. He is truly a nice person. He is an asset to his company. Thank you.

Moved in second week in whole complet storage complex burned down I didn't get the insurance I pray that thay pay I had over 15 to 16.000 dollars worth of do equipment

This storage building had a fire. I wad told my stuff was fine. Nothing was fine. I lost my queen size bed, Clothes and other non replacable items. My daughter was so distraught to lose things.

U-Haul did not have a space available to suit my needs. I placed a reservation just in case. I was able to find an alternative so did rent the space I reserved.
