Dirty inside and out bugs in the passenger cabin and all kinds of dirt dashboard and other panels falling off exposed wires leading from under the glove box to the passengers feet (I don’t know if they tried DYI electrical work and didn’t know how to put it back) 2 minutes into the drive warning lights for gas cap and engine turned on and started beeping upon inspecting the gas cap it was clear it was not the correct fit for this vehicle check in process for self check in was almost worse than my 3 hour rental

MARK S | Overall ExperienceNeed to write the right truck number on the key. Need to fix the app. It was a hassle. I got there at 8:30 (yes I was a little late) but the app was taking so long I wasn't even able to get the truck at that time because it was saying I wasn't at the location and I was standing right by the trucks. When I scheduled the pick up not anywhere on the website did it say I would have to make an account. So I had to do that the morning of pickup as well. I could not wait around because my daughter had to go to the hospital so I scheduled a later pick up time. Had to go through the check in process all over again when I got back The parking lot was filled with cars and I couldn't even get my truck out so we had to wait for whoever it was to move their car . It was truly horrible and I will NEVER rent from this location again but instead go to an actual U-Haul place. I was unaware that this wasn't an actual U-Haul place until the day of . The sign is so small I missed my turn two different times. Horrible horrible horrible . Do better

Faith OOnline reservation kept changing pickup location and it became quite annoying as they did that twice as we had to rent twice. But this location just took care of it by processing a new order to fix the issue without me having to drive somewhere else to do pickup as we were on time crunch.

I think that when reservations are made to list whether or not you'll have the equipment 2 day of reservations make sure you have all the equipment necessary for all 3 if steps 1 and 2 are not possible call customer ahead of time 4 the trucks need to be driven by staff to ensure they are up to speed they shouldn't be stalling or hard to stop 5 customer service/managers could be better with deescalation instead of creating new problems I was thoroughly disappointed with my treatment at UHaul and I don't think I can ever do business with this company again. They did not have my equipment needed for my move and customer service manager was not very helpful and the rep at the location was incredibly insensitive and unconcerned lacking true empathy. The worst of it all was the truck given was not even fully functional it stalled whenever I pressed the gas very unsafe to drive.

The light was yellow prior to passing intersection. I won't be using uhaul ever again for being unprofessional. If I did something you better be able to prove it if you intend to charge me
