Ira Becker is a thief. She tried falsifying the move out date from June 17th, 2020 to June 22nd, 2020. Phone systems were also down after I moved out of unit to report move out date. Tried calling to clear things up, was told the inaccurate move out date had to be reviewed by a manager. Never received call back. Employee was very rude and unprofessional. Will not recommend this business to my colleagues.

It was difficult to get a hold of anyone. One of our staff members went to the storage one day to drop something off and the storage had a notice that rent had not been paid yet it had and when I tried calling someone I couldn't get a hold of anyone for at least an hour or longer. It would have been nice to get a hold of someone right away.

I requested a pull thru spot for a 31ft camper. Employee assured me that north store would have. Got there to look and employee said the only store that had pul thrus was across town. Drove there to find out they are not truly pull threes and we’re way to expensive. So went back to original store to find that my assigned spot would no way accommodate my 31’ camper. My truck barely fit in spot let alone a long camper. If I parked it there it would block others from access to their storage spots.. security gate was open for 2 days straight.. when I went to explain situation to employee she said when I asked for pull thru she didn’t know what I meant and didn’t seem to care. I also Asked why she would assign a spot that would NO WAY accomidate my camper.. her response... I guess I didn’t know it was 31’.... Total incompetence on her part.. her response...oops!!! No apology whatsoever for my total inconvenience!!! In the meantime my camper illegally parked on my street because of uhauls unprofessional employees that don’t know or care what they’re doing. I have used uhaul before and had fine experience.. but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I will spread the word and tell people to go elsewhere. I currently have no place to store camper.. a parking ticket...and a bad bad feeling about this entire situation. Your employees need better training or open their ears and listen !!!! Not ONE word of apology. Shame on that girl!!!! NEVER Again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for a 31’ spot to store camper.. I asked for a pull thru spot.. They assured me they had one so I came to store.. paid...then told no pull thrus but had a 31ft spot for me. When I got to storage area it was only as long as my truck... there was no way a 31 foot camper would fit.. I came to store just now... explained all this.. had same girl I had when I paid and all she said was oops.. so your camper didn’t fit??.... I will not ever do business with uhaul again and I will tell all about my bad experience. The staff did not know their business.. what was available or any compassion about all my inconvenience. Never again!!!!

U-Haul really came through for me and my family we had a very rough moved that require no Morris equipment not only did they help us have a storage but there was always there whenever I needed to move something to get me in another truck or trailer I'm so glad I finally moved into my home but I couldn't have done it without U-Haul the staff was all very helpful in understanding and took the time to make sure I have the right equipment that I need it didn't put me in nothing that was way over budget for me I'm very grateful I would definitely recommend everyone to use U-Haul services for moving or storage. My only regrets was not taking pictures with all the equipment that was provided to me and my storage so I can be U-Haul famous.

Staff was not present-had to go to another location to get locker assigned even though uhaul told me this location was open on Saturdays. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know that was necessary before getting there, especially after traveling several hours with a truck.

Representatives at the store and on phone were great. It’s clear U-Haul has great people, but the processes in place are horrendous. Why can’t you just call the store? Trust your people U-haul.

We found a little water in our unit when we moved out. We had plastic totes in that area so no damage. Overall we found uhaul great to work with and will be a return customer when needed.

Rent a locker that was already rented. I think whoever thought it was a great idea to not have a person at the facility should rethink it. Furniture was spread out the facility. Staff was great.

2 different occasions I was locked out of unit (my code didn't work & companies lock was still on after 3rd day of being paid) gate left wide open a lot. No bathrooms even when it says there is!

Reaching a local CSR was impossible. My calls were transferred, after a long hold time,to a central call center where they could not help me get my space rental closed out.....truly worthless.

The office staff were not helpful and lazy. They gave me the wrong combination number to access my rental unit. Upon canceling staff assured my cancellation however upon verifying that ws not the case

Security gate wasn’t working for 6 months despite my 4 calls. It was wide open the entire time. Also my garage was broke for a couple weeks, couldn’t access. They said the would refund money never did

What a great experience! Sue had the truck ready when I arrived and helped me load the appliance dolly we rented. Returning the truck was a no-hassle process. This will definitely be my first choice location for future truck rentals.

The only comment I would have it for the drop off location that was initially selected - Etiwanda Hay & Grain. We called several times with no answer, left messages with no repsonse, and waited around the business for over a half hour as nobody was there. This location needs to be removed as a drop-off location for a Uhaul as it looks like the place hasn't been in business for quite some time.

I thought the price was high for mileage since I paid for gas and had to clean-up the truck. Maybe first 25 miles are free and then a fee

Although we had reserved our truck in advance (via the number on your website- the UHaul employes on the telephone was very helpful and pleasant), it tooks us over 30 minutes to do the paperwork to get the truck and over 45 minutes to return it to the same location! It took substantially longer to get and return the truck than to move our belongings! It was outrageously slow and inefficient- and you already had all of our info from our phone reservation! I have never written a negative review before so this is not about me being unreasonable- this was unacceptable, inept service!

Speed up, gave all info over the phone. Then when I get there I have to wait over an hour just to get help then another hour of taking info. 2 hours to rent a trailer is rediculous!!

The gas gauge was not checked before I signed for the vehicle. The paper work said there was a half tank of gas in the vehicle, but there was only a 3/8 of a tank. The paper work did not get changed. I had to pay for the extra gas. The vehicle shook violently when driven over 60 mph. The employee at this location was very nice, happy, helpful, and cheerful.

Ensure trucks have a full tank of gas. This would make it much easier for customers to ensure they return the truck with the same amount of gas. I added what I thought was enough gas to replenish the mileage I put on, but it turned out it was not so I got hit with a refueling charge. Very frustrating.

when I phoned my order in I reserved a 6,x12, trailer for 24 hrs. I was told where to pick up trailer @ 11:00a.m. when I went to that location and gave the lady my info and reservation # she told me where the trailer was and I should go hook-up and then come get her for a safety inspection ..I did so she ,she inspected and said o.k. lets go inside and do the paper work ,while we were doing the paper work she asked if I would return by 5:00 p.m. that night .. I replied " no I need it for 24 hrs. as agreed on phone ." she said 7:00p.m. was the latest I could have it ..I am already running late for my job at this point so I asked,What else do you have I could rent for 24 hrs." We agreed on a van for 19.95/day plus mileage..She then told me I would have to go to another location to pick up van so I did even though I am already an hour behind schedule ..When I get to other location there is an Irate customer ahead of me trying to get info on a bill ,the employee was however very curtious and did his best to get me on my way .. Long story short my 30.00/ day rental trailer ended being a 78.00/day van after mileage and another 20.00 for gas because I had to make more trips with the van then would have with the trailer..I really don't understand why my 24hr..trailer rental turned into a 7hr. rental period .. I feel that I got ripped off but I had to take the van so I could deliver product for my job ...
