I would have recommended this location because there were some employees that were great. I started going here the beginning of October I bought over $100 in boxes and tape. Then went back and waited 45 minutes in line to get 2 more rolls of tape (I really like the tape). Later they hooked the trailer up to the truck although again I had to wait a while. When I was leaving town I stopped in to sell back my boxes and they wouldn't buy them back without a receipt. I purchased them a month prior then pack everything my daughter and I owned I had no idea where the receipt was. It wasn't like I brought in boxes I got somewhere else they say Uhaul on them. It was $40 I could have used. I ended up giving them the boxes because I had no room for them. I was mad at Uhaul figuring they knew people moving wouldn't have there receipt, and they probably resold my boxes. One staff even told them he had sold me the boxes. When I arrived in Bremerton and was dropping off the truck I told them about the boxes and they asked if I paid with a credit card. I told them I had and they said the other place could have bought back the boxes using the credit card information. Finding this out made me less mad at Uhaul but very disappointed with the Uhaul place in Spokane.Teresa M.

The only problem I have is that this month i got a text message saying to.come in and pay my bill when I should have been on auto pay. Well the person who had helped me didnt out it on auto pay and I had specifically told him that I needed the auto pay because I have loans out and want to make sure it is one of the first payments to be pulled out. Well when I went to go correct this the guy ended up charging me and left me broke until next month... I wouldn't recommend this location , they tried to charge us 1000.00 for 281 miles for the smallest truck they had , thankfully got it down to 600.00 . Kalispell said they would only charge 400.00 for the trip . The truck had damage previous to us and was not documented correctly so kalispell tried charging us 200.00 damage fee . I walked in and was completely ignored. I am a woman and I was just wearing sweatpants and ready to move. I guess you have to dress like a slut to get any attention from the non mask wearing Republican white trash garbage can male workers at 3rd. I ended up sending my husband in and he got helped right away. They didn't offer us a choice to drop it off at a different location though and we were forced to drive all the way across town to return it. Fuck you uhaul on 3rd. I think corporate messed up on the archaic requirement to give 5 contacts to rent a truck. Really? You're saying I could be sophisticated enough to fake my ID and major credit card but I'd somehow revert to honesty with 5 verbal contacts? Seems easier to rent a truck with enterprise/hertz rather than standing there and waiting for the poor front desk to type in my 5 contacts. Everything else was lovely - thanks!David W.

When I dropped off the trailer I was there at least 2 hours before my deadline. There was no one to help unhook, so I did it myself. A worker walked by when I was done. I told him what I did and I asked if we were all good. He said yes and will check it in when he got time. I said should I wait, he said, â€œnot if you trust usâ€. I've rented from U-HAUL several times in the past and I only use and recommend U-HAUL above all other competitors. This last time was the first time we've ever had an issue. The windshield had a rock chip that resulted in a crack in the windshield while driving it. Other than that I've never had any issues. First and last time renting from U-Haul. Note, I just rented a 15 foot truck to haul a sectional from Spokane to Sandpoint. Simple, right? We went to two different U-Haul locations. The first clearly didn't fully understand U-Haul's booking system and struggled to create a reservation. Then told us he didn't have a truck for us so he called a number and told us that Midtown had a truck and we should head there immediately. We went to this location and the guy told us that we still had a reservation, the previous guy hadn't transferred it so we needed to cancel that one. He then proceeded to tell us that we were lucky because he had one out of town truck left to rent. Which was perfect because we told the guy we were going to Sandpoint and I have a U-Haul location 1 minute from my house. The guy was nice, gave us an estimate and we went on our way. When I went to return the truck that night, he had told us to do it on our phones and I noticed that we had the wrong return location. We were supposed to return it to the location where we rented it from.. so I called and thought it would be an easy fix to switch the location so I could return it. The guy gave me a number to call to speak to scheduling and said â€œthey'll fix it for youâ€. We explained and then argued and then cried with Annetta from scheduling for almost two hours while she made me feel extremely stupid because I had â€œsigned a contractâ€ and needed to return the truck. She didn't take any ownership, didn't apologize, and did not offer any solutions. The key to our truck literally said OUT OF TOWN. And my mom and I were very clear about what we were doing and where we were going. Annetta was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. We finally got a call from her manager who was at home for the day and he called around and we ended up driving 2 extra hours instead of 3 extra hours to return the truck in CDA. The whole experience was horrible and I would expect a National company who has a monopoly on the market to be better managed and give better training to the 3rd party employees they are using to rent their equipment and use their name.ALLISON M.

We were traveling from Boise Idaho to Spokane Washington. We got to McCall Idaho for lunch and could not shut the drivers door on the uhaul truck because the door latch was stuck in the up position. I had to tie the door shut which was EXTREMELY inconvenient. We drove 259 miles trying to keep the door closed enough to continue to Spokane. If that had not happened I would rate the experience higher, however, I got the run around from the Spokane location about any kind of discount for the unconvinced this caused. I have rented from uhaul 2 times and both times something went wrong with the truck and no compensation was given. Not very reputable in my opinion.JUDY C. | First Impressions

Well your store at 903 w 3rd in Spokane Wa. is NOT open 7 days a week at 9 am so you might want to re-paint the building signage and change where you send peopleâ€¦I called in and they referred me to another site after the manager did not answerâ€¦ also the truck I received was dirty, very dirty and the engine light was on because the oil needed to be changed. Not enough staff for the amount of customers. I was originally supposed to pick up a cargo van from the Self Storage location on North Division in Spokane but when I got there oh, there was no van and my reservation info still had that location on it. Tried calling customer service but could not get through so went to the North Division location where I was told that my reservation was moved to downtown. The guy at that location was not very nice oh, I think he was the manager. I drove downtown and had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes. When I got to the front of the line I was told that my van was not there so they gave me a pickup truck. Because the pickup truck was smaller I ended up having to make multiple trips to where I was going and ended up paying $30 more in mileage which was a little upsetting. When I went to drop off the vehicle, only that I have to wait about 25 minutes to even get help , the system showed that I had the cargo van. It was a big pain in the ass, the employee had to return the cargo van and then rent me the track so he could then return it. I was there for about an hour in all. The situation was ridiculous! However all the staff was extremely nice and that's why I rated it with the three stars instead of one.Aprille S.

when checking in to get my rental, it was supposed to be contactless. But the website would not except the password I created, nor would it allow me to change it. S then I had to wait in a long line of people to get assistance. After the guy quickly got me set up, he gave me the keys to a van that was not ready. Which made me be there for another 15 minutes. Upon returning the vehicle, the contactless return did not work again. And after having contact with two employees who said they could not assist me(even though one got on the computer to print off stuff for audits), I had to wait for the one guy who was able to help me. while waiting for that guy, another customer came in to get some propane, I advised him if he didn't want a long wait, to go find it somewhere else.Jeremy C.

This location is a shit show it took 45 minutes to even get up to the counter and in the employee had to enter my information in three different times when I already checked in online and then it took him 20 minutes to hook up the trailer and then we got 30 minutes out of town and someone had flagged us to pull over because there was a pin missing in the ramp that goes keeps it up that the car goes up so we had to turn around and bring the trailer back wasted two hours didn't get to go get the car than I needed and they still charged me when there was a missing piece so I had to bring it backRami N.
There was some difficulty ordering the truck and car trailer online. The guys at the store were very helpful and persistent until they were able to call (twice) to complete my reservation.
