I was charged for an extra day even though we waited over half an hour for the person working there! We were there right on time, 15 minutes early, actually. I had to call corporate headquarters to get a refund. This was after NOT getting the truck I originally rented AND I had to drive an extra 60 miles round-trip to pick up the truck. Again, I wasn't at all happy about that.SEAN D.

Joleen is WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD as an employee!! Promote her, giver her a raise, do all you can to keep her as an asset to your company. It was a busy day at the location, long line, specific situations to deal with and a lot of people with their own "deal". She was friendly, patient while being efficient and mindful of her pacing to get to everyone in a reasonable amount of time. What a gem. Been meaning to go back and get her a Starbucks card or some sort of promotional gift. Take it from an Inventory Supervisor of a crew of 20 people Joleen is A+ worker, praise her and make her the standard for the rest of the employees at this location.Corin B.

We got the the storage place and the lady didnt know how to help us get our storage, so we went back home (2 hour drive one way), to come back the next day and somehow our reservation got switched from a 5x11 to a 5x9 without our knowledge of consent so our stuff didnt fit and we had to have it moved to a bigger one. They offered the original 5x11 but gave us a 8x12 for the inconvience. The Only uhaul available for our move was 30 min drive away so picking up uhual, driving to our house, the state route was closed on the way to our destination so we went over on mileage. The costumer service told us to tell the drop-off location and we wont be charged however when we got there he said i had to â€œprove itâ€ and changed us for extra mileage out of our control. Horrible experience. I have other move soon were i will need a truck and im so upset with this service we are looking into different companies. We currently use storage with uhaul since it was too short a notice to request a new one but i don't plan on staying long term anymore. Assistant manager, alliesha, is the sweetest lady and was overly kind and helpful the manager, erik, was un accomodating and rude. Even hung up on the assistant manager the first day when she didnt know how to help us since he didnt want to deal with it when she called for help.JANAYA P.

The location was understaffed. Only one person was on duty, and he professed to be nee on the job. He was outside checking in multiple trucks while customers were waiting inside. This wasn't his fault, but is a failure of whoever made the staffing decisions. He was unable to help me with my complaint regarding the above mentioned water leak, and could only tell me to â€œcall U-Haul directly.â€ In sending me a â€œcopyâ€ of my receipt, the attached .gif file will not open. I have used U-Haul vehicles multiple times in the past, but I may have finally learned my lesson, and will stop using them. This experience was thoroughly lousy from beginning to end.STEVEN O.
Extremely disappointed that I was forced to drive 67 miles each way to return the trailer. My destination had 2 uhaul franchises and I passed 3 more on my way to the required return site.Billie Jo E.
Your 800 number contact to return equipment was rude and nasty. I should have the choice of where to drop off. Not add 45 miles to satisfy your company and be over on miles. This location was wonderful and glad to have my storage with them. Wish all your staff was like them.Dennis C.

When I called the local number of the office i wanted to rent from it apparently went to a national call center. She made my reservation ok but she NEVER asked what location I wanted to pick up the vehicle and I didn't know she wasn't at the location I called. When I got the email confirmation luckily I noticed it was at a different location. I tried to change it in line but it wouldn't let me do it. So I had yo delete the reservation and start all over.Kathy K.

Location and truck great. Uhaul company overall a mess. Phone ringing incessantly, only 1 staff person. Charged an extra fee and uhaul says â€œcall usâ€ but no phone number. I got phone # and called and it's a 40min wait to speak to someone. I got extra service charge because the uhaul link for drop off did not work. I know location staffer sent it- i watched her do it. Your website bugs prevent me from accomplishing the task. now I have to make a second trip to get my $20 back. you kept warning me about the wrong location would cost me money but I'm standing at the right place I know damn well I'm at the right place but you won't let me proceed because a browser won't tell you where I am and your instructions don't work and I have pictures back it up. are all your clients so stupid they don't know where they are? The office was absolutely overflowing with people waiting to check in, and there was only two staff to help - one to help customers on the lot and one on the computer. It was Memorial Day weekend, I was shocked to see that there was not more staff there as I anticipated it would be a very busy day for this U-Haul location. Also, the bed of the truck I rented had a urine smell and the floor was wet. I requested furniture pads and a dolly and there was none provided; the staff member who was at the computer was kind enough to lend me a dolly from a truck someone didn't come pick up, but otherwise I would have been completely out of luck. Also, this location did not require masks, which, although it complies with State and federal rules and regulations, did disturb me as Eastern Washington has less than a 50% vaccination rate. On top of the fact that this location does not have hardly any parking and the lot can be difficult to navigate with multiple people picking up trucks and getting trailers hooked up to their vehicle, I would not recommend anyone pick up or drop off a U-Haul truck at this location.Mackenzie D.
The trailer drop off went fine. However they would not let us return the unused and still originally boxed trailer hitch and wiring that we purchased from UHaul online. They said there was no record of our purchase. Susan Bane and I had bought everything including the renting of the trailer online at your home site at the exact same moment. Location is convenient. As with everywhere else they are a little short staffed so just be a little patient they are all very helpful. If you are renting park personal your vehicle on 3rd because they get busy, And you might get blocked for a few. Overall, we'll go back when we need toCHARLES B.

I made my reservation for a truck 3 weeks in advance, I put the pickup location at the store 2 miles from my house, I went to the store to pick up the moving truck and they said they didn't have my truck at that location that it was at the Sunset Highway location which is the furthest store from my house, about 20 miles. then I went to that location just to be told that the truck wasn't there, that it was at the 3rd Ave. location which I passed on the way to the Sunset Hwy location. I got there and asked how they were going to make this right because now it has been 2 hours and I've been all over town and lost half my my moving help. they gave me a $10 discount... I literally spent more then 10$ in gas driving from location to location... WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!BRANDI M.

Our uhaul employee gave us the wrong keys. We drove all the way to our location to load, only to find that none of our keys would unlock the back of the truck. We had to drive all the way back to the store. Very inconvenient.Eva M.

The truck didn't have a ramp, so that was difficult. I had to give a 3rd party name and number to verify that we'd bring the truck back. That was odd. You had one person working on a Saturday morning (it's busy on Saturday mornings). Unacceptable wait time due to this. Not the young man's fault that was helping me. He was going as fast as he could. Staff your shifts appropriately for those of us paying for your service. In the afternoon, I walked in to drop off and was just looked at by a young man behind the counter as he put some chewing tobacco into his mouth. After several minutes he asked me what I wanted then told me he can't help me and to just wait. Not good and I won't be back.ERIC HAROLD B.
