Customer service was excellent. I was lucky enough to work with the same gentleman for pick up and drop off and he was quick and efficient and helpful and nice. And the bathrooms and the store were both clean and well maintained. I pre-registered online and pick up was extremely fast. And returning the uhaul was really fast and easy too! I returned my trailer at the same location I picked it up and had a fantastic rate. I will definitely use this service again.

It was very disorganized, when we picked up the trailer they had so much equipment packed in that lot that we had to drive the truck and trailer on some grass to get out(following the employees instructions) as there was no other way to leave. The employees were friendly, although one came up and had us open the trailer to check and make sure there “weren’t any homeless people in there.” Apparently they tend to “sleep in the trailers and sometimes do their business in them” which was slightly worrying but also pretty funny. Other than that there weren’t any issues. More just about the location.

The worst customer service ai have ever had. How can you start helping a customer and leave them standing there to do a return for someone that pulled up during the trailer hook up. After that he helped another customer in store while we were waiting after being in the middle of assisting me. Terrible!!!!

All three gentlemen were friendly, competent, and with good humor

The truck broke down and the help to get me a new uhaul or the help to unload my belongings from over 2 blocks away was subpar at best actually non existent for that matter. Only a transfer to roadside assistance whom only left me on hold for 45 minutes and who only left me stranded for over 10 days while the truck set down the street from my apartment outside the fire department. I am disgusted by this experience and will no longer use or be recommending uhaul to anyone. As a matter of fact i may just post this all over the Internet and put uhaul in a downward spiral for truck rentals. Im even tempted to file a lawsuit get my money back and additional funds for having to haul my belongings so far away because they never sent anyone to come resolve the matter. Then to have the nerve to send me a bill for almost 2000 dollars for a fucked up truck they rented me and a fucked up service they offer is down right criminal. Make this right u-haul or else.

Continually asked same questions. Card system not working, entered my card info manually 5 times incorrectly. No functionality inspection (lights). Incorrectly setup my rental, 3 days when I asked 1day. Other customers in store at the same time were also having issues.

I was supposed to rent a 10 ft box van. They gave me a 14 foot van. I even asked if they were sure it was only a 10 ft and they reassured me it was. after loading it up, a neighbor came by and said I had a 14 footer...I was upset but like I said. it was already loaded.

Extremely unorganized. The workers in the store seemed like they had no clue how to do their job. The woman we dealt with was rude, disorganized and kept checking her cell phone while she was "helping" us, then took a break in the middle of helping us. They had to call the manager Zack multiple times, had him on speaker phone, he was very rude. Our truck was reserved weeks in advance. It was paid for, which they claimed it wasn't. My credit card ended up getting charged twice for almost $700. I had done the online check in prior to arriving, yet we still waited there for about and hour and a half. Every other person who was in there that night at the same time we were also had multiple issues. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Oh and when we got the truck back to our house it had trash in it which included torn up boxes, broken glass, empty water bottles and a cut open soda can that someone had used to smoke drugs off of.

The pick up location was changed and I was not notified. Than when I got to the correct location they couldn't find the truck and my brother had to go search for the truck.

Do not make promises you can not keep. I asked for blankets after I placed the order for a 26 ft. truck and I was told could not put it on the order but they would be there when I picked up the truck. No blankets on pick up day. Why couldn't the order be canceled and typed up again? Driver window handle was broken and was not able to roll down window.

The lighting was good but on several occasions the timer light turned off while I was in my unit leaving me in the dark. Also I think there were homeless people in there the last 2x I was there.

Although things were finally taken care of...there were too many miscommunications about due dates. They locked my storage unit 2x for "non payment" when payment was not due. Grateful to be out of th
