The truck had only 1/4 tank of gas. The guy said it had a 1/2 tank. We reserved the uhaul at another location and it was moved without our knowledge increasing the mileage.

Two minor complaints: 1. There is a horrible persistent smell in the elevator on the north side. Smells like a bunch of used ash trays. Makes for an unpleasant experience every time I use the elevator. 2. Your dolly carts are in disrepair. They rattle and clank very loudly when moving which is made worse once inside the building and in the long hallways with metal walls/concrete floors.

I would recommend the location but not Uhaul as a service, your checkin and checkout procedure is cumbersome, puts an undue burden on the customer. I checked in the vehicle at night, in freezing weather and was not at all comfortable in taking pictures and trying to up load them on my phone just to give you the mileage. I understand trying to reduce employee time but you have moved the technology and time to your customer. I would use anyone else simply to get away from what you want me as a customer to provide. Very unhappy with Uhaul as a company and the direction your checkin and checkout procedures have taken.

The passenger side mirror would move everytime the uhaul hit a bump, so I could not see anything and had to rely on my passenger to tell me when I could switch lanes. The drive would not have been possible without a passenger. For this reason, I did not feel safe. That mirror needs to be fixed.

When I arrived it was after hours. I had issues returning the truck due to the uhaul return saying that my contract number did not exist. I called the number and the man helped me feel comfortable about dropping off the uhaul and gave me a better understanding of an unfortunate situation.

I am a 70% disabled veteran of the armed forces. I usually receive some kind of discount from U-Haul. I appreciate any little help. The lady who helped me this time was not very courteous with me when I inquired about a veteran discount. She said that as a manager she had never heard of any discounts for veterans. It was what and how she talked to me that made me want to go somewhere else.

So, this rental was supposed to have been picked up at the Frisco location on Gary Burns, but the auto repair shop did not put the keys in the box for pick up. Though I didn't get the truck, a hold was still placed on $153.34 for the rental. I called U-Haul and was directed to this location. The young lady on the phone was great and the folks at the Aubrey location were as well. But, another hold for $153.34 was placed on my card for this rental. I was told this was only a hold, but a hold on a debit card freezes that $. $306.68 in the hole at this point. Truck was great, move went great, returned the truck early, was charged another $120.77. Now I am $427.45 in the hole for this rental. I could've hired movers for half that. I was told these holds would drop off in favor of the actual rental charge PLUS a $50 credit For the hassle. I am trusting U-Haul to do right on this. End of day - Service and truck were fantastic...from everyone except the clowns in Frisco that created this problem.

Do not use the Ihaul App for 24/7 pickup as it crashed multiple times during Pick up AND drop off. causing serious anxiety and frustration. I could not successful pick up or drop off and was not sure if the rental was a go or not. Very bad app. However, the personell working at this location were very kind and was a great help.

The couple who helped us were extremely nice and professional. They were so helpful and I appreciate them. There was one concern when I arrived there were no reservation. I called and the person on the phone said no problem they'd see us Friday and there wasn't a problem but without a solid reservation I was concerned. I do have a solid reservation for August 1 for the climate controlled units. Your security seems top notch making us very comfortable. Thank you so much and see you later this month.

The owners are not very friendly and are difficult to work with. I had an online check-in and still had to go inside and re-do everything I did online. When I asked why I was snapped at by Barbara that it wasn't an online reservation. The last time I was there I had an online reservation and couldn't access the truck because it was inside the gate. When I went inside I was snapped at for not using the app. I was also charged a cleaning fee after told I wouldn't be.

Facilities were clean and access to my storage units were never a problem. The climate controlled area is cooled VERY well which is great for storing those items that required protection from the TX heat. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly for both my truck rental and storage unit. The circumstances behind needing to move were not pleasant, but UHaul did everything in their power to make my experience with them as stress-less as possible. They were patient, kind, reasonable, and upfront--all of which I greatly appreciated. The rates for storage may seem higher, but I ultimately decided to go with them, because they do not nickel & dime you like some other places that might try to get you in the door with a lower rates, but then have numerous hidden fees. The unit is clean, climate controlled, very secure, and the perfect amount of space that I needed to house my belongings. I hope that I do not need to utilize their services frequently, but when I do and if I'm in the area, this will be where I take my business.

This facility is cramped and hard to access compared to other Uhaul locations that I have used. The elevator is hard to use because I was required to enter code every time ( had to make 13 trips to unload a truck and had to enter code to open elevator every time )

The wonderful service we have received has been over and beyond anything we could have anticipated. The unit and all the facility are clean and well maintain, security is top notch and staff is extremely helpful. We rented a storage unit for our daughter, felt comfortable having her go there on her own when needed at all hours, and the staff was extremely helpful when it came time to move the items. We will forever be thankful for the help received. I highly recommend this storage facility.
