The unit was clean but it was way too expensive I rented the 19 dollars one and ended paying 68! And the customer service was awful !

This location opens much earlier than other locations. I came in on a Saturday at 7AM and was pleasantly met and helped. There was a high level of professionalism during my interaction. I appreciated hearing all the details of my contract and not feeling as if I was being rushed out the door. When I called later in the day I spoke to a different employee I was met with the same professionalism and friendliness. They answered my questions clearly and quickly. When returning the truck, everything went smoothly. There were no surprises because of how well the contract was explained. I’d recommend and will continue to use this location. The manager is phenomenal and she has either trained or expects other workers to maintain professionalism in every interaction.

You could try to give Senior Citizens as much flexibility as possible, on mileage, return time (for 1 day) & total costs. Their incomes are very limited. Thanks for your service.

I think that the price of 19.95 should not be advertised, I am not sure how but my total came up to nearly $50.00 when i only traveled 4 miles.

From the moment I walked in I was ignored, despite there not being anyone else in the store. I asked the associated who was tendering me for some clarity and her response was "nope, it is what it is". When we were looking at the truck I noted various defects and issues that were very prevelant. Her response was "just do what ever you have to on the link you were text". The windows were so dirty in the inside and cabin had soda cans from someone else. It obviously had not been cleaned.

This is the best customer service on the Southside. I really love renting from this site. I DO ALOT OF SHOWS AND I NEVER WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING BECAUSE THE STAFF IS ALWAYS THEIR TO ASSIST. JOB WELL DONE.

Prompt and professional service most appreciated from the 2 U Haul workers on site. Availability of ‘lost and Found’ elastic straps an added bonus even though not needed for the excellent open trailer rented

Make sure the trucks are inspected because the truck I picked up was damage from the back left corner and there wasn’t any stickers if I didn’t double check it I would have been blamed and held liable for the damage that someone else did.

I arrived, waited in my van for 15 min. and when no one came out to check me out walked inside to see Two Seated Employees look up at me, then finally one of them go's outside to check me out. I followed instructions, waited with my van and could still be waiting had I not gone to the office. I'll pick another location to do business at.

Currently dealing with them not taking the amount held for deposit off and putting back to card. So my card still says I paid 75 plus the 70 for the bill I owed. Never happened before and if I wouldn't have checked my card would not have noticed. This is unacceptable and like I said never happened before which makes it seem strange.

I originally signed up for a uhaul through truck share 24/7. When I arrived at the location to pick it up, the store was closed and there was no uhaul. I was switched between people in customer service for about 2 hours and had to drive around the city to different locations after being directed to different places twice. Once i finally arrived at Gage Park, the woman was very friendly. However, the rental I ended up getting was more expensive than the original truck I’d tried to rent and I was many hours behind in moving out of my apartment because of the mix up. If I could get reimbursed for this, I would appreciate it so I can continue to use Uhaul in the future and not rent from another place.

The staff at the location itself was very helpful. The issue was with uhaul itself. I have rented from this company for years. Yesterday I go in to rent and am told that I owe $3000 on my account. I rented in 2016 and again in 2018 and was never told about a past due amount due back from 5 years ago. Long story short, everything was cleared up and my name cleared of the false charges. However, it took an hour and set day back. You need to do a better job! One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Considering never using uhaul again!

Be open late. We always have issues with the app returning the truck. This was our second time we couldn’t return it. We had to leave it there. Couldn’t do the steps required on the app to complete the service.

Secondly people who inspect the equipment before giving it to people my truck was VEEY HAZARDOUS.... something that thorough inspection of a truck would have found immediately I had to drive to find out and couldn't bring it back because I had to move immediately
