Get more fuel efficient vehicles. I only drove 20 miles, but used 4 gallons of fuel 😮
CHRISTOPHER T.I am extremely pleased with the staff and how accommodating they have been. I moved from Texas to Washington, and had to be in a short-term rental for 5 weeks. During that time I had to access my U-boxes from storage and the staff made that very easy to do. My delivery arrived at my permanent house safe and sound, even through some very tricky maneuvering up my dead-end street and my driveway built on a hill. U-box pick-up was easy and staff communicated with me about arrangements. Thank you all for making this monumental task of a cross-country move easy and stress-free!

Also when you advertise 19.95 per day and my bill was 105.00 plus gas. It is very deceiving border lining on false advertising. I have rented for years at this location but am very disappointed

Kjerstin S.I did the express online check-in. When I arrived, I was refused my rented trailer and told to go in and stand in line. 1 hour later, and all pissed off, I was out the door. This had a domino effect on my entire day. Your express check in does not work, and the employees have no damn sense of urgency as they talk very slowly, making the long line not move. No Uhaul place is ever fast, but this one takes last place, and especially considering the promised, and failed, expedited process. I'm buying a trailer, and this day has decided so.

Hailey C.i checked in my uhaul with one of the workers and he told me i was all good and sent me on my way, then a few hours later i called to see if they could check for my wallet in the truck and when she went to look she told me she went up to the truck and it smelt like weed so she put an extra $80 fine on it which made no sense because neither i or anyone who was in the truck smokes and it didn't have any odor of weed when i dropped it of, nor did it when i was being checked in by a worker.

Even with three employees taking in customers, I waited 20 min with only 3 people in front of me.... there were more people behind me when I finished, and many questions I was asked were duplicates of the one I already answered during on-line check-in. After the paperwork was done, Abdul helped to get our rental and get me on my way. He was GREAT! He is like the ray of sunshine for the Everett location. Other employees aren't nearly as courteous, friendly, or helpful.

My wife asked if she could look and see if another UHaul dealer had one available. Said she couldn't do it. We walked out and my wife searched and it gave us the place we were just at. We walked back in and had another employee help us. He was great. Recently hired and not tainted bye her good for nothing attitude. I'm surprised UHaul would allow someone like that to represent their company. She is truly a piece of shit.

CATHERINE W.Was forced to rent a 20 ft truck vs a 26 ft truck after a reservation. Ended up costing me an additional $6k forces to hire a moving company to ship the rest. There are reasons for renting specific equipment and when UHaul does not meet their commitment, it's a huge impact to consumers. I did talk to president of UHaul who talked to the storage owner...they provided me a few months of free storage rental! Much appreciated. Heads up, your rental is NOT guaranteed.

GREGG STEPHEN H.Vehicle was clean overall but the windshield was not clean on the inside which made the condition critical driving into the afternoon sun. Suggest dedicated cloth/rag for this task. Facility is rather cramped to the point where maneuvering even the 9-foot van seemed a bit risky, coming closer to the other vehicles than ideal; not sure how they get trucks around the building. The return with gas to the level you checked it out is rather difficult to safely achieve, as even if you note the level on the gage, you'd have to keep the key in the "ON" position while fueling, with the door open, and enter and leave the cab potentially several times during the refueling. That action is specifically warned against at the gas stations.
