You could not improve upon this transaction, it was flawless. The truck was super clean and drove like a dream. The counter persons gave the best ever impersonations of loving their jobs and their lives. I was convinced I made the right choice of going to this U-Haul store!

The place is old and run down. There is no room for parking. And I do not care for how you do business. I dont care that you use a special app to take a pic of my license. Its still a personal cell phone that leaves the location. You as a company obviously dont care about protecting your customers.

After making a reservation and doing express check-in. I arrived 15 minutes early and do to what seemed to be under staffing it took over 45 minutes to get a trailer. The lot was a disaster with no where to park because U-Haul truck were in all the customer parking.

I don't live nearby. I only used this location because of its proximity to Whidbey Island, where I needed it. So not recommending to friends because none of them live in Everett. Otherwise, my main problems were this: 1. I was not told about gas levels. When I started using the truck, I immediately noticed it was very low (1/8th tank) of fuel. So I put 5 gallons in (for a total of 36 miles driven). When I returned it, I was informed there would be fuel charges due to the low level of fuel (a little under a quarter tank). I complained I was not told about it, so they made a "one time exception" and waived the charges. 2. I was also not told about the 4:00 closing of the warehouse related to UBox access. I returned the truck at around 3:55. They were also kind enough to help me out and let me access it until I was done. Nice. But again, I wasn't told. So look into training the guy who initially rang me up for the truck when I started. He should be more careful in explaining these things. Everyone there was struggling to keep up with the amount of work going on, so the front desk was vacated often, with people waiting. Seemed like a bad idea to leave the store without staff while they attended to issues outside. There's your feedback.

Uhaul was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole moving process - I would highly recommend them. People on both ends of the major move (over 2,200 miles) were knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful, and gave good suggestions. Using Moving Help was terrific - both sets of movers were professional and respectful and Uhaul's method of payment for it really protects the consumer.

A tow dolly was rented to haul a mid-size pickup with mud tread tires. The tire web tie down strap was JUST BARELY long enough to catch and hold on itself. If that strap were to be lengthened by three inches, it would fit any tire without an issue and still not drag on small tires.

Needs to be an easier way to inform you that the uBox is ready to pick up. Both drivers said I could call to let you guys know it was ready, but when I did I spent over 15 minutes on the phone both times just to say it was ready to go.

If a location “doesn’t do ubox”(My original schedulers location) please don’t allow Scheduling to that location. I had to scramble around looking for a ubox at a different location. So thankful I was able to find one but I only had 45 minutes to load up my ubox because my ubox wasn’t ever delivered. Also when my ubox arrived to the final location I was nearly ripped off and not offered the correct refund? Have a receipt for a partial refund but have yet to see it? Overall the customer service at the Everett location and when I picked up my moving truck from Lynwood, there was great customer service and the employees were helpful. But the whole process was a complete mess, when it really shouldn’t have been in the first place. Also emailed customer service a few days ago and have YET to hear back from them. Will be avoiding uhaul from here on out because it’s unreliable.

Associates at this location didn't seem to know what they were doing when they couldn't pull up my contact when returning the truck. There didn't seem to be any communication between employees either. The manager has no accountability or regard for his customers. I mentioned I wanted to call corporate to soak about the service and all he had to say was go ahead-the call will just be routed back to me. No accountability. Very disappointed about the service they provided and would not recommend this location and will go out of my way to make sure this is widely known since there isn't any accountability for the people who operate these franchisees.

What happened during the plan of moving in one day, turned into 3 days. I had unreliable help. But the store employees were courteous and helpful. Excellent customer service skills. People on the phone were so easy to deal with; they didn't drill me for information. They just got the request and fixed my drop off later than scheduled; more than once. Everything was so easy. I felt a little sorry for those guys that were at the store when I brought it back 10 minutes before closing, two days later than the plan. They had their whole lot filled and then along comes me with my 20 footer. I parked the truck, got out and I had to look for a way to get to the store because the trucks were parked so close together, that I couldn't get between them. I had to pay four people, that did the work of two. Two dropped off after the first day. The other two stuck around and it drug out for another 2 days. Then they left me stranded with out a way to get my car when I took the truck back. By the time I got the truck back to the store, I was in tears and the workers their were so nice. I'm a 63 year old woman and going through all junk that happened with the moving, and then the young gentlemen were so nice, it helped take the edge off. By the way; I'm still not moved in. I have another truckload still at the house. So I'll probably be reserving a smaller truck this weekend. So an improvement would be if you could hook me up with a couple of good movers.

Overall my Uboc experience turned out alright. My stuff got here safely. It did so I’m a timely manner. The only reason for my low score. Is that when I opened my container during the time I was moving my stuff into the box the loop for the latch to go over snapped off. I called and tried to get assistance by either getting someone to come out and help put a new loop for the latch. I even asked if I could drive down and get the piece myself and fix it on my own. I was met with a I’ll call maintenance to see what I can do. I never got a call back. I then called again a couple hours later of sitting in my car to make sure my stuff doesn’t get stolen. The 2nd call the lady just said no we can’t do anything for you. I was left with having to fear and find a way to make sure my stuff didn’t get stolen at an apartment complex. The only redeeming factor of all of this is that Crystal who works in the bothell area was amazingly helpful the next day when it was scheduled for pick up. I believed she should get an award for employee of the month or something along those lines. Anyways, I’m sorry for the novel but I just want to say I was really kinda disappointed in my experience with Ubox. I know it’s a freak coincidence but the fact is that I could have had all my stuff stolen if I didn’t stay in my car for hours before falling asleep and even after I feel asleep. It could have been easily stolen. Also go answer one last question Crystal did check to make sure that the container would open and close before she left. This event happened afterwards. Was told if I returned before 6pm, and in clean condition with gas it would be $20 off, none of that was true. At the counter after I returned it I notified the guy and he “couldn’t adjust anything”.. I picked the truck up, and it was filthy. Crumbled chips all over the back, and an empty soda container. Also said gas tank was 7/8ths full, was only 5/8ths and I returned it with more than 5/8ths. Not too pleasant of an experience

This location seemed to have a problem with trying to lease vehicles with no gas. Who sends a vehicle out with a tank under 1/4? When i returned the vehicle i believe the lady was drunk and it was before 11 AM. She was nice but i hope she didn't move those vehicles. She kept trying to collect money from me although she owed me a refund.

We had a horrible experience. Pick up in Marysville was fine and our delivery date was to be 12/3 in Surprise. We flew down to Surprise and when we got here we got an email saying delivery was rescheduled to 12/11, our rturn flight to Everett is 12/7. I called the U-haul number and the woman there couldn't answer any questions as to why the delay and gave me the number of the Everett site. The guy there was no help, had to ask someone else for answers to my questions. He also said there was no direct line to the Litchfield warehouse. I called the U-haul number back and got someone that gave me the phone number and address of the Litchfield office, said she would file a complaint and have a supervisor call me back. Never got a call back. Did find someone helpful at the Litchfield office who said he would research it and get back with me. He e-mailed me the next day and said we were back on the 12/3 delivery date. The person who delivered the box was friendly and said she was never trained on backing a trailer into a driveway. I helped her with that as well as removing the trailer from the truck, as she did not know how or have any blocks for the trailer. Pickup the next day went okay, just a lot of drama and un-needed stress due to the email stating our shipment was delay by 8 days.

First of all my husband came in to rent a uhaul for 39.99 with unlimited miles. They didn't have it in so we had to take a 20 foot .The first one they gave us was damaged. At that point the employee had to write up a new contract, the milage was incorrect. and charged us twice for a damage dep 100 for the first and 100 dep for the second .We also were charged for hazardous waste. We were charged for mileage before we left the lot .The customer service we received was extremely rude unprofessional. The time we had the uhaul we never had the person ,mind you we paid cash only !!! When my husband & I came back to figure out all of the invoices we had 6 or 7 .Even the one employee said yes you are owed money back.Then the manager came over and was abruptly inconsiderate didn't have a min to go over the paperwork .Iam appalled that people are working at uhaul & treat paying customers so badly. I called corporate office to make a complaint .So when we came in the mngr said i can't do anything since you called corporate. Sincerely Mr Mrs Lindquist.

The gentlemen who got me setup, Shaddan, I believe, knew his stuff. He was courteous and quick, I was in and out with my reservation in 6-7 minutes. Truck was clean and ran well, worked out perfectly in terms of size. I'm a big fan of the email and text-based check in and out. It really streamlined the process and provided me instant and durable contacts and receipts.

Manager Shadan Leggett was outstanding and professional Made this location shine. Exellent customer service by Mr. Leggett!! My only critisim is that my locationdesired and on my confirmation showed my Monroe location and if I had not called to confirm truck being ready I would have driven an extra 60 miles, as my agreed upon location does not have one-way trucks available, even though web site indicated Monroe WA was the origin location.

In Somerville, the staff were fantastic. There was some confusion about delivery but they were able to resolve it before the ubox was shipped away.

I saw the TV infomercial for U-Box and feel it is much better than the PODS container. I shipped three U-Boxes from Washington to Colorado. There was no damage to anything, which included some cabinets with glass doors. Part of the reason is the packing, but part is also due to the care that U-Haul took in shipping. The containers had to be delivered to us one at a time and unloaded, and the driver even helped unload. It was all done in two hours. There is nothing we can complain about...the entire move went as well as we hoped, and better than expected.

I was not given the rate quoted to me over the phone when I extended my rental. I was over charged approximately $150. The person assisting me (apparently the manager) was complacent and clearly had no intention of entertaining my position or fixing the overcharge. I am currently forced to pursue my complaint up the ladder of management. Proceed with caution with these people.

The one thing positive I can say is the truck ran well and was clean. Other than that I will not be returning to this location due to the fact they do not pull the truck up to the check in/out area for you after renting it, I’ve been to several uhaul locations and they always pull the truck up and look at the gas and mileage and inspect the back with you. They had me look around the whole lot for my vehicle in the pouring rain for 15 mins. After checking several truck doors that were parked in the check in /out area with the key and them not working I went back in and asked the person who helped me (his name tag said owner) where the truck was and that maybe I had the wrong key he told me oh you have to look at the number on the key and match it up with the number on top of the truck and say it was located somewhere on the right, was not. So I took it upon myself to go look in the lot on the whole other side of the building and the truck was there wedged between two other trucks and hadn’t even had the “rent me” cardboard taken out the front window. If they didn’t have my debit card on file I wouldn't have been so carful not to side swipe the other trucks. I don’t know if this was protocol or if he did this just me since I didn’t want him touching my Id and debit card after he was picking his nose and said it loudly. Never returning

Indiana and off-site customer service were downright awful. Poor communication, poorly organized. Moving things into the UBoxes was really stressful... the arrival side was excellent. The Washington state team was communicative, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Not sure I would recommend Uhaul to anybody else given how badly it went on the front end, but all of our worries were gone when we got to our destination.

i was told that I'd get a phone call when the driver was on the way to pick up my box, and that the pick-up window would be between 12:00 and 4:00 PM. I went down to put the last of my items in there at about 11:50 and the driver was gone, not a single sign of them anywhere to be seen and no phone call. I called, and was told that they'd have someone back out that night but it didn't happen. I called the next morning and had to hound the center to get somebody back out to me, and was given only 30 minutes to get the rest of my stuff in the box. I'll never use this service again.

The u box wearhouse is at the back of the building. No proper sign boards. And could not figure out where the front desk is. Was standing outside for several minutes before the attendant came out.

I made a reservation to pick up my ubox. When I arrived, a trailer was not ready, and my ubox had not been made ready for me to take it. It took nearly an hour before it was ready.
