Multiple employees with masks under their noses, the main worker behind the desk had his mask beneath his chin while finishing a private phonecall for several minutes before even acknowledging me. I normally do not put in bad reviews, as most places are just trying to stay afloat amidst all of this. What pushed me to it here was waiting nearly a full 5 minutes to be acknowledged, to then be addressed with nothing more than "turning in a truck?" and the slowest movement I've seen outside the Zootopia DMV, his mask remained firmly affixed beneath his chin. I do not expect stellar customer service from my local U-Haul, but I do expect pandemic precautions to be adhered to, and to be acknowledged as a human being. Extremely disappointing experience.

There was an issue in the billing where I was charged twice. The issue has since been resolved. I had to follow up by calling 3 times in two days and even sending an email before I got the extra charges returned. This was quite stressful and annoying on my end.

Customer service rep at pickup was awesome and did a great job. The clerk at counter when I returned the truck had an issue with me leaving in the area specifically marked for returning equipment. His real beef was he had to walk 30 more feet in the rain to get to truck. His attitude was a real turn off considering I left equipment where the signs said to leave it. Think he needs another job or one that doesn't involve dealing with customers. Other than that this facility was awesome.

The customer service rep I picked Ubox up from was an awesome employee but when I returned to drop off equipment the guy was a different guy and this one had a very sour outlook on life and is a bad choice to be dealing with the public

We were given the wrong trailer to begin with and nobody cleared out the snow so my husband almost slipped and fell while he was doing that. Nobody that works at the location seems very friendly or helpful or even seem to know what's going on. Very unprofessional and we'll never use them again.

Better service. I was told to get there by 7:00 When I pulled up I told person checking me in that I used a 1/8 of a tank. Would you just charge for fuel. She said yes, instead I was charged another $80. I said since you close at 8:00 I can go a half a block to grab fuel. This is in acceptable

The truck check engine light came on about 5 miles into the rental. We were on hold for 15 minutes to talk with office, they were not very helpful, wanted us to call road side assistance.

Not the fault of the Tukwila facility, but the call center said we'd be able to get moving help to deliver our pods to our house in Tennessee from their storage in Alabama. That wasn't the case, but uhaul did accommodate us with two 26' trucks at a discounted rate, so we had to empty the pods at their facility and drive our belongings to our house. It sucked, but we made it work.

The customer service was terrible this wasn't where my initial reservation was made but ti was sent there from another store since the truck I needed was never returned. I came to get the truck to it being on E when I explained that this is the second inconvenience of the day from Uhal i was just told i can cancel the reservation. The truck drove like it wanted to shut of any moment while driving it was terrible

Technically everything I had fit into 4 boxes as recommended by U-Haul for a house of my size (3 bedroom) but just barely. The last few things were crammed in and did suffer some minor damage. And this was after having gotten rid of several things beforehand I didn't want to move - there's no way an additional sofa for example would have fit into 4 boxes. For a 3-4 bedroom house, it should be recommended to rent 5 U-Boxes.

Trailer was full of debris when i picked it up. I returned it the same and the guy said I will be charged to clean it. You guys are not doing a very accurate job. Making other people pay for others debris. I use u-haul at least 6 times a year. I will find another service provider.

We had some shifting and minor damage. People have all been nice. It is very hard moving cross country. Not sure if the best way. Probably should have hired a van. Hard loading in Seattle. Unloading Maine was easy and quick. Too many blankets. They take up alot of space. Containers not great for bigger items 2000 lb max, The boxes are just big enclosed pallets. But, hopefully we get out last box and all is good!!!

When we give 24 hour notice to access the Ubox, the uboxes should be ready to access when you say they are. We had to wait in line for an hour to tell a grumpy employee that our boxes were stacked and not accessible. I don't think this is right. Also the mobile check in and check out of trucks is super broken. The app doesn't let me upload photos when taken through the app, and also not being able to use it if you are an hour to pick it up is ridiculous. Please do better.

I specifically asked if the vehicle had been cleaned. I was told "yes". In fact, there was various kinds of trash inside, including much debris on the seats from snacks (chips, cookies, drinks, food wrappers. I had to clean it before departing the establishment. I also had to go back in and remind them, for the 3rd time, that there weren't the reserved dolly and blankets inside the back of the truck. The phrase "customer care" is rather meaningless at all U-haul locations, including this one.
