They are trying to charge me for fuel. The vehicle was 3/4 full when I picked it up and I put fuel in it to 3/4 full upon return. This fuel charge has never happened any other time I've rented from U-Haul. Not cool.

The ladies behind the desk were awesome. Great customer service, knew how to carry a conversation, and really informative. The guy I dropped it off to was the opposite. No communication, made me ask all the questions, not friendly. If these women are working all the time then yes I would recommend this location.

Had a bad experience with burien Uhaul, I went to Tukwila, the ladies at the desk were helpful and the guys who check the truck in at night were prompt and courteous.

After using rental went to return it found my address was in correct on invoice. I asked associates to update my address and wanted to pay cash.Then another female associate/ lead on duty a merged from back office/storage room she was brash with me very nasty in her tone, treating me poorly. She said said we can't up date your information, because your invoice is closed. I said close want to pay cash how did it get closed, be sure the associated I was working with was in process of updating/cash on account. She said up date next time you next you rent equipment. I said butyou have wrong address associated to my name and phone number, she refused and our interaction did not end well. I have never been so disrespected at a place of business, it was awful customer service from a business I use at least 1 to 2 times a year. Poor customer service all around ----- other observation---A little girl maybe 10 years old was sitting at counter when I entered store and the other person was texting on her phone, while lead/person on site treat me as if I hand some how ruined her day by renting from her store. rating-1 and will never refer any to the store

The truck was low on oil at pick up. I would think this should be checked before picking it up. They quickly added oil for me and had me on the way. The headlights were not aimed correctly. The were pointed toward the ground causing a very uncomfortable and stressful drive. My drive was at night and on highway passes and unlit country roads. I did inform them of the headlights upon returning the truck. This should be checked before sending the truck out.Other than that I have to say it was a good experience. It was a very fast pick up and return of the truck... thanks!

We got absolutely gouged for a 10-foot one-way truck. Not like the location had a shortage of trucks. Woman at the counter didn't even leave her desk to do a walk-around -- just handed us the key and didn't say another word. Horrible company with horrible service. Good news is it's inspired us to buy a trailer, which will pay for itself in one haul.

I was charged over $600 more than I should have been due to incorrect starting mileage. I was told Sunday a manager would contact me monday morning and I would not be charged. It has been 3 days that I have been trying to contact the uhaul location, I have not heard from the manager and my credit card was charged.

Overall They have made this a very stressful situation before during and after. Not just this location but Uhaul as a whole, some reps were ok but otherwise just overall stressful and still dealing with problems I think for when we have to move in a month from storage to house we will use penske or budget even if we have to pay more

After my reserved truck never showed up at the original pickup location, I was transferred to this location. The associate at the desk was very nice and professional, but the truck had problems. The fuel and mileage were wrong. This issue was promptly fixed. Then I noticed the prior customer left their lock on the back and there was no key for it. Their maintenance person didn't have bolt cutters, so they said they would drill out the lock. An hour later (1.5 hours past my original pickup time) they told me drilling the lock didn't work. I had no other options and I needed the truck 1.5 hours ago, so I opted to take the truck anyway and remove the lock myself. When I got to my destination I was able to remove the lock in 30 seconds, not sure why Uhaul couldn't do that, only to find 200 lbs of garbage left in the back from the previous customer who left the lock on. Bags of garbage, broken furniture, broken boxes and clothing. I had to make an extra dump run that cost me $50 and half an hour of time I didn't have. So I requested a refund of the truck rental and as of yet have not gotten it. They gave me a $50 credit then charged me the full amount for the rental. So they covered the dump run monetary cost, but nothing to address the hardships I endured. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but this is the worst rental experience I've ever had and it's still not resolved.

Rico was very helpful. The extension I was supposed to receive on the return didn't happen, so I had to call to fix it, but the staff was helpful the entire time. My main negative experience was not the fault of the staff, but of location/security. Some people were attempting to siphon gas and perhaps steal a vehicle while we we're returning ours. Granted, it was midnight, but we felt very unsafe until the Tukwila Police arrive.

This is my first time leaving a bad review on any platform. I usually didn't care about the rude service, but this time was different. I reserved a cargo van an hour before I arrived U-haul online. When I arrived the location where I was supposed to pickup my cargo van, the man told me there was no reservation. Then I showed him my reservation on the app, and he started to asked my last name and checked the reservation system. Finally, he saw my reservation but there was no any reserved cargo van for me at the moment, and he needed to transfer my reservation to another location which was 8 miles away. (We all know the distance is the cost of renting a U-haul) I asked him am I qualified to $50 guaranteed by U-haul politely, and he replied me it is guaranteed. "We guaranteed that you get a car. It's just at another location" He replied me so naturally. I showed him the policy, and it should be TIME and LOCATION. He didn't care about it and even questioned me would you keep the car if someone else rented it 2 days before I did. I told him you shouldn't let me reserve the car if someone else took it already. He didn't even apologize anything during this process and treated it like something happened all the time.

1 person was working. We were there waiting in line with several other people far too long, after having our pickup location moved with no advance notice, from Kenmore to Tukwila.

We originally had a confirmation for the rainier location where we waited in line for 45 minutes. Then denied a uhaul and the agent at the desk was incredibly rude and no help. We left and immediately returned to ask a manager why and how when we had a confirmation email saying guaranteed and see you at two at that location. The first agent also yelled to the others in line. If you don't have a confirmed reservation at least seven days in advance we do not have a truck for you to try and shame us? We had a confirmation . The manager apologized and sent us to the tukwila location. The rainier location made what should be the easiest part of moving in stressful and insanely time consuming.

I didn’t get the young man’s name who checked us in and hitched up the trailer I rented, but he was excellent. Polite, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Got us hitched up and on our way quickly and hassle free. Using the advance check-in helped too.

Only one worker available . The gas was at 1/8 th of a tank upon pick up. I put it back to 1/4 tank like they said and I was charged for 8 gallons and additional fee . This is not correct and I want the difference back .

Follow through with reseevations. Dont offer an upgrade and not honor it. The "updated" reservation didn't reflect the discount either. I ended up paying nearly $300 over the priced we had agreed on. After the OVERCHARGE they proceeded to leave oit all the extra moving supplies I had requested on 1 of my trucks. This will be the last time I EVER use Uhaul for moving anything. BEWARE

Wow !! I found the Duwammish U-haul to be easy to enter drop off and exit. It was clean and spacious, The employees were kind and professional. I mean it. That place was nice

I have used u-haul over 40 years. Always had a full tank of gas and ready to go. Extremely disappointed the truck had less than a quarter tank. We were traveling 47 miles. Bad change to customer service. Also ordered a appliance dolly and realized when leaving there was not one in the truck. Had to go back to get it. Always been so happy with you guys until now.

I was hoping to pick up the rental in Lynnwood - and I got confirmation over the phone this was ok. After about 4 calls from U-Hual, I got re-routed to this location (btw, it's an awesome location) -- but it added an extra 1.5-2 hours out of trip b/c of the location -- which was _NOT_ awesome.

It appeared no one in this office knew `anything they were doing besides the manager. They were extremely confused with their computer systems and no help when I had questions. go to another office
