Staff was extremely lazy. When i went to rent a uhaul. They said they didn't have any available. There were 2 young guys at the desk. I asked them if they could check the system. They said no all of them were reserved. They told me to go online and see if another location had any, when i went online, they had 2 available, and i reserved one that was available right then. When i went into the location again, i confronted them on the issue. They wouldn't really look at me, and just made excuses for there actions, saying that i orginally asked if they had any vans, which i didnt, i asked them if they had any of the larger moving trucks available. Highly unprofessional, and poor customer service!

The girl that gave me my contract was terribly rude...did not want to get my truck. It was parallel parked in between 2 other trucks to which she had no keys... I asked for her to get it out safely or grab another truck. She refused, another young man took over...gave me a new truck...the transa5took way longer then it should have making me late! She kept having me go outside and look for things tht weren't there instead of doing it herself. I've been here multiple times and never encountered anything like this!

I was turned around the new guy didn't know I needed a card. I walked all the way to my storage unit and back again and when a lady helped me get the card. No one told me I had to swipe it to check in. I had to walk back and fourth another time to have it activated. Finally after three times we got it figured out! Friendly but very difficult.

Once the staff out down their phones, they got me the truck. The window was not all the way up. The staff member opened the door and removed the window sign. Looked at the truck than looked at me an handed me the keys. The inside of the truck was covered in water. The cup holders and floor had puddles of water. The seat was wet. Steering wheel was wet. Gas was at 1/3. So I went inside and told them about this. The staff member of Josh or John, with an attitude, told me to write it on the link that was texted to my phone. When I returned it I mentioned that the water was not from me. Josh or John rudely told me “you only told me about the gas and you should have asked for a new truck”. I explained I did tell him, I even said how I used tissues from my car to wipe away some water. Completely dismissed what I was saying. And told me to have a good night. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Uhaul associate who attached our trailer did not do an adequate job. Halfway on our trip the trailer disconnected from our truck. Thankfully we were not traveling on the highway and did not receive any damage to our vehicle. We got half off on our rental. 1st time at this location and this is the first issue I've had renting from Uhaul.

Well, the truck broke down, I received no credit for that, then not to mention I never got an email or a printer contract as far as the miles or gas so I was clueless on where to bring the truck back as far as the gas. Recently a lock was placed on my storage days after it was paid in full. With all these issues I'm having and being a REGULAR customer I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. There is a Ryder right down the street. I just wish this wasn't the issue, I did enjoy using uhaul at one point in my life.

While the customer service was great the truck that I was given was in deplorable shape in the cab. Someone had obviously had a cat in the cab that urinated. The smell was so bad I almost vomited. I have cats and recognize the smell. The folks there said they tried to clean it but to no avail. I returned the vehicle a day early due to the condition. I personally don't think I should have been charged for the rental due to the condition of the truck. please advise if there is anything you can do to rectify the situation. I was planning to reserve another truck after the holiday, but have serious concerns. Gracias

The person I spoke to on the phone lied about everything. I have had nonstop issues from the very beginning. I hired a moving company to pick up the container and load it up. Less than 24 hours before the they still never contacted me. After multiple contact attempts I get a text saying they can't do it and they told uhaul but that was never communicated to me. I called uhaul again to hire another moving company and they didn't even have a truck to haul anything. I had to spend more money out of my pocket and rent a truck to be able to haul the box to my home. I told the lady on the phone how much stuff i had and the Ubox was way smaller than advertised. The movers finally showed up and they put what they could fit into the box. I cried so hard because i had to give so much stuff away. Since again the box wasn't big enough. The box did arrive on time to LA but after paying money once again I found out that the movers there were only supposed to drop the box off not help me move anything. So i had to pay an extra $400 out of pocket for movers and then uhaul had the nerves to charge me $100 for a delivery fee after i already was charged an additional $160 for box delivery. I do not recommend this company for moving at att!

Train your employees to give out the correct information...I was told I had unlimited mileage...then find out I had to pay $.79 per miles....I had no paper work ...suppose everything was emailed....by taking there wird thinking it's unlimited...and it wasn't ....had to pay $155. My experience was excellent thanks to your employee Dearris, who went out of his way to help me with every single question. He was able to answer everything he gave me a tour of the locker facilities show me how to use them, answered every question I had he was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and the best part of all I felt that he really enjoys his job and really showed his energy level very positive and outstanding performance. I appreciate it. I will definitely be using this company again. Not only was the excellent customer service with him. When I got back in the evening with a loaded truck he came over and help me unload a couple things that were real heavy, that really helped me a lot and really appreciated his help. I also noticed that when I checked in, he was able to help another new employee was able to help her learn the computer and explain it to her very well. Thank you for hiring him. Made my life a lot easier that day..

First I rented a space on line but when I went they did not have it. Tried to push me miles away.Was then given a free month and told they would call with the size I wanted. They never called. Kept my overpriced unit for 3 more months. Gave notice I was moving and moved 11-30. Was called 12-6 and told I owed money!!!! One month I paid and locker still had your lock on it. Having rented 3 Uhaul trucks last week I can say quality of Uhaul has slipped!

Staff was extremely helpful and know what they're doing seems a little pricey but it was a one stop shop got a van and a storage unit with the quickness my only complaint would be the lot is a little messy but I can't be mad about that its a pretty big facility and most of what I seen is neglect from customers the staff is busy enough running the facility and to find the time to clean up everyone's mess is a little crazy.

Facility was great. Very clean and secure. Direction arrows to restrooms and loading dock were on floor (it was a large facility where losing your way could be easily done. The availability of an enclosed loading dock was great in this climate.

I was very annoyed because I wanted to pay cash and I stated that upfront that it seen to be an issue. I had to call my son 2x to get info because I stated I wanted to pay cash, I put the cash on the table but was still not processed the way I wanted. I don't like the fact I was told I can't use my own lock, so that you can check my unit. So no I will not recommend, but I was in a desperate situation just won't keep anything off value there.

All your staff could not have been any nicer. They were very polite and friendly. The only problem I had was paying with a check. It seemed that the way you receive checks should be made easier for your staff and your customers. Also, you should have someone make sure the area you have marked as drop-off, is clean. Every time I drove up, there was trash and little pieces of perhaps glass, screws or stuff like that. Should be cleaned up. All in all we had a great experience. YOUR STAFF WAS SUPER!!!!!!! Gracias.

Thank you U-Haul. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. It was so nice to be able to load and unload my stuff inside the building. Climate is controlled, so nothing would get ruined while storing for any length of time. Way to go U-Haul!

Ref. Billing: after a compromise with our credit card we were not aware that the payment did not go to UHaul.for a couple months. The office made NO attempts to contact us by phone during this time. Three (3) phone numbers were on record. We only miraculously found out that our unit was tagged because we just happed to be in town and stopped in . Very unhappy with that!!

I have over the years dealt with many storage facilities. The u-haul facility located at 10701 brookpark rd in Parma Ohio is the best managed and has the most curtesy continuous staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The manager Mr. Hoyett has assembled a wonderful team of employees that not only treat each other with respect but treat the customers with respect too.. As long as I am in this area and need storage this u-haul storage will have my business.

I made a reservation and when I got there the space was taken and I had to go to a larger unit that was more expensive. When I asked the staff if they could check the other hauls in the area all they would do is give me the address. They said I would have to call myself. I think I should not have to pay the extra for the larger unit because I had the reservation. What's the point of making one if they don't hold it for you.

I confirmed rental on line and they did not have it. I got larger locker free but sent late notices. Called Corp and they said GM would call me-he did not. Went there to get smaller locker and code was not working. After clearing up late notice again I went to original locker to move out and it was tagged and licked!!! Parking area full of glass and debris. GM does not look or act as efficient as several years ago!!! Requesting 2nd free month.

Everyone was great and the multiple access points created an easy move in and out experience. The complimentary free flatbeds helped moving quick and easy. I would use this location again for future storage needs!

Terrible customer service!! They never picked up the phone when I would call! I made arrangements with the manager to move out of my storage unit and showed up to pay and move out several times and he wasn't there and I was told by the other employees that they just spoke to him and he changed my lock and only he has the key to unlock and that I would have to come back when he was there. With my work schedule and currently no car I had to arrange rides to get there and rush there after work several times only to be told that the manager had just left 40 min ago or left early that day when I made sure with the employees the day before and they confirmed that the manager said he would definitely be there. The last week before I moved out I was constantly trying to get in touch with anyone there to make arrangements so that my stuff wasn't sold and I couldn't get through to anyone and the manager never reached out at all even after all the recent times I was literally at the U-Haul location ready to pay and move out and had to keep having them leave notes that I don't even believe were put in the computer or relayed to the manager or could of been and manager just didn't care, honestly I can see it going both ways. That place is a joke and the customer service there is absolutely unacceptable!! It caused such a stressful aggravating situation for something that could it be so simple. The manager was also extremely rude and the employees were as well and not helpful at all. The day before I moved out I kept trying to get in touch with someone at that location all day and nobody would answer the phone! I had to call the general U-Haul customer service help number to talk to someone and tell them what was happening. After about 15 min on hold I received a call from the Parma uhaul storage facility finally! It was the manager calling thanks to whoever the uhaul rep I spoke with was able to get in touch with him. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. I expressed how much I had been trying to get in touch with him recently etc that I tried to move out several times but he was never there etc. He then tells me that since he switched my uhaul storage lock with another lock even though it was just another uhaul lock that I know he had the key to. He told me that I would have to come in and pay what I owed in cash and also have to hire a locksmith to cut the lock that he put on which cost an extra $65 dollars!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Never again will I get a storage unit or any kind of service at this uhaul location again! I probably won't even ever use any of U-Hauls services again because my experience was that awful!!!

I have never used a UHaul storage unit before but needed some place to store home furniture and items after moving from a 4 bedroom house into a 1 bedroom apt temporarily. I purchased the lock they sell and was informed I could not add my own additional lock. My items were there for approximately 2 years (had visited many times) when I discovered someone had broken in and stolen many boxes, slashed many open and had ruined pictures and other various smaller items. They had also taken many larger household items. UHaul denied any responsibility and their insurance dept claimed they had never heard policy of not being able to put your own lock on. By the way, I felt going with a unit inside with cameras would be the safest route. Nope! Therefore, I would never recommend this storage facility.

Took me 2.5 hours to handle an an old $28 balance from 2 years ago. I reserved a truck for 10am had to have my reservations moved 3 times. Was on hold for 45 mins to speak to someone about it. Wasted my entire day and than my storage unit is too small and no one was there to help me!

The reason for rating is I reserved on line and when I got there I was told no lockers. Then they wanted to send me to far locations. Eventually after begging I got a large locker but will have to move everything in a month!!!
