When I originally selected a U-Haul return location, U-Haul allowed the selection of a place that was out of business and looked like it had been for quite a while! The Kingston Pike location took my return at the last minute with a great attitude. I was so thankful for their help.Wendelyn T.
I was quotes $120. When I dropped off I was charges $170, my card has now been charged $170 but you still have a hold for an additional $120 on my account. There was also issues with the kind of card I was using and there was nothing stated on the website and no notification when I used it to reserve the u-haul the first time but you wanted an extra $70 deposit. I will not be renting a trailer from you again and I will not be recommending any of my friends use you either. This has been nothing but trouble since I started trying to book the original u-haul.Rhea M.

Did not receive furniture pads that I paid for and assistant put the wrong trailer number on my account. So I kept getting calls where I had to explain what trailer I had due to error made by the employee. When I returned the trailer there was confusion because of the trailer number on the papersAnnette L.

Service was great picking it up. Had to get a different truck because of a broken side mirror that impeded safe travels. Second truck was filthy and had a lot of shaking during driving. The seat was so broken down it was hard to have good visual. You'd think $1/mile would give you a clean, safe ride at a minimum. Returning after hours was horrible! Took over an hour. The website did not pull up my rental to check it in. Could not get anyone on the phone. After waiting for what seemed like a very long time, was helped by the chat feature. I rent ALOT of trucks from Uhaul with 2 college kids moving often. This is the worst vehicle and check-in I've ever had. I usually go straight to Uhaul for my needs, but will probably consider other options next time.David R.

Truck was dirty, I was told the tank was full it was not and when I called no one answered so I ended up having to pay even more in gas than I should have. I reserved a furniture hand truck which they did not have so I had to go buy one. The trucks ac didn't work and the sun visor was broken. All around a bad experience.Ricardo A.

I ordered a 15" truck and got a tand got a 10" while two 15" trucks sat on the lot. Causing me 2 trips, which I wasn't allowed to use the truck for. They pulled my services and declined me an extra day after already gyping me out of my order. Now I am still getting random charges placed on my account. The truck had an incredibly disgusting smell. The right tire low pressure light was on but the staff told us to just drive the truck. The parking lot had large pot holes making it difficult to navigate my personal vehicle and the uhaul truck in and out of the lot.Tracey W.

the truck was falling apart and you stole money from me by making me pay $22 for gas when I returned it with more gas then I rented it with. now I have to file a dispute with my bank and go through that whole process.Edward D.

The truck smelled like smoke and had less than 1/4 tank fuel. The seatbelts STUNK like body odor which transferred to our clothes. We reserved an appliance dolly and it was not available - we had to spend our gas money and an extra 90 minutes of time going out of our way to get the dolly (fueling time included....because there wasn't enough fuel in the truck to go anywhere but the gas station.)David B.

Return calls to the customer. I returned my item 1 day early and was told it would be adjusted. They never did the credit - charged me full amount. You can't call store direct and customer service with UHaul takes HOURS to reach. Then disconnected. Finally talked to store and manager was going to call me back. 2 days later ....... I was charged a $31 fuel fee because the girl who checked in my van did not check it in correctly. I returned to the facility and another employee went to the van with me and verified that the fuel was exactly at the level it should have been. I was refunded the fuel charge.Linda C.

The guy checking us in was working alone with several customers he was trying to multitask which was making no one move along. The computers were slowing him down. Training your team to focus on one customer at a time will allow them to move more along faster and not make a paying customer feel like they are taking up too much of their time. I just wanted to get my trailer and leave. Because another couple came up asking about boxes he stopped helped them and checked them out next to me. I had to wait my turn in line but he decided to go ahead and help them first. Then once he went outside to help us load to trailer he said he would be right back and he didn't come back.
