Great experience! The kind customer service and speedy delivery was spot on! The employees went outta their way on a super cold morning to help us, and the trailer was top notch! Sturdy, in good shape, hauled like a champ. Plus the store had extra supplies like gloves & a get along! We would have been struggling without them. Although there were several $19.95 per day trucks available, I was told that they are not available for the day and bumped me up to a $ 29.95 truck. When I returned that same day, the $19.95 trucks were still sitting there. Not happy about it. Mileage rate at 99 cents per mile is very steep compared to other truck rental companies.Michael B.

I rented a 26' truck for one day starts at 11:30 and I went to return it at 11:10 it was only one guy I wanted for about 30 minutes till he finally got to help me and he charged me for a whole extra day $79 + Tax for being 10 minutes late when in all reality I was just standing in front of him, when I said something the guy told me that he can't do anything about and laughed at me it was very disrespectful I didn't say a word and walked off. I believe his name is Devin. I hope a manager seeing this. Do better.Beshoy S.

Most of the time everything's great. This time the truck was missing the dolly and padding in the weird little bag hanging up on the side. This location is one of the cleanest and well maintained locations I've seen. The guy working the counter I've had to deal with before and he makes it easy and as smooth as possible.Christopher B.

The gas listed on the receipt was not what was in the vehicle. I took a picture, was showing 3/4 of a tank but the receipt showed 7/8 the which is not true! Maybe only a ten dollar charge but if this happens to every customer then that adds up to a lot of money.Robin S.

The van was generally clean and appeared well maintained, but it was a new vehicle with only about 2500 miles on it. So, it is uncertain if it is (or will be) receiving regular maintenance. There were some crumbs in the cup holders and on the front passenger seat, so not clear that it had been vacuumed out after last renter.Charles R.
When I started the engine, it seemed to be misfiring. I took it out on the road and it had little power. The service engine soon light was on. I completed the project and refueled to find 7 miles per gallon. When I reported this to the employee upon returning the vehicle, he just shrugged his shoulders.James F.

Rental truck was in need of an alignment. The truck sounded as like it had a thousand exhaust leaks. The sales representative wasn't very friendly. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. Probably won't be back to rent a vehicle from this location.Jason W.

I've been to this location many times and have never had a problems. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I've probably been there 7 times now. But my visit today (December 30th) went different. Helpful staff but when I returned the Uhaul truck today I was charged an extra $33 for gas because they tried to say that the tank was half full when I got it and it was barely over a quarter of a tank full. Not a crazy amount of money but I've been there many times and never had this problem. Money is tight right now so any extra things like that aren't helpful. Just difficult when I know for a fact it was barely over a quarter and they said it wasn't. I should've taken a picture to prove but I didn't.Jackson D.

The cell phone application is totally useless. It is asking for passport copy and on top of that it asked me for my old drivers license which State of Tennessee took away from me. If came when the office was closed I would just waste my time. Thanks to the great saff there!!! They resolved my problems!Jaroslav S.
The dolly had a metal bar that was broken. It was exposed and could have caused a serious accident. If it missed inspection then there must be re-examination of your safety checklist.John S.

The rental truck needed mechanical attention. the check engine light was on and it ran very rough. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the mirrors. They seem to have only one position. Otherwise, everything was OK. Staff was friendly and helpful.Kenneth L.

Overall the truck got us where we needed to be, but it makes some sounds that sounded like there could be an issue with the drivetrain. The mirrors worked great on the truck, and made me feel like I didn't have to worry about hitting anything. I would definitely rent a U-haul again.Paul H.

There was only one problem and that was there was very low tire pressure in one of the tires. I did not notice the message light until I was already on the road. Thankfully I was with someone that could fill up the tire with air. Other than that everything was great. Driving the truck was very smooth.Kimberly A.

When truck returned, they forgot to issue credit for gas, until I reminded them. Then when he tried to issue credit I asked for a receipt and he admitted he could not get it to take in system. He then called customer service and went on hold for over 45 minutes. He went outside and I answered hold and was told by customer service they would send me a complaint form and did not have authority to give credit for gas. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 10 more minutes. Finally a manager came on and gave me the $20 credit Cheap Operation!RICHARD G.

When I arrived only one guy was working but he was working as fast as he could. He was efficient, he moved with purpose and he didn't get stressed that it was just him in the moment. Eventually someone else came out and helped but he never slowed down.LAUREN H.
I reserved a 17' truck and 2 x UBoxes to move houses and store some things that will not fit into my new place. I got to the store this morning and was told they didn't have either of my reserved equipment available. Considering I have to be out of the house I'm moving from within 24 hours, not having storage available when I planned it is unacceptable. Luckily, one of your competitors had storage available and helped me in my time of need. I highly doubt I'll be using UHaul for truck or equipment rental in the future. Thanks.JACOB S.

My son rented a 20 foot and asked to rent a dolly. Got to the location to move and dolly was not in truck. I drove back to location and they remembered him asking but said they did not charge him.
