There was only one problem and that was there was very low tire pressure in one of the tires. I did not notice the message light until I was already on the road. Thankfully I was with someone that could fill up the tire with air. Other than that everything was great. Driving the truck was very smooth.

When truck returned, they forgot to issue credit for gas, until I reminded them. Then when he tried to issue credit I asked for a receipt and he admitted he could not get it to take in system. He then called customer service and went on hold for over 45 minutes. He went outside and I answered hold and was told by customer service they would send me a complaint form and did not have authority to give credit for gas. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for 10 more minutes. Finally a manager came on and gave me the $20 credit Cheap Operation!

When I arrived only one guy was working but he was working as fast as he could. He was efficient, he moved with purpose and he didn't get stressed that it was just him in the moment. Eventually someone else came out and helped but he never slowed down.

I reserved a 17' truck and 2 x UBoxes to move houses and store some things that will not fit into my new place. I got to the store this morning and was told they didn't have either of my reserved equipment available. Considering I have to be out of the house I'm moving from within 24 hours, not having storage available when I planned it is unacceptable. Luckily, one of your competitors had storage available and helped me in my time of need. I highly doubt I'll be using UHaul for truck or equipment rental in the future. Thanks.

My son rented a 20 foot and asked to rent a dolly. Got to the location to move and dolly was not in truck. I drove back to location and they remembered him asking but said they did not charge him. I rented it. They were not professional. I was then charged an extra day even though it was returned with the truck 6 hours later.

My one complaint is the extra fuel charge that was placed on my account. When I refilled the tank it looked above the line where it was supposed to be. It cost me as much to rent the truck and then pay for the gas and extra charges as it did for the movers.

Call center agent reserved the wrong vehicle fore after I specified multiple times I would like a cargo van or pick up truck she booked a 10 ft truck instead but reassured me it was the vehicle I wanted. I was very frustrated but the man at the Kingston Pike location rented me a pick up truck on the condition that I bring it back by 1pm. Which worked out bc I needed the vehicle for less than an hour. It's frustrating that I spent so much time on the phone trying to make sure the correct vehicle was reserved and it was messed up she took my card info and the card wasn't on file for my reservation.

Nothing at all ... we actually drive out of our way to go to the West Hills location because of their friendliness, efficiency, and speed in taking care of us. We have used this location about 4 times since the summer and they are by far the best out of the 3 locations we received service from!!

the only thing is that the tire pressure sensor for the right front tire was on when I got into the vehicle and it was not accounted for in the pictures/paperwork. I do have pictures I took myself before we left. I went back in and let them know about it and they said they were having the sensor fixed and it wasn't anything to worry about. They were correct - I had no problems with it and I wasn't dinged for it when I returned the truck later that evening. :)

the last 2 local trucks that I have rented have not been very good trucks. The 10 foot the engine light was on and the person working that day didn't tell me. I had to go back in and wait on him to help the customer behind me. The truck was really beat up. It ran ok. This 15 foot truck the steering was off and the seat cushion was horrible and the seat did not adjust at all. it made it very difficult to dirve.

My original reservation was at the Farragut location. They were great but my trailer was not there because the previous renter didn't bring it back on time. Perhaps don't allow bookings so close together or dont allow unless multiple trailers are available. I had to drive across town to the other location to get this trailer.

The self checkout process needs to actually work.the truck needs to come with the equipment that's rented and customer service needs to minimize hold times. The U-Haul slogan of you don't wait for us we wait for you is the complete opposite of how this experience went and we will not use uhaul again if it can be helped.

Apparantly understaffed in that they never notified me the box was there as UHaul phone said they would have them do. Only one peson there is approved to load my box on a trailer for pickup. Trailer did not come with wheel blocks and the electrical cable was not connected to the truck I rented from there I doubt this review does any good

Truck #1 had a leak in the cargo area and 1/8 of a tank of gas to drive 4 hours away. Waited until 10:55pm for roadside assistance to come to my home to “fix” it after calling customer service at 7:30. They never showed up. Went to store next morning to get a new truck. Truck #2 had a dead battery. Truck #3 had a leak in the cargo area. Truck #4 finally passed inspection. Store representative said he would refund the 1st truck and discount truck #4. Wrong amount was refunded.

Have better Wi-Fi service. Employees relied on a weak Wi-Fi service to record the transaction and he struggled to complete the data entry due to dead spots in the parking lot.

Padlock did not work. I was told I could get a refund if I replaced it. Then they denied my refund after I replaced it. Rear door latch would not fully connect. Couldn't turn on dashboard lights.

Check engine light on . Airbag light was on. Transmission kept popping out of gear on highway. A 3 hour move took 7 hours due to vehicle would not go over 40 mph on highway. Pulled hard to the right as wheel. You people are not maintaining your equipment and I except a full refund.

Would have liked personal assistance being walked to the truck, made sure it started (I had trouble with the key), I think it should be at least offered. Like the additional services now available through the app like finding labor, that worked out great!
