This location seemed to be understaffed or otherwise struggling with efficiently serving customers. We lost at least 30 minutes to our reservation because of there being no employees manning the front shop for a while and then a lack of guidance to the correct vehicle. We then were pressed for time in returning our vehicle and called the customer service line to see if we could possibly extend our reservation. While we didn't expect this to necessarily be an option because of other customers' reservations, the tone we were met with on the phone was not very welcoming or kind. I've loved working with U-Haul in the past but was greatly deterred from this experience and do not know if I will be returning for my future moving needs.Kaylee T.

Truck tire had low tire pressure and less than 1/3 tank of gas. the store was not properly staffed first thing in the a.m. The young lady working by herself made inappropriate remarks about the GM to customers as we were standing in the store waiting for service. Her tone was harsh and not what you would expect for someone working with the public. She just needs better training.STANLEY S.
Location has lots of equipment in inventory. The truck I rented was fine- clean, did the job. The staff at the location could have better customer skills. When I returned the truck, there was no one in the shop, but I was told just leave the keys and Uhaul will check the returned truck and send you the final receipt ( after you leave) and to expect an emailed receipt in an hour or two. It is now 8 hrs later and I have no email. I had to search through the website to find my encounter to get what I should have gotten at the time of rental return. I am really steamed that the clerk, not involved with any other activities could not get off her duff to offer me a completion to my rental.JOHN W.
They did not have the appliance dolly that we had reserved, so they gave us a flat dolly free of charge which was very nice. However, it would have been nice to know that there were no appliance dollies available when we booked.Geoffrey P.
The representatives at this location were not very helpful, granted they were extremely busy. I would not have minded that I was just told to hand over my keys and could go, when someone finally acknowledged me. However, after the fact I was erroneously charged an additional $120. I was not able to get in contact with the store to figure out why this was and there was no receipt given to me for this extra charge. I had to wait on hold for 25 min to get in contact with someone on the customer service line. I will say, the representative I finally spoke with was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. I felt a lot better after speaking with her and she was able to clarify and remedy the discrepancies in my charges.ANASTASIA S.

It would have been nice had I only been charged for the hours I used the truck since I returned it several hours early. Sales representatives at the counter are rude and not helpful. It seems like it is a burden for them to have to check you in and answer any questions. Parking lot is chaotic with vehicles all over the place. Hard to return vehicle and person who checked the van in was also dismissive. I intended at first to get a trailer from another location. But when I arrived there, found a very long line. The person who just arrived to open the store (one hour late) was going to take hours to handle everyone. The lot was a chaotic mess so I left and headed to this store. But since I hadn't reserved a trailer from this store, couldn't have what they had for those who did reserve. Yes, this store was also very busy with customers. But they looked at the schedule and said there would be several arriving by 1pm and I should come back. then. As hard as it was to get a trailer that day from anywhere in Nashville, these guys came through. But the real standout was the guy at the counter who took care of me. After being told I could drop off my uhaul at any location, I got turned down from one location and I was told I'd be charged double for the price because it wasn't the location of my drop off. Finally arrived to the location of my registered drop off I was told they were full and could not take me and that I need to get else where. After telling them I had already been turned away else, I was told to turn around in opposite traffic on a one way to un hook the trailer.Averie B.

When a reservation is made and confirmed, HAVE THE ITEM AVAILABLE! I made a reservation for a motorcycle trailer and the reservation was confirmed. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, there was NO MOTORCYCLE TRAILER AVAILABLE. I was offered another trailer and because I set my travel leave time based on the trailer pick-up time, I accepted. It was put on my hitch however it was removed because I did not have an "adaptor" and they did not have one for purchase, so I had to leave Uhaul, go somewhere else to purchase an adaptor, and return to get the damn trailer. The ONLY reason I went back is because it happpend to be close, I was pushed for time, and they did offer me something useful. At home, I had to create my own ramp to get the motorcycle on the trailer for obvious reasons. I made it work, but it was frustraiting.SARA B.

I didn't have to wait long to drop off my trailer. However, the guy getting the trailer literally didn't say one word after I had asked 4 questions. Just shook his head or pointed. Wtf? Didn't get a receipt emailed to me - should be a standard feature with every rental. Now I'm having a hard time returning 30 bucks worth of unused merchandise. (Not a lot of money, but it's the principle) I'm usually dissatisfied with uhaul and this is only the most recent incident. I'm glad that uhaul utilizes smart phones to establish equipment condition before and after. Simple digital integration.. Why can't stores use a credit card to lookup a transaction or receipt? (This is done in just about every major retailer/store these days) uhaul acts like it can only handle a paper receipt. It's 2021, uhaulâ€¦get with the program. This experience is only the most recent of stupid uhaul experiences I've had. This will also be my last uhaul experience.CONRAD C.

Ordered and was charged for a dolly with the truck, but it did not have one. Lot attendee said they haven't had dollies for weeks. Upon returning the truck, I went inside to get reimbursed for the missing dolly. The desk attendant said the manager would reimburse me when he gets back to the office and not to worry. Both explanations are shady and needless to say, I never received the reimbursement.David W.

When I got to Nashville abs tried to explain the issues with the truck they were dismissive abs said we would tell the manger. When they started the truck they asked me if I put diesel in it. I told them no and that was what I was trying to explain. I told them I had video of the truck sounding that way at pick up and they became dismissive again. They said I should not have taken the truck and I told them there was no one else there to give me another one.. bad experience all aroundThomas C.

When I arrived at location, you couldn't get in the location. I spoke with yard attendant and he was very rude. I asked where he wanted me to drop the trailer at, he said I could drop the M F trailer anywhere. I finally found someone else inside, who was on the internet surfing. He said I had to take trailer back to Tuscaloosa or find somewhere else. I explained that I wasn't going back until Sunday. He also said just drop the M F and leave. I can say I will use U-Haul again, I would rather pay more and talk with people that will work with you.Charles T P.
