The two gentlemen who were in taking vehicles were rude. They obviously hate their job and wanted nothing to do with being helpful. They should be fired. I will never use Uhaul ever again because of this type of service.MICHEL B.

If I got the moving blankets, I couldn't find them anywhere. Parking my car off-site was a little off putting, and the drop off procedure wasn't the most intuitive. The van worked great and I was surprised at how much I could fit in there. The owner (Amber?) was charming and extremely helpful. If I ever need to do this again, I'd go back to this location just because she was such a pleasure to work with.TRAVIS S.

Ensure that your vehicles have adequate tire pressure and when a customer knows that the tire is leaking quickly and request for a different vehicle do not try to convince him that he's safe to drive that vehicle. I had to put air in my vehicle four times on my trip because I kept going flat and I did not have time to wait for roadside assistanceNDURACHE A.

I will never do the "quick" mobile rental again--very frustrating. Process took easily twice as long as it would have to just go to the counter and wait in line. That's not the location's fault, U-Haul needs to redesign their process to make it easier and faster.Gregory B.

Worst U-haul Experience. I will never go back to this location. My phone was not uploading the necessary check-out information. The manager informed me that my connectivity was poor, which was obvious. After 30-45 min of trying to connect the manager informed me that they have WiFi. Customer service was awful, rude, not helpful or informative. Once I used the U-haul Wifi I was able to connect. I was required to document all of the damage on the truck. The images provided were from a brand new vehicle, therefore I had to document everything to avoid being charged. There was no category provided for damage on the seat. There was a category to report the damage on the roof of the truck, really? After taking all of the pictures documenting damage I was told the only thing I needed to worry about was the mileage. The mileage was incorrect on the app, so I took a picture to provide the correct mileage, as stated on the app. When I returned the truck I was over-charged. They calculated from the incorrect mileage. The one thing they told me I had to document, they failed to update on their end. I rated that the equipment was not well maintained because they did not keep their records updated. I have used this location for years with no problem, never again.Linda E.

UHaul has not retained enough employees to staff this location. It's a complete disaster. I personally had to move 3 trailers by hand to get to mine, after waiting 90 minutes. The staff that remain are trying hard, but they can't handle the workload! Had terrible time with return. Called uhaul and was on hold 40 mins before being told I had to call the local location in the morning. When I called the local store, it was another 40 minute hold. Then I'm charged $20 for not filling out return sheet when I couldn't. Ridiculous. Truck was clean that's about all. Rep at store tried to charge me for insurance when I declined it. And just handed me keys without checking damages with me first or telling me the location of the truck. I had to go back inside to have them unblock it as it was behind 2 vansAsa D.
I'm so happy they take 24 hour drop off but the place was so packed with trucks and trailers it was hard and frustrating trying to park the trailer somewhere safe. Thankfully my hubby has tons of experience with a trailer because had I been by myself I would have had an anxiety attack lolMICHAEL L.

Not enough staff. Customer experience varies from customer to customer. Staff should follow the same procedure for each customer. For instance, the customer ahead of me was taken to his rental. However, for me the staff member pointed in a direct and said, â€œif it's not on this side it's over on this side.â€ After checking 5 vans I asked her to take me to the vehicle. She then explained the serial number identification. I'm tired of consistent poor services from uhaul staff. I appreciate the innovation in the booking process but the staff needs to be more engaged. Maybe have two during high hours, like the weekend. I had a friend help me move and jokingly mentioned how bad the 8th Ave location is. I couldn't help but agree and the word of mouth is strongJOSEPH G.

We were shorted blankets and no price adjustment was given. Doors were locked and appeared closed during business hours. Employee was there and finally let us in. Vehicle was clean enough. Check engine light was on and there were several scuffs on paint on this particular vehicle. Employee was working alone and on his phone with another customer when we were trying to pick up. We had to wait for him to finish that call in order to be helped. There were other customers waiting too.THOMAS S.
Store is good with great customer service, call center does not explain things clearly, i.e. leading the customer to think they have a reservation, but when one shows up to finish a renatal agreement, there is no reservation. That is obviously not good customer service.DANIEL D.

Had to contact live chat to correctly receive my vehicle. First had problems locating the key for the vehicle because the website told me to go into the store to retrieve my key, but the store was closed at 6:45 even though the store hours were posted to be open until 7. Then, I got the key from the lockbox with the help of the live chat, but van would not start. Realized that the online order gave me the entirely wrong vehicle, and then had to find my vehicle on my own using the vehicle number that was thankfully on the key I retrieved. Overall a really horrible experience and really poorly done by this location, I have never had problems like this with UHaul before in my life. You can expect me to leave a bad review so other customers are wary of this.David K.

The trailer we received had a lock on it and apparently the staff did not check out the trailer prior to giving this to the next customer- had to go back to the location and they had to send someone out to pick up the trailer to bring it back to the location for them to remove the lock ( we had unhitched the trailer to back it down driveway to load it up) Very Frustrating and delayed loading the trailer.MARY H.

I was set up for hitch installation for weeks and even called to confirm the week prior to my appointment. Less than 1 hour before my scheduled installation, the wedgewood uhaul called and said they did not have the parts to install it, uprooting my entire moving plan.Luke S.

Customers Service representatives was very rude and very, very, very argumentative towards me from the previous Rental when the rental truck broke down on me and called to speak with the GM and hes was rude "he told me that it not his problem and good luck with that " I have never been in a situation like that before, and having a 27ft truck loaded with furniture items that I was moving to my storage but that didn't happen because I had to call all my husband church members to come and unload the truck and mind you that particular day it was 98'degress and one could help me get another truck however, I was advised to call (uhaul.com/help) I was on hold for 50 mins until a Representative help me with the Tow truck it was a messy mess of a day.FAITH B.
I made a reservation for the location 2 weeks ahead of time and came in the week before to confirm pickup. However, the day I when to picky up the uhaul on main street in Nashville, they moved my reservation to Hendersonville and I had to rush to find another location with a moving truck the size I needed.JUSTIN B.
Customer service was good. They were friendly and efficient. However the equipment was disgusting. The truck smelled of smoke and was filthy. There was grime and dog hair all over it. They gave me another truck when I went back and I had to clean that one too. I don't think they do any kind of cleaning of any kind when it is returned.
