I had no issue with the vehicle. I ordered two furniture dollies as part of my order. When I arrived there was only one furniture dolly available. I was told that I could get a refund for the cost of the second dolly when I returned. I returned the vehicle and equipment, but a different person checked me out. They stated that I would get the refund for the missing equipment and they would email me the receipt. When I finally got the receipt they did not refund me for the missing equipment. I attempted to follow up with a phone call, but they never returned my call.Elliott W.

At the current pandemic situation, I wish the employees at this location were wearing masks. Only the lady employee wore the masks. The other two gentlemen didn't. On my return trip, the gentlemen received the key didn't wear the mask. I am vaccinated, but I have to worry for the vulnerable members in my family.TRI L.

The equipment was clean but the condition of it was questionable. I can understand minor bumps and bruises on the truck, but this one had dents, paint missing on the roof, and the truck didn't require you to use the brakes to shift from park to reverse. This is a safety concern and I notified the attendant when I returned the truck, but not sure if anything happened.Ryan D.
I refilled gas to its original level (3/8) and the staff insisted that it only reached (5/16. Because of that nonsense 1/16 gas difference on the meter which does not even have a line for that, I was charged $16 on the extra gas fee. It's ridiculous.HUBERT L.

I used the mobile app to ,are reservation and pick up which wasn't working very well for the pick up. However, one of the gentlemen working at the location saw that I was having trouble with the app called me inside and helped me through the pick up. I have used the app for a previous rental and found it kinda clunky but, that could be jus me. Short story the guys at the store were very helpful and friendly.DAVID O.

The trailer has a screw embeded on right rear tire, leaking 4 PSI per hour. I called as soon as I found to get a replacement trailer or tire. I have to stop and check and pump air every hour. I was told by the Uhaul representative he will not charge me for the rent for inconvinience but never happened. He still charge me.Henry C.
