The employees that helped me were all very nice. The vehicle was a little rough. Broken door handle. The mpg meter didn't work the visor was broken. So overall it was a good experience with the staff, but I think the vehicle needs some attention. Gracias.

The place is great the vehicle is good but wasn't clean when I got there. And my over all customer experience was that great as the previous one guy who was helpful the girl wasn't at all i mistakenly ordered 3 packs of furniture pads wish is 24 or 8 in each of the bags, I used one pack and thinking retuning the other two bags because I didn't used them I was going to get a refund. The lady there was so mean and acts like she owns the company and vehicles. First of all in the morning she went to show me the truck I was going to take why opening the door she mistakenly drop her coffee it all of it spilled on me and she didn't say a sorry to me. I was the one who said ‘'ooo my bad'' but she wasn't able to say sorry not a word after she spilled the coffee on me and I still got my pants with coffees stain on it and the paper she gives me for my contacts all had coffee on it. She wasn't nice I had done transactions at that location before and it was great the guy was super nice but that lady who was there didn't help me. I hope she can be a better person and treat everyone with respect no matter there color gender or how responsible they look.

Keeley was handling all of us in a busy Sat am with incredible speed and professionalism and I was amazed at how fast she moved and how quick she was on the computer. Now let's start off with a positive note. I believe the manager's name is Keely and she was very helpful she did her absolute best to accommodate me which was very nice to see someone who enjoyed doing their job which in turn was very calming to know that there was someone who cared and was very helpful so I thank her very much because she had compassion empathy and sympathy and she really went above and beyond to make sure that I got a truck did accommodate me with what I needed so Keelye Thank You Suggestion number one to the company is to train their employees to explain to the patrons that they cannot split their payment with two different credit cards that will save the person a lot of worry and frustration. However there was an issue with the first truck that they gave me it wouldn't stop the second truck the ignition wouldn't turn third truck was good however as the road trip became longer there's a gauge where it's supposed to stay in the green it stayed in the red so I they need to service their trucks better that is the only thing I could say negative which is not very good because if people are taking their trucks long distance they really need to make sure that their trucks I service properly and very good so people do not get stuck on the side of the road because nobody wants that.  On a positive note overall I was definitely good with everything thanks U-Haul

When I rented the truck it had a lot of water in the back of the truck inside don't know how the water got there but there was water in the back when I had rented the truck which end up getting some of my boxes wet

Megan on phone 10-28 and Keenly for on-site check-in 10-29 were both fantastic: friendly, efficient, helpful. Keenly appears to be an excellent manager in a challenging time for managers of a young workforce. The young man who checked me back in just at closing was very kind to help me and polite (sorry, did not see his name tag!)

Was charged for two days even though I only rented for 9 hours. Yes, I originally was only renting for 6 hours but called ahead when I got delayed and was told there wouldn't be anymore charges as long as I was back before closing. Was back at 5:30 pm. Spoke to someone the next day and was told it would be resolved. Never heard back. You guys are thieves and I will be giving a low rating on Google unless I am refunded the difference. Might even reach out to the better business bureau. Also windshield was cracked and oil life monitor was at zero percent.

The vehicle was filthy. I couldn't see out of the windows because they were so dirty and streaked. The dash, seats and floor are unsanitary. During this time of ongoing Covid and other concerns, the passenger cabin should be washed and sterilized between rentals. U-Haul is more concerned about cleaning the cargo area than they are the passenger cabin. If you can charge a fee to a renter for not sweeping out the cargo area, then we should charge a fee for having to clean your cabin! I specifically asked for a "Clean & Presentable" vehicle, and that is not what I received. I'm not sure if I can attribute it to this location, or U-Haul in general, but it's disgusting and needs to be addressed for your customer safety and service.

I was charged twice for my order. I called and spoke to Kealy about this and she said it was because I drove 16 miles. I picked up the truck before 730 am and had it returned around 830 am. I drove maybe 6 miles top. Even if I drove 16 miles, it would still have been less than what I was charged. Kealy reported she would look into this and get back to me and she never did.

It took us almost a full 30 min of the rental period to do the documentation of scratched and dings, mileage, gas etc as well as get the key (we couldn't get the lock open in the self serve lockbox) The staff was excellent and I know we really needed and appreciated their help

Check fluids after return to base before put vehicle away should have checklist for inspection at customer return. Got a truck was down 3 qts. engine oil. Went back in told a worker we looked and there wasn't any oil at all in supply room had to switch another truck. Gotta keep track of the overhead right?!

Van I wanted was not on the location I chose for pickup. Can happens, but would be great to know it before the travel there, the time is always precious while moving. I needed to go to another location, where the guy told me that the self checkout after-hours is not a problem, yet after ontime arrival for drop-off I found, that he should gave me lock for drop-off lock box (I had to leave the keys in open one)

The truck we were assigned had a low front tire. The company said they would fill it up. We insisted that they check it for a leak. It had a nail which likely would have meant a flat tire on a long trip. They did find another truck in a different location. Altogether we lost 2 hours of travel time.

Was a bit upset about the convenience fee charged for dropping off the truck after hours. I gave the truck back a day and a half earlier and was going to go the rental location the following morning to check out and I received an email with the checkout and the fee already applied around 8am the following morning. I purposely dropped off the truck for safety reasons as i did not want it to be in a parking lot in downtown providence.

I originally ordered a 20 foot truck weeks before I needed it. The day before, I get a text that they is trouble filling my reservation. After calling, I ended up having to use a 15 foot as that was the only thing available… even though I pre scheduled a 20 foot weeks prior. When I show up to the location, I am told they don't have any trucks for me and I have to drive to ANOTHER LOCATION just to get the 15 foot truck. Then I finally get the the next uhaul, and I am told they don't have any appliance dollies (which I also reserved). Absolutely horrible service and will never use uhaul again.
