I added a dolly to my preorder and paid for it. It was a good thing I asked about it before pulling out. it was not in the truck. Check-in should have that information and make sure the order is correct without having to be asked. She was very pleasant, maybe just not trained completely.

There was motor oil in the bed of the van (about a cup). We had to sacrifice a blanket to ensure our items didn't get dirty. It seemed that the facility put up air fresheners to hide the motor oil smell. I contacted customer service via chat and was told they would open a case at the location. Also, the side doors didn't stay open because of previous damage. There were many vans available and the location rep even commented that no one picked up because of the rain, but we got the broken door-motor oil van. I have rented through you a LOT and I am not sure I will ever do so again.

I didn't like the fact that the customer service rep on the phone mentioned about verifying info when you return the equipment and the in-store rep didn't say anything and we forgot to do so.

The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very busy when i came in but everyone worked together and the wait wasn't too bad. They stayed in a good mood under pressure of a rush. Great employees!

The staff and service here were great, but like many other commenters here, I ended up paying more than expected. The $19.95 day rate was a bait and switch. I ended up paying over $100, plus gas. Not the fault of the employees, but corporate U-haul may want to look at their shady policies.

Drove over an hour to pick up the truck to find out they rented it out to someone else the day before. Spent half the day waiting for the truck to return. Just received a charge for an extra day rental after they told us they would not charge us.

1st they gave me a truck that wasn't quite full and the seat was stuck; I couldn't reach the pedals. I went back inside, mind you its raining, and I had already gone outside in the rain, to get in the truck. I asked for another truck, the girl, not my initial contact person; then decided that we should go check it. I expressed to her; that it is raining...that is exactly what I want to do is go get more wet with you and to continue to waste more time here. Instead of just giving me another truck. She said again, lets go check it. I get wet with her again, she was able to pull up the seat, but I still wanted a Full tank, not almost (it is just way easier for the gas later on, its obvious I don't want to gift you free gas). She then goes back inside, and makes it in before me; and then the guy, gave me keys to the new truck...that I initially asked for. I don't understand why she though it was ok, to make me walk back to the office in the rain (ask for another truck, and refuse to give it to me) then walk back out the same truck (again in the rain), and back to the office, to then give me the a new truck...that I had already requested. I ended leaving the lot a whole 15 mins later because of this, wet and irrate. But it's ok because I paid for my time right?? (I said this to her as well). Great job guys, very professional of you, and definetly some exceptional customer service you provided me.

Dome light inside the truck did not work (picked up at night) Broken down Boxes left in the back of the truck I had received included miles on ny previous rental and didnt not get it with this one. Payed way too much in my opinon.

Very rude workers disrespectful races judgemental they lied about a truck being there when I called corporate and came in with a confirmation number that a that the truck was rented she had nothing else to say well I was on the phone with corporate she heard what they were saying at the store not recommendable at all nothing like the store in Springfield Massachusetts on Boston Road very respectful people very helpful and very decent

Had problems with a truck b/c website said all trucks have ramps, but the 10footer doesn’t. The manager was very nice about explaining that I needed a 15foot and above for a ramp. So got that and all went well. Clean, easy to use and friendly service

After working a 16hr shift at work and walking to this location, I endured an hour wait standing in line even when I already reserved my truck days ahead of time. The computers were all continuously breaking down to which the employees let us know this happens very often. The store set up was horrible, kind of like a blockade to which all customers had to stand off to the side in one long line. Suggestions: 1. create multiple lines for the individual services (reserved, walk-ins,etc...) 2. notify all customers that there is another option which most do not know about that you can walk in and cut the line to just grab your key and go. 3. maybe instead of updating the location and switching to the building next door, the company should have updated the computer systems to a more efficient system to provide customers with the fastest and best service possible, in return would be a better working environment so us customers do not have to hear them say out loud "oh we are used to this, our machines go down atleast once a week" I along with all the other customers in line were dissatified with our experience at this location, but of course as usual most customers only will complain and not actually notify the owners or go further due to being busy, not being able to speak english or not knowing how to use a computer or write a complaint in English, so I had to be the one to make sure management or someone of a higher status knows these issues and somehow will work on a better plan for your facility and company going forward in the future. I actually am considering in the future if I have too, just to avoid going back and experiencing the same experience, instead looking online craigslist or any advertising site just to rent any regular persons truck and have them be my driver for $50 and all I have to do is get my movers. This I bet would take me less time than waiting the hour standing there after i already reserved a truck. Sincerely, An unsatisfied customer. Do better!!!

Mileage was wrong. gas level was wrong, the sliding door was broken and would not close properly. I was overcharged for the rental and it took 30 minutes to fix it because the staff was unfamiliar with system.

I couldn’t fit the truck through the driveway, my only issue is that Uhaul is charging me for both uhauls I couldn’t use, I do understand that the space issue is my issue, but I only used the trucs for 5 minutes while I tried to see if the truck fit

The person running the return service was extremely helpful and when it became clear that I was a couple of gallons of gasoline short he allowed me to take the truck back out to a gas station a couple of blocks away to refuel even though it meant that by the time I returned I was 5 pr 6 minutes beyond my return time.,

I rented a van, but it was not available. What?? They gave me a small truck, which I think they thought of as an upgrade. However, I wasn't comfortable driving the truck. I had reserved the van because I was.

The young lady that helped me was veey helpful and patient. I tried using the app but it failed. So i went inside. She was very knowledgeable. Uhaul did call me while i was in store after app failed. Still very happy

Pawtucket has done a great job with the majority of their employess mimmicking a professional and friendly well versed customer sevrice experience. Also get then a new printer. . Like seriously..Uhual can afford it.

The trailer truck should be cleaned better. It was dusty and I had to lay plastic down on truck floor to transport furniture from getting dirty.

My storage unit must have had a water leak as my stored belongings were covered in mold. Queen bed and mattress had to be replaced. The truck I rented smelled like fish.

second time renting from this location, only based on location and convenience. Staff is rude, unorganized. Truck was filthy. Seats and steering wheel covered in sticky spill residue; cup holders even worse. Oil and battery warning lights were on - luckily move was local!

I rented the truck for 4 hours. However, it took a half hour to get waited on (and I did express check-in), so that left me with only 3.5 hours. I made it back 5 mins short of 4 hours but we had to hustle. This needs to be changed.
