The vehicle was filthy. I couldn't see out of the windows because they were so dirty and streaked. The dash, seats and floor are unsanitary. During this time of ongoing Covid and other concerns, the passenger cabin should be washed and sterilized between rentals. U-Haul is more concerned about cleaning the cargo area than they are the passenger cabin. If you can charge a fee to a renter for not sweeping out the cargo area, then we should charge a fee for having to clean your cabin! I specifically asked for a "Clean & Presentable" vehicle, and that is not what I received. I'm not sure if I can attribute it to this location, or U-Haul in general, but it's disgusting and needs to be addressed for your customer safety and service.James V.

I was charged twice for my order. I called and spoke to Kealy about this and she said it was because I drove 16 miles. I picked up the truck before 730 am and had it returned around 830 am. I drove maybe 6 miles top. Even if I drove 16 miles, it would still have been less than what I was charged. Kealy reported she would look into this and get back to me and she never did.Kevin H.
It took us almost a full 30 min of the rental period to do the documentation of scratched and dings, mileage, gas etc as well as get the key (we couldn't get the lock open in the self serve lockbox) The staff was excellent and I know we really needed and appreciated their helpSara O.

Check fluids after return to base before put vehicle away should have checklist for inspection at customer return. Got a truck was down 3 qts. engine oil. Went back in told a worker we looked and there wasn't any oil at all in supply room had to switch another truck. Gotta keep track of the overhead right?!Robert D.

Van I wanted was not on the location I chose for pickup. Can happens, but would be great to know it before the travel there, the time is always precious while moving. I needed to go to another location, where the guy told me that the self checkout after-hours is not a problem, yet after ontime arrival for drop-off I found, that he should gave me lock for drop-off lock box (I had to leave the keys in open one)Vilem H.

The truck we were assigned had a low front tire. The company said they would fill it up. We insisted that they check it for a leak. It had a nail which likely would have meant a flat tire on a long trip. They did find another truck in a different location. Altogether we lost 2 hours of travel time.Holly K.

Was a bit upset about the convenience fee charged for dropping off the truck after hours. I gave the truck back a day and a half earlier and was going to go the rental location the following morning to check out and I received an email with the checkout and the fee already applied around 8am the following morning. I originally ordered a 20 foot truck weeks before I needed it. The day before, I get a text that they is trouble filling my reservation. After calling, I ended up having to use a 15 foot as that was the only thing availableâ€¦ even though I pre scheduled a 20 foot weeks prior. When I show up to the location, I am told they don't have any trucks for me and I have to drive to ANOTHER LOCATION just to get the 15 foot truck. Then I finally get the the next uhaul, and I am told they don't have any appliance dollies (which I also reserved). Absolutely horrible service and will never use uhaul again.Alyssa A.

Pending a CAP audit over receipt discrepancies : estimate - $40 for 2 hours and 9 miles ; billed for $97 for 8 hours and 68 miles. I really hope this gets resolved and I am refunded as I had the van for less than 2 hours and returned it with miles we originally estimated. The CS rep i spoke to explained that UHaul is understaffed and mistakes happen, and I can appreciate that and respect the work they do, but until this mistake is amended my confidence will be weary in using Uhual again. The cargo was not cleaned, it smelled like something died in it. The employee didn't greet us until 20 minutes later. When I turned on the truck before leaving the U-Haul parking lot, I noticed the â€œservice air bagâ€ message came on the dashboard and when I let the employee know, he said â€œyou're all goodâ€ and told me it's okay to drive it without even checking it. The location was an hour away, which meant that I would waste two hours just picking up the truck, so I had to settle for a smaller truck.
