We were told to bring the truck back with 3/16 of a tank which we did. Then we were told it was 5/16 and we needed to add gas or there was a $60 charge. I think the checkout guy had number dyslexia because we both heard 3/16 plus â€œabout 1/4 tank.â€ If they're that picky they need to stress that. So I asked the checkout guy how many gallons to put in and he did not know! Isn't it his job to know? We don't know how big the tank is! Otherwise it was great.LAURA C.

Overall, this site's communication could be improved. For example, the pre-requist to inspect towing vehicle should have stated necessary equipement needed to tow so there are no hidden costs on the reservation day that are intended to increase revenue. Additionally, the labels attached to inside surfaces of trailers are ripped and illegible, another hidden cost as these labels are the only requirement to return equipment clean or a $15 charge will occur. Also, the email sent to customers upon leaving the lot is another tool to raise revenue. The purpose of the email is to allow customers the opportunity to respond to equipment damage. Why wait to discuss damage to the equipment until after leaving the lot? By the time the email is found, read, and able to respond, the email expires and removed and customer is unable to respond! This is another attempt to hid fees to customers that should easily be discussed on the premises as to the damage to the equipment. In all, the $15 electrical adapter, $15 cleaning charge, and costly unknow damage expenses to customers is unexceptable.BEVERLY Y.

The trailer was muddy when it was connected to my truck. I returned the trailer well within the time period during normal business hours. An employee unhooked the trailer and said that I was good to go. However, they charged me for an additional two days. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to someone at the location and he transferred me to customer service to make a claim. I then waited an additional 45 minutes to make a claim. I've used this location before with no problems. This time however, they seemed too busy to handle my issue properly. I'll assume it was an honest mistake, but it was an unpleasant experience to rent a $20 trailer.Sean H.

The key to the lock to keep items secure in the cargo area wouldn't work, the staff was more interested in talking with each other than the customers, the people over the phone after hours are completely uninformed over whether or not there is a night drop and if it's safe. And please tell me why 1/16 of gas almost cost be 59 dollars? Seriously. Your truck bounced more than others i've Driven. The brakes locked and skipped (I hear that's an issue with brake actuators) when there was a need to stop abruptly. The voice was so bad I had people scream at me to get off my phone I was not even on. The vehicle alignment might be off, to be honest.ALICIA S.

The person who hooked the trailer up to my car forgot to secure the chain at least 3 inches from the road therefore it dragged until I heard it. Also I didn't appreciate the fact that when I had forgotten my ball joint hook up I had to buy one instead of rent one that to me is a little bit against the average public.GREGORY E.

I originally had my reservation for Saturday but then changed it to Sunday with someone at the location on the phone however that employee failed to tell me that I couldn't pick up my truck at 8:00 am because they don't open til 9:00 so I showed up and hour early and had to wait.Wendi A.
Overall everything was fine but I was told on the phone they closed at 3 and had to do self check in. I get there and it was open, I did self checkout and the truck I was told to take was gone. I then had to wait 20-30 minutes to pick up a new truck. Once picked up, I had to wait another 5 minutes as another customer left his truck in the way and no associate assisted with helping me ensure if I could get around even though I asked for help. Instead they just said they don't have the keys. It was very disorganized.Kevin D.
Reservation and check-in was completed online which makes for quicker pickup of keys/truck. Service was professional and efficient at pickup. There was some damage to the right rear bumper and rear box panel, the male person writing the contract said U-Haul was aware of that, on return drop off the Male person receiving equipment said nothing was noted on contract, I did take a photo with Cel but it did not register on my Cel, that is all.ADOLFO Z.
