I watched the video on line on how to load the vehicle and that was also very helpful! The only suggestion I would have is that one of the straps on the trailer was pretty frayed and appeared to be in need of replacement.

john D.I had the gas levels lower than what truck actually had so, I addressed it to the manager on duty (a kind, friendly, and professional guy). He credited difference when truck was returned and truck was clean and A/C nice and cold! Thank You!!
alejandro M.I drove in with the trailer I rented before regular hours. The guy working on cleaning and taking care of the trucks said nothing when I pulled in and waited. I thought he would offer info on where I should park the trailer and maybe help me disconnect it. I'm surprised that the trailer doesn't have a tongue jack so it has to be handled manually. If a customer is not strong enough or injured how do they manage it?

TAMIM A.I have rented trucks here many times, and been loyal customer. However today, I was very disappointed, I told the guy that I do not want cover, but they charged me anyway since I signed the contract, I told him that if you look in my recent rents I never request a coverage, I liked to work with you guys but since he didn't care about what happened and did not put himself into my position, I felt really bad about it. It's only $15 extra, I honestly don't care about the money, but the attitude that he did that what really made me not work with uHaul anymore. I will now look into different options where I could rent trucks. I wished this didn't happen but It did eventually.

Larry L.I don't care for this location but is the only one nearby. Equipment is very dirty. Vehicle I rented today smelled like cigarettes and was filthy inside and outside. There were plenty of similar models available. I usually clean up the vehicle, but didn't bother today. Last time I visited they didn't have the truck I reserved…. Service is slow, had to wait awhile to drop off. They used to make it difficult to rent by calling a second contact, not ideal when friends and family are working. All in all, not the best location. I used to go to La Habra and they were friendlier, prompter, and cleaner.

ROBERT C.They were fumbling around with broken trailers. Had the truck on for 25 minutes had to have wasted gas. Location was not ideal. Because one's moving nothing can be said but it was very bad customer service I passed at least 10 Locations to go to that one.

Eric A.Make sure to not charge for an extra day when the trailer is dropped off an hour before the due time. It makes people think you do this to everyone and they are responsible for checking their receipt and then following up and waiting on the phone to correct the issue.

They do not answer the phone the call center answers every time after waiting half an hour I asked them to send an email three different times they can't answer emails either walk-in and they're all sitting on their ass there's something wrong with that. a simple phone call that's all.
Gary A.I was quoted $78 total at time of pickup. When I returned trailer my receipt was emailed to me totaling $97. Seems like a scam of overcharging and Uhaul makes it harder to deal with because I'm no longer present at location to dispute it. Such a hassle to have to deal with it after the fact.

STEVE K.Very dissatisfied with the service: completed paperwork about 9:15 am, then inspected the van, uhaul rep said to wait some more so she could clean the vehicle and windows. Rec'd the vehicle and keys to vehicle about 9:30am. Was told to bring back 24-hrs later and have a 1hour grace period (presumably to 10:30am). About 9:15am I get call saying vehicle is late and when am I bringing back, then a second call at about 9:20am saying when am I bringing vehicle back. I brought it in at 9:30am 24 hrs later on time and was annoyed at multiple calls to return the van when it was always on time. Why bothersome calls when you are meeting your obligations? The receiving employee said, “ didn't they tell you you are late 15 minutes after you rent?†I responded “NOâ€. Your employee also apologized for the multiple calls to return the van, said I shouldn't have received multiple calls! I explained that as the customer I didn't receive the vehicle and keys until 9:30 am so my 24-hr time is from 9:30am to 9:30 am plus a 1- hr grace period. And not when I was assisted at the cashier. Very unhappy at how I was treated and surprised that uhaul employee said what happened to me was not right and she would speak to “the managerâ€. Hopefully Uhaul representative will contact me to discuss what appears to be different employees following different procedures. What can you do? Be honest and transparent with customers and say that 15 minutes after you pay at the cashier and NOT when you get the vehicle is when the 24-hr period begins AND that the customer will begin receiving multiple phone calls to return the vehicle even if you are on time! I am surprised your core values and mission is to upset customers and have employees tell its customers different things. You have my phone number, maybe someone will care enough to fix this issue and repair customer satisfaction.
