not much. it was a very busy day with a long ling but the staff was efficient at moving the customers along
Make sure cargo area is clean, there were a couple of condoms out of the packages on the mom's attic area!
The trailer I rented was perfect for what I needed, it had no operational problems but it was dirty from some grease. We had moving blankets so it wasn't an issue.

The young lady who was the manger does a great job and I watched her mentoring the younger staff. She is a great manager as I was very impressed with how she worked on my rental as well!

There was significant chaos inside the facility and people milling about. It was hard to know what to do. Especially during covid, there needs to be more effort to control the space and limit exposure.
long counter wait time, even though I checked in online. Yet another place that has you do online check-in, and then you do it all over again at the counter. There should have been an express line for pre-check online clients. Lastly they tried to stiff me for $20 late fee, when I was actually over 12 hours early on my 24 hour rental.

Create a separate line for people who have already made reservations
Easy reservation. Ready to go when I arrived. Fast in and out! Possibly the best U Haul office I have dealt with over last 40 years.
Wrong mileage, empty gas tank when my application said 1/4 full... I had to stop to get gas just to get home, not at the specified location. Not sure I will rent from U-Haul again if I can avoid it.
The 2 young men from the moving company were exceptional! Very careful and respectful.
When I returned the truck, the guys made it easy and fast with no trouble :)

The staff at this location is the best bar none of any U-Haul location in the US.
I was helped by James when I picked up and drop off the trailer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipments. I would definitely return to this place for my rental needs.
I had a problem checking out the trailer at 7:15 Sunday morning that I rented the day before. I could not get the location to work on my phone as required so I called your help line. She was helpful and stayed with me during every step of the check out procedure until I was able to complete it. She was great!!!

The car hauler I rented was dangerous and should not have been in service. Rachets didn't work, right fender broke and fell sideways several times while driving, hitch was bent. All verified by drop off location personnel. They don't check their equipment before renting.
Service was good but as all companies some of us need to try harder. My dolly I ordered was not placed on the truck which was very inconvenient. Other than that I have no complaints. Thank you!

There was various covering cloths from a previous renter left inside the trailer I rented. Not a big deal to me, just thought I would mention it since your survey asked. The service and attentiveness of your staff was excellent.
Stop with the hidden fees.
I put all good comments because I like the guys at this location .....but I have one beef! I rented a motorcycle trailer and they said when do you think you would have it back, this evening? I then replied possibly, I'd like to but I'm not sure. And since I returned it the following morning way before the 24 hour, I guess they chose to reflect on a casual conversation in regards to me “possibly†returning it the night before and then chose to bill me for 2 days?! Really?! That's complete bullshit and unless I checked my statement and made a phone call to have it reversed I would've paid double for that trailer all the while still returning it within the 24 hour time frame!! I would bet this happens often and it's an easy way for U-Haul to gouge customers. I would love to meet the guy or a girl who put into practice this sneaky trick. I think that's a bullshit, bait and hook business practice. Over the years I've had numerous hitches installed at Uhaul I've also been renting from that location for many years. If it ever happens again, I'm out! Thx
I have been renting from uhaul for a while now but this was the worst experience so far. When I went to the store and the agent told me that he will give me a truck with 1/4 tank I asked him if he can give me one with more fuel since my commute is 90 miles since Im busy with moving stuff and don't want to go twice to the gas station and his colleague ( I think he was his boss) in the next window told me this is the only one we have when I went outside there was 5 parked. The car battery then died on me the next and I have to go through your road side assistance waited 2 hr until it was fixed. Also, the car mat has a portion that is loose next to the gas paddle which sometimes get stuck under the gas paddle while driving not sure why you keep something unsafe like this without fixing.
Customer service. Employee over the counter was rude and impatient and incompetent at his job.
I had a situation related to miles driven. The person who checked me in said to check the miles and gas - I only checked the gas to verify it was correct. So basically the situation was going to be my own fault and I did not have a lot of ground to back me up. I was charged for 167 miles even though I only had the truck for 3 hours and maybe drove 60 miles. When I sent a message to the GM she could have just said this is your problem. But she did not - she investigated the situation and realized there was a typo and corrected the mileage. I appreciate being believed and trusted. So I will always recommend this location and utilize their services in the future. THANK YOU!

Andrew and Leila were kind and helpful. It helps especially during this pandemic when people are going though difficult time.
Nothing everything you are doing now with the reservations and pre registering makes my total wait time approximately 10 minutes compared to 40-45 minutes of filling out information at the desk

The U-Box service is terrible. Agent in Placentia was friendly but set delivery destination for a location that does not accept U-Box deliveries and so the actual location was a significant distance from the final desired destination. The pick-up location knew there was an 8am pick-up appointment and acknowledged it by phone, and after driving 45+ minutes to get there advised that the ONE employee who could prepare the boxes for pickup was not scheduled to arrive until after 10am. As a result and entire day was spent driving back and forth to pick up 2 U-boxes - traffic grew as a result of delays. Will highly advocate that nobody waste money on this service, it's simply not worth the modest price savings over PODS.
Storage Facility Review does not match my review with U Haul. I rented a ubox for my move from NC to CA.
Excellent customer service from the employee who assisted me with my Ubox and truck rental. Great job.
