Truck reservation was very convenient. Truck rental was very expensive coming out of California.
Raymundo A.I will never go back to this location ever again. The customer service is horrible and the manager allows this behavior to go on. It's a circus with a bunch of clowns running it! Go somewhere else if you want to be respected and not just rushed so that the employees can go back to relaxing while on their phones.
Salena V.Upon check-in, our representative was very rude and brushed off my concerns about the appropriate charges of the vehicle. The representative pointed me to the van and sent me on my way. There was no pre-inspection of the vehicle before leaving. The price quoted online was also nowhere near what we paid - and we were under the mileage we thought we would use. I requested an itemized receipt but didn't receive one. I would still like an itemized receipt with all charges.

DANNY M.Better customer service. The individual that helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was sent to this location because the Rosemead location didn't have my reservation for a 26ft truck. When I got to the lobby and was attended to I had told the attendant I was here for the 26 ft truck. His answer was, oh you're lucky because I was about to rent it out, like he was disappointed I was actually able to reserve it. I had told him the Rosemead location called you guys and told a woman I was being sent here to pick it up, so either way you couldn't of rented out to someone else. He claims he was never told. I brushed it off and gave him my ID and whatever other documentation that was needed. He told me the total would be $210 dollars or so, I had asked if there was an inconvenience discount because my truck wasn't ready at the Rosemead location and I was moving out of Temple City and Pico Rivera was 5 miles plus from Temple City, with an attitude he said we'll knock some miles off. I asked him if it would be at minimum 10 mins? His answer was ya and sum. Cool, sounds good. I had asked him, is it ok if I park my car in the zone marked with green paint because the yellow zone parking was all taken or would he want me to move it to another area? He told me, you need to park your car at the liquor store. Your car can't be parked in out spaces. I told him not even in the yellow? He said no, you need to move it. I told him I've rented trucks in the past and they've let me leave my car. His answer was, well not here. So I told him, then you want my car off your property? He said yes off our property. I was not prepared to coordinated someone to pick up my car or to give me a ride to the U-Haul, so I had to find someone to give me a ride back to pick up the truck after I had to drive 20 mins to my house and had to have them drive me back, which took about an hour of my time. Anyhow, He showed me the truck and handed me the keys and I asked if he was going to give me the document where I can mark all the damage on the truck that I see visually so I don't get charged for it upon return, mind you I've rent U-Haul truck numerous times and I have a storage in the city of La Habra, so I'm pretty familiar with the process. He said, no I already did it for you. I'm thinking I haven't seen a form or a document with any report on it. So I told him, so I'm supposed to take your word for it? He said yes. So I answered, I'm supposed to trust you? He gave me a dirty look. I brushed it off and just laughed to myself. After returning the U-Haul, I was given my final statement with no discount. I had asked the individual at the counter if I was going to get some sort of consumption for the inconvenience of my truck not being ready at the Rosemead location. I was told I was going to get some milage knocked off. He said there was no memo placed for this order in regards to that. After I explained to him what occurred, he took $20 off which I thought was ok. But bottom line is, the person I first delt with was a jerk. There's a certain way you talk with a person let alone a customer. I was extremely inconvenience by my truck not being ready, I got attitude upon first conversation, then my vehicle couldn't be left at the property. Then I had to find someone to pick me up and drop me off to pick up the truck. All in all 2 hours from my 10 hour rental was taken up because of inconvenience and I'm the one receiving the attitude.

Jose P.Only bad experience I had was that the gentleman that helped me at the Pico Rivera area didn't seem to knowledgeable about making this rental. Once Jennifer came on the scene she was great.
