1. Online reservation made, used express check in, had to wait in line with customers who didn't which doesn't save time. Should have a dedicated line for those who use express check in. 2. Only one associate was working the counter on a Saturday morning when I arrived behind 2 other customers. However, another associate showed up, but waited until there were more people in line before helping customers. 3. Gas tank looked like it was 1/2 full when we picked up, but we are told we had to fill 9/16. What the heck? An extra $8 for 1/16 of a tank? $19.95 advertised rental cost me $175! + $30 in gas to go travel less than 85 miles. 4. Associates don't explain anything! This place is awful!!!!Steven G.

I would charge less for only 2 1/2 hours. The charge was too much for such a short timeNINA B.
There was trash inside the bed of the truck. The dolly was not strap down. I told the people at this uhaul that we did not even use it. They did not charge us, but was a headache and another thing on our to do list. I called this location several times after we picked up the truck to let them know. We were unable to get through. If we ever have to move again, we know to open the back of the truck and check before we leave.Jessica M.

this was the third trailer I had reserved because U-Haul kept cancelling my one way rental reservation. Finally had to rent a small trailer for a week to get my job done. Local outlet - great job. Natl reservation center - TERRIBLEWILLIAM M.

The woman employee assisting me was on her phone while there was a line waiting to be helped and it took a long time to be helped. Even while she was helping me she was still on her personal phone in front of me txting.William H.

Hire friendly and efficient staff. The elderly lady who help me out could not working computer if your life depended on it. She also yells and doesn't comprehend anything because she's busy trying to hold up a conversation with her colleagues while trying to process my transaction. Also not making racist jokes in front of a person of Hispanic decent. Being more coordinated with what equipment and trucks are on hand. Last but not least if someone schedules a reservation keep the reservation At location they requested.Denise B.

Over all just a suggestion of perhaps providing disposable face covering for clients special y with what's going on might just help in case you forgot one or missplaced it while moving I think there's lots of moving parts going on when moving that having that as a courtesy when you've been running around and can't find one last min trying to rent a truck or van is a challenge or maybe doing curb side rentals a mix of think drive thru concierge truck pick up think "in &out or chick fila " order taking tablets by your gas tank refill stations turning that into a valet station to both return or rent ðŸ¤· just an idea tyJOSE M.

Have better training for the off site customer service people. It would have been a disaster if I did not actually go into the location two days before to ensure the truck would be ready at 7am. Both on site and off site people were very courteousCarol N.
