Assigned a vehicle blocked by another vehicle, somewhat tight to get out. The checkout process at the desk is too combersone. I wasn't able to complete to transaction on line because it froze. Other than that every one was great.

Amanda C.When I arrived, there were two trucks in front. There were 3 people working on the trucks and were hustling to get them done quick to minimize wait time. The finished with the trucks in a few minutes and then one of the employees approached me with a smile and a hello. It took him less than 1 minute to process my truck. Great service overall. I will definitely recommend and use this location in the future.

Carlos S.I rented the 20 foot truck and the lock didn't work after I loaded the truck. I had to leave it parked overnight with all my stuff inside because the store was closed. The next day Adrianna (who is awesome) loaned me a new lock so I could secure my things. Her customer service is top notch and should be rewarded

They have a larger stock of rentals to choose from.

Juan C.Not have employees park personal vehicles in the utility trailer parking spots. A customer accidentally hit the stored utility trailer and it hit the employees parked car. I'm sure this is not covered by UHAUL insurance policy. I'd like to bet there is no personal vehicles allowed to park in the utility trailer parking. The manager wasn't there so I guess employees can do whatever they want. Other than that it was a clean truck. The checkout process could be better. I was told to pick up my furniture dolly and grab my 12 blankets by the counter clerk. They pointed where they we're at and I just assumed their was a dozen in the sealed bag so I grabbed it. Come to find out it was only 6. Lesson learned at this location. Don't expect much and question everything. I'll not be returning here since they told me I was banned from renting again.

Elisa E.The “self pick up†service was easy and I appreciated how customer friendly it was, however the staff that worked the Western and Carson (at around 1-2pm 5/1/2022 ) location were extremely unprofessional. I did not know how to return the U-haul truck so I tried to go into the location. There were 2 members there when I walked in neither one acknowledged me or let alone took the time out to greet me. Another customer stood behind me and they did not assist him immediately either. The two carried along with a cell phone conversation with another associate on the other line. I listened for another 5 minutes while they complained about how customers do not return rentals on time and how they're backed up because customers do not know how to tell time. I asked to be helped at that point after hearing the context of the conversation so I can return my truck and they can assist the next person who needed my truck maybe, I was ignored. Finally I decided to see if I could return my truck online and fortunately I was able to. The moment I turned towards the door they called the guest who had been standing behind me. I would hate to say this was racially motivated but I was HIGHLY dissatisfied and truly disappointed. I will not be using this location and I would not recommend any one else to use this location either.
