Customer service was sub par. Gentlemen who helped (what a joke) me was lacking customer service experience. Talked down to me the entire time. Total jackass. When I returned the trailer, the gentlemen saw me drive onto the lot. But waited for me to walk inside before getting out of his chair and walking outside. They must hate their jobs.Greg D.

My issue wasn't with the employees. They were fine, courteous and professional. I was NOT prepared for the nickel and diming that is entailed with renting a truck. A "$20.00" truck rental for a few hours wound up costing me $ roughly $90 when I factor in replacing your gasoline THEN being charged for each mile I drove. I will NEVER rent from you again and will recommend that none of my friends use your company either. After having dealt with you people once I can say once is ENOUGH and THANK GOD for Ryder and Enterprise. I gave you guys ONE shot and you fcuked it up. I'm DONE with you.Jesse H.

The dolly and moving blankets were not in the back of the U-Haul truck. I did not ask, but it was not told to me that U-Haul no longer have them in the truck. I had a general question regarding my rental, but the branch "Owner" could not provide an answer. He told me to contact the corporate office, which I did and it took a long time to get through. My rsvp was for the largest truck, but I received a call the morning of stating they were out at that location. They downsized the truck and issued a credit. The moving process was not easy and was time consuming because I had to make two trips instead of one. I appreciate the credit, but a future rental adjustment should be considered...especially for previous/frequent customers.Erin T.

My car was broken into and no one working camera was there to catch the thief. I reported to the manager who in return said the camera wasn't working. I'll be filing a lawsuit on this property because it happened on their watch while I was conducting business with them.Etimbuk I.

The whole process was fairly quick and easy at the location. Only thing when i made my reservation, over the phone the first time. The person taking my information did not put my reservation in the computer so I actually did not have one. I called back the next day to change my pick up time and was told by the person that there was no reservation listed for me. She then made me a new reservation so everything work out. So, maybe a better way to verify the reservation is actually there before ending the call.David K.

To make another customer experience better, please ensure that the customer leave with the actual equipment that was rented. I requested to have a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck. I did not check the truck before leaving because the guy that was helping me asked me if i had also rented the furniture dolly and i replied yes so i just thought that they ensured that it was there. When i arrived to my destination to move, it was not there. Upon returning the truck i also mentioned it to the guy that checked me out and i was still charged for the dolly that I did not have. so i was still charged for this equipment that was missing. I also tried to call back to the store and was told that my wait to speak to someone would be 1 to 2 hours waiting on hold and I did not have that kind of time. I really would like a refund but i cant ever get to speak to a live person.Rosalie G.

Not the fault of the rental return location but rather U-Haul customer service - the company moved the pickup location by 15 miles and then charged me for going over 7 miles. It the company was able to maintain the reservation that was booked & paid at the requested location, there would not have been an overage. Also, if you charge for mileage overage - you should reimburse for gas overage.Wilbert W.
The trailer wasn't connected properly by the Uhaul staff and it became disconnected while I was driving almost caused a major accident. This is just unsafe and negligent.Amini L.

I was expecting the truck to be full of fuel but it was a quarter down so I went back to show them and they told me I all I had to do was to take a picture of it and then that would be my proof I didn't expect that and I hope it worksDewey W.
I reserved a pickup truck online and when I went to get it they didn't have any I ended up using a van so I'm not a happy customer, this has never happened to me before and I've been using you for years. Then I left that van with more gas than I was supposed to and of course, I didn't get a discount for any of those 2 issues.lourdes R.
