don't understand why you do not get a refund for returning the truck a day early. You make us pay for an extra day so why do we not get refunded for returning early well even half would work ..

Maybe have more than one person in the store. But I understand if it's not busy enough two employees two workers during a shift. That was my only issue having to wait for the sales rep to complete the transaction with the customer ahead of me. But all in all he did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Two brothers operating location are unprofessional as hell. Rented a pickup and auto transport for four hours. Near the four hour mark they called me five times to see how much longer I would be. Seems they promised the auto transport to another customer for pickup an hour before I said I would have it back. Upon returning the trailer I was asked, “Where have you been? We have been waiting. You were supposed to be here 20 minutes ago.” Highly unprofessional and I damn sure won’t rent from that location again. To hell with those two pissants.

The equipment was fine but the pick up process was very disappointing, again. I arrived to pick up the requested equipment and it was not yet assigned to my 24/7 reservation. The manager didn't open the doors until nearly 07:30 and assign the equipment. Seemed like a lengthy process for what should have been no wait. Suggest the manager change the hours of operation to when he actually opens the door. He stated first reservation was a not until 07:30 but on both uhaul website and signage on location state 07:00. This delay turned what should have been a 45 minute drive to 2 hours, wasting my time and fuel in the truck. This it the second and last time I will visit that location. I will not be renting from the Northshore operation again.
