When we rent from you, I have my office reserve the equipment. They put in all the information according to the office phone and email so I’m not giving out my personal information for work related items. This new system you put into place where there needs to be a picture of the license taken was a hassle since my info is different from my office. Maybe keep the images on file when things are rented under my name again, I won’t have to go through this hassle of sending images again. Thanks

The guy that worked the counter tried to sell me some service to replace Netflix. When I reserved my trailer they somehow only reserved it for 4 hours when I clearly told the guy on the phone I needed it for at least a day. Charged me for 1 day when I picked up and then a second day when I dropped off even the guy told me when I picked it up I was all squared away. Had the trailer for less than 24 hours and charged for 2 days. Total rip off never do business there again

Employee was unfamiliar with the system. Could not find my confirmed order. Very slow process. Ended up having to redo contract. I had to remind the employee that I paid for a dolly. Truck was not very clean and steering was very loose. Truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas. I will not go back to this location again.

The new online return is inconvenient and burdensome especially when returning a truck after hours and after an exhausting move to have to snap pictures and go through all those questions. Don't like that part at all.

When I arrived I was told the vehicle I had reserved and confirmed was not available and I’d have to take a smaller truck. The smaller truck was not big enough. The service at the location was horrible, one of the attendants was using very coarse language. This was a terrible experience.

Person working cash register was walking in and out. Had 2 helpers not utilizing them. Same person there when I picked up truck 3 hours later when I returned it. Still disorganized. Waiting on him in and out of store not using 2 extra workers

5 lot attendants watched me pull up. Not one greated me, not one provided instruction. They all just smoked cigarettes and kept having thier own personal conversation, while being ignored. No final walk around of the truck was done. They could care less that I was a customer returning a truck.

I did not check the inside of the trailer until I got to the person’s apartment we were moving. The floor inside of the trailer was covered with broken pieces of drywall and drywall dust. I had to sweep out the inside and wipe down the dust before I could put any furniture in the trailer. Disappointed in cleanliness of equipment but it operated fine.

I placed a reservation 1 week in advance. 2 days before my move, I was called and informed that the cargo van I reserved was not available and I would be accommodated with a pick up truck. I arrived for pick up and was informed by Nik Mays that neither the cargo van or pick up truck was available. Due to my moving and being on a tight schedule I became frustrated. I calmly informed Nik that I placed a reservation to “secure” that I would have the vehicle I needed. Nik stated that there was only a 10’ truck. I respectfully declined (due to my stature 4’ 11”). Nik proceeded to give me major attitude and speak to me in a condescending tone stating “I can’t give you what I don’t have.” Nik was RUDE! I informed Nik if my reservation was NOT available I should’ve been made aware like the 1st time. If someone places a reservation why would the vehicle not be available?! Nik proceeded to take a call while I was in the middle of expressing the issue regarding my reservation. He then passed me off to someone else while he finished his call after I had been standing there waiting for him to help me fix the issue. That was NOT a pleasant experience during a stressful time. Every other employe was great and respectful. I eventually was able to rent a cargo van like I had originally reserved because someone was returning 1 as I was waiting.

Truck was blocked in by two other trucks upon arrival, employee had to come and drive truck over a curb to be used. Also, key code given for after hour pickup was incorrect and only accessible by same employee. Made a call and left a voicemail to equipment manager listed for location but was never returned. Overall not a good experience.

I was forced to buy insurance at this location at time of this rental I have never been forced to buy insurance before at other uhauls I am insured with USAA and carry $300,000 of rental insurance My company is self insured, so buying your insurance is B.S. I will be contacting the State of Florida Insurance Board on this

Self checkout process was a hassle. The attendant required 2 contact numbers for reference. He spoke to my wife but he requested another number. I couldn’t find any friend or family member awake at 7 in the morning (my pick up time) the guy at the counter helped me check out the truck. Thumbs down for the self check out process.

This location was great, but the uhaul online experience was the worst. Advertised as avoid the line by completing your rental online, the experience took significantly longer than an in person rental AND I had to wait in line after going through the nonsense. So the location is great and uhaul just gets worse with each new innovation.

We scheduled to pick up the truck at 8:00 via electronic check in. When we arrived it said a vehicle hadn’t been assigned. We had to wait until 9:00 for the store to open and by then there was a line of people so we didn’t get out of the store until 9:30. This costs me $150 in moving person fees where they couldn’t actually move anything. We are highly disappointed at this unprofessional experience.

We rented a 17 foot box truck and when we were ready to gas it up and return it it kept stalling. I think we should have been given a discount considering the stress it caused. Vehicle definitely needs to be taken in for service. I rent vans and trucks from Uhaul frequently and I have a large storage unit. Sadly this makes me think twice about renting a box truck.

I was disappointed that I reserved a hand truck and all they had was an appliance dolly. I needed a hand truck so I had to purchase one. Other than that they were very helpful.

First off, I made a reservation online. Then, two days before pick up, I was notified that I had to pick up the reserved truck at a different location. So i went to this location. I picked up a 26' truck and it was a 3/8 of a tank of gas. So not only did I have to drive out of my way to pick up my reserved truck at a new location, I now have to go to a gas station to get gas too. During check in, they tell me that the dolly I reserved is not available. So they will refund my money. I asked why its not available if I reserved it online and they said it's not a reservation, it's more of a request. So they call the original location where I was supposed to pick up the truck to confirm they have the dolly available. Now I have to make another trip to pick up the dolly at this second location. The truck brakes squealed the entire time I drove the vehicle and they required a lot of force to get the truck to stop. And the A/C in the truck never worked the entire time I drove the truck. This is of course miserable considering we just moved a 4 bedroom house in Florida. I was absolutely amazed at the complete and total lack of customer service by UHaul. Thankfully, there are other truck rental companies for me to give my business to.

I believe I was charged for fuel inaccurately at time of return of vehicle. There is not a logical informational report given to customer concerning fuel amount at time of pick up and report given in different factors at time of drop off.
