I did a reservation 2 weeks in advance, I went to pick up the truck and the truck was not available, I had to fight with customer services to find a truck I had to drive 40 minutes to get another truck in a different location… what is the point of the reservation?

On moving day, the truck I had reserved was not available nor all the handling equipment I had rented. Note that I was moving out of a condo where they give you only 4 hours to move otherwise they keep your deposit! The only information that the attendance could tell me is that the person that was suppose to return the truck by 9 AM had decided to turn it by 4 PM....and that was that! At the very least, she was able to locate another truck 6 miles away which by the time I got there and back to the condo, I had only 3 hours to move. On the positive side, my moving helpers, Pablo and Angel were outstanding and were so efficient that they were able to finish the whole move in 2.5 hours. Moreover, I have to thank the manager, Tony Edmond that refunded me the one hour that I lost for having to go get the truck at another location! Thank you Tony. Thank God I bought a house and I will not be moving again.

They over charge me. I got a receipt that said the vehicle has 1508. Miles. When I start the vehicle it shows me 1509.0 miles I took a picture I showed them when I returned they didn't take it in consideration. This is bad business, you can not do that. Yes they did, that stilling.

The App was very difficult to understand. It had to many steps to complete the process. The staff working at the location was not familiar or training on the app. I must compliment Ms. Morgan from the U-Haul of North Miami Beach, who went out of her way to assist us in getting the key from the lock box and completing the check out process.

The truck that I received had no air conditioning, radio or power steering and the liners on the door kept falling off. The dolly was not present in the back of the truck. It was clean and it did the necessary job even if uncomfortably.

They should learn to deal with the public, it is not the first time that I have needed their services and it is always the same rudeness. not counting what you make a reservation and when you arrive to pick up the equipment it is not available

I got the vehicle dirty and had cardboard boxes in it. But then turn around and charge me for a cleaning fee. Then we literally drove 85 miles and they charge me for 144 miles. This gage is riged. Am sorry but thus is unacceptable. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The gas was quarter tank down from the paper displaying at half full. They said take a picture when you return it will be adjusted. I took a picture came back the receiving agent explained that is their scam. Nothing I can do. Horrible

We were stuck inside the location pinned behind police crime scene tape for HOURS!! Not the store's fault…However, the owner's (according to her name tags) attitude assisting the customers was extremely nasty. I NEVER do these reviews to complain but today will definitely be an exception. I will Never take my business there again nor recommend them

Employees are not aligned with delivering a quality service. They have a terrible attitude. You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

Staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren't using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn't have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn't be bothered. It's a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You'd be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
