That's ridiculous charge you 20 dollars fee when you drop off the truck at night , it's the same job the people have to do when you go normally and return the truck , that's sucks policy never again rent a truck from any uhaul that's ripping off the customers charge you money for that . When that's someone job to do it every time you return a truck .. use only 4 hours truck originally charge 54.00 total now it's 73.69 that's not right just sticking people money like that 20 bucks fee for someone do their job as usually when you returned it during the day . Same job 20 bucks ridiculous.

The worse experience ever!!!! Not at this particular location, but the entire process was terrible! For starters I had to go to 4 different location, why you asked? Well I made a reservation on the website, uhaul.com, drove there to pick up my RESERVED truck. I got there and to my surprise there's literally an empty parking garage with what appears to be a car wash, no truck in sight, no rep, no office not even a building a sketchy parking lot. I call the number on file, he told me they do not have trucks at this location and he's not sure why he's even listed on the uhaul website. Mind you i paid and checked in online. I also was promised $50 on the website when I made my reservation to receive $50 if the location cannot fulfill my request, that was also a lie! I called the uhaul customer service number to inform of them of the situation, and how frustrated I was! No apology was ever issue, and when I asked about the $50 credit the agent told me I had to have had my reservation at least 24 hrs. I drive to a second location, and no trucks available, he told me to go to one that has the storage, I drive there and the office is not open at the storage unit, even though there's a huge sign that say “ UHaul customers here “, I was told again to drive a few more blocks down to the “main location”, I get there and of course by now I'm so irritated, and annoyed. So finally after arriving to my 4th location, they have a truck for me, and the young lady helping me was nice. All in there's was no sympathy, empathy, or care for my troubles. It was kind of like whatever. In addition to all of that, the location is still posted on the website, even though everyone is aware. You guys motivated me so much to get my own cargo van, so I never have to deal with this again!

made a reservation 2 days in advanced for a 17' truck and when I went to pick up they had no trucks . I asked for bigger truck and they had NO trucks . Employee said they will call me when one is available and got NO call . went back the next day and had to get a small van which was filthy by the way (in and out ) I had to make three trips intead of one which is now costi more miles and time .don't think ill rent uhaul again .

When I went to take the truck, I did everything for the application but I couldn't get the code to get the lllce so I went in and asked a lady and she treated me very badly, she was very rude, until a man helped me, I showed him the reservation and gave me the key to the truck

Rude staff, they swipe your card without breaking down the charges, false advertising of pricing... better off doing multiple trips with a friend's truck then to deal with these people at this particular location.

Unorganized and customer service was subpar. The actual storage unit had homeless people living inside and out of the two months that I rented, only two weeks was the gate actually fixed. Wouldn't use your service again.

I had to wait in a line for 20 minutes because this location decided to have one person working the front desk at a time. Also I reserved a car online but I had to wait in extra 10 minutes because the employee didn't think the car was reserved for me even though I showed them the online receipt. She had to wait till the manager showed up to approve me. Worse service ever.

Floor tile debris in trailer. Small sharp tile pieces fell out when I lowered the ramp to load the trailer. I believe the pieces could puncture a tire.

I ordered mobile pickup for faster service. Upon arrival to U-Haul location and initiation check in process I got a message that part of my order is not available, and I should go to the counter. Spend there around hour! First long line then they told my furniture dolly that I added to my order online is not available! Why it is not available if I was able to select it and to my order online! So I found out I had to move furniture by hands) that is not acceptable, then they start processing my order and after 15 min we find out that assistant at the counter did something wrong and need to start over again, another 15 min! Then upon second attempt in the end your card reader didn't work and I had to go to another assistant and start everything all over again. I had also to buy furniture dolly for $20 as I was told it is was bar added to my online order but! They had it in store for sale, how you explain that? What a rip off! So I lost an extra hour, movers were waiting for me and I had to pay them for that and I had to buy additional equipment that suppose to be for rent in my original order. I think at least furniture dolly should be refunded!

I love Uhaul in general. Rented many times. This location did this... (1) When I reserved the truck the lady gave me a different price (miles, tax included) than the other lady when I actually took the truck. 15 bucks difference but its about the principle for me. (2) Reserved a 15 foot truck and when I got there next day the lady said: Oh we dont have that truck. She finally gave me a 20 foot one. (3) Gas tank said its half way it was lower than half. (4) Truck dirty.

Our truck brakes were a concern. We drive a 30 foot RV and felt uneasy about the braking system on this truck. Also the check in service on the app is unclear. You should tell people they need to be on the property close to the truck to check in. Luckily Carla the UHaul clerk was wonderful and turned a very trying experience into a much better one. She's a gem!

Called U-Haul a week in advance to reserve a 26' truck and none available in Fort Lauderdale or Pompano Beach, so reserved one in Hollywood even though I live in Pompano Beach. I get to the Hollywood location at 9:00 am and my reservation was moved to North Miami Beach with no notification!! Truck was not ready, they couldn't find the keys for awhile and put us way behind our schedule which had professional movers hired at a specific time!!

teach the staff that it is not appropriate to leave customers standing at the counter while all 3 of the female employees watch a music video on a phone. also not have their kids behind the counter as it is a place of business not child care. Also why would the “Yard crew” feel it's ok to just climb in a person's personal car that is there to rent a trailer and tell them to “give me a ride to the back so I AINT GOTTA WALK . Not a place of professionalism...........

Representative was extremely rude and accused us of ignoring her phone calls to return vehicle. Meanwhile, vehicle was returned on time. Representative also engaged us after we had payed for rental and was using threatening and obscene language, as we were leaving parking lot. She also informed us that she would be blocking us from using Uhaul services again.

The customer service was horrible. The lady helping us during the day was very nice, but she was distracted and talking on the phone for personal issues while simultaneously trying to assist us. Additionally, the truck was given to us with an almost empty tank. The mileage on the paperwork was 300 miles off to what was actually on the truck. And the lady helping us when we dropped the truck off was EXTREMELY rude and nasty. We are not coming back to this location.

This lady Carla Said didn't have the truck i want which was 15', and the one she had was 10', I said let me check how is the truck and went outside to see it, when I come back the extremely rude lady Wynter yell to us that they don't have it any more and we should take it before on my way out so I said hey what's your problem?, I was only 5min outside. So I really need the truck and I reserve it online and went inside 2 min later with the reservation and both of them they said no because I just did the reservation so I said yes but my reservation is for now 10am, so she had to give me the van like really? This people are making the company loose money because they don't want to rent a van because they have attitude, so wynter said to the other carla make sure she is clean with her driver license, like wtf? At that point I didn't want to fight but I should.. worst customer service I've ever seen in my life, if I want to think about if I want to rent that one or not is my choice, never in my life will go back to this location

I had a bad experience. I booked 5 days in advance to deliver to another location, and when it was time to pick up the truck I was informed that there was no truck available, only to be returned at the same location. Due to the urgency I was forced to accept, but it was a bad experience. He had a good impression of uhaul, but he was wrong.

The truck roof was leaky, when I unloaded my belongings from the truck, a lot of the boxes were wet and soaked. I have had to throw away items or wash things

Although I did everything online in order to expedite process (truck and stoage) I had a glitch with the system and had to go wait in line to resolve. Just about when it was my turn a customer servixe rep called me following up on the online chat and was ablw to resolve the online issue. Other than that it was a pleasant experience since eveeyone was friendly and service oriented.

The Girl Checking me in was great and one of the guys in the back when checking in was very helpful. Went out of his way to answer any questions, Helped me with a parking spot since it was full. The guy who did my mileage at end when checking out when I was done could of been nicer. I get the masks are not easy to talk, but he wouldn't even look at me when he was talking and I couldn't hear him.

All employees were very helpful and the van was clean. It was a smooth process. I will definitely use UHaul again and I recommend it. (Also, there was this one rep at the desk on Friday Sep. 18, when I was checking out the van. She did not necessarily help me, but I observed how she helped another customer. It was time for her to head home and she still took the time to help. This was Friday when I was checking out. I forgot her name, but she went over and beyond).

I live in Miami Gardens. I had no other choice, but to drive over, to the uhaul located in North Muami Beach. Customer Service was horrible at the uhaul located in Miami Gardens on 183st and 27av. The guy at the front desk lied, Stating their were no more Van's or 10 inch uhaul left. Front dest clerk complained about how tired he was, and I needed to make reservations on line. I was force to pay extra money. Because the clerk was to lazy to rent me a van.

Reservation was a fiasco. Reserved on 8/20. No call on 9/13 for confirmation. Called 4 times before someone could verify the unit was available. Only one caller cared and the rest were less than helpful. I had to be firm and ugly to get a solution. Not the additional stress you need when moving. Was concerned when told no other units were in South Florida.

When we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
