When the trucks are turned in ensure that the receiving associates are conducting Preventative maintenance checks thoroughly. My truck died on me while in use due to a dead battery. I would to comment on the staff in this location. Terrible service, bad attitude, unpolite and uneducated. 11/14/2021 I went to rent a van or pick up truck and the lazy girl I think her name is Synthia Saintilus on the counter asked me (do you have a reservation? I said no, I'm interested in renting a van or a pick up truck. She quickly said we don't have any. So I said thanks, turned around laid on the boxes in front of her and loged in the web page made my reservation for that specific time, turned around and told her I now have a reservation and you do have a van available. She proceeded to doing her simple job of logging in my license and told me get the van out side. I walked outside for 5 minutes and looked for some one to guide me, finally an older gentleman came and told me thats it. She simply doesnt want to work. She could've guided me better and looked on the computer for a van or pick up truck. I was not the only unhappy customer, 3 others had arguments with her before me. Management should check the cameras. 11/14/21 at 11:15am. I drove the van home rurned it off did my stuff and when I went to turn it back on it didn't start. Thankfully some one knew there was an issue with it and had left some jumper wires in the back. I had to jump start it 6 times do to the amount of trips I did and 1 last one to the gas station. Thankfully when I came back to return the van I asked to speak to the manager on duty, I only mentioned the van not starting issue . That manages name is Denise Innerarity . She was very friendly, gave her apologies for the inconvenience and gave me a discount. Thankfully that was the end of that. I took my time to write this comment and Hopefully some one takes it in consideration. I feel it is very unfortunate that people have to pay for a service and get attitude from the employees, they apparently don't value or respect the job and definitely have no respect for others.PABLO G.

Staff was rude and completely uninterested in helping customers. The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren't using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn't have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn't be bothered. It's a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You'd be bankrupt and out of business otherwiseJoseph M. | First Impressions

Very unprofessional, my daughter called to make this reservation for me to move from Miami, Florida to Las Vegas, NV for work and they make the reservation in her name. At the location, we asked to have it changed to my name, which they said they would. And, they did not. I need that receipt in my name for reimbursement for work. Also, after letting your which equipments, they shut off the lights, locked the doors and left without showing us how to use the equipments, especially the auto transport. They didn't have the van I reserved available. I wish they would have called or notified me, but no such service was provided. They have a $50 guarantee for reservations advertised, but did not provide this to me. I just wanted to get out of there, so didn't make a fuss about it.Larry G.

Best moving experience I've ever had. Made a reservation online, went to pick up the truck & all went smoothly. The location is easy to find, it's very clean & super organized, has every little thing you would need for a move & is VERY affordable. Staff is also really efficient, knowledgeable & actually friendly & kind. They even answer the phone when you call, without leaving you on hold forever. Samantha helped us when we arrived, & Carl checked us out. They were both awesome, & the other employees were really nice too. Moving is not fun, but they really try to take the stress out of it. They've got a great team working at this location, I highly recommend coming here.GREGORY A.

The mobile app sucks. I was not able to pick up the truck at the location I made the reservation. I had to contact for support and after 2 hours I had to go to this location to finally pick up the truck. The staff was great. Again, when returning the truck at night, the app was not taking the pictures because it was dark (9 pm). The pictures were readable. It took me 45 minutes to complete the drop off process.MANUEL J.

My hitch installation was confirmed for Oct, 23. After leaving my car in the facility for 3 hours, I've got the call that no hitch was found on the location. The truck was not maintained well. There were warning lights on indicating low/no oil levels and tire pressures issues. I didn't even take the truck and it disrupted my plans. I called customer service 4 times and finally someone said my reservation was cancelled. I was charged however. Now I've been on hold for almost an hour calling to ask what happened. Terrible. Im an easy customer , but i saw many problems. It took a ling time for the agent to recognize i was there, at the counter. She offered no acknowledgment. Her demeanor was distracted. The guys that helped me with the dolly and the pads were demonstrating lack of knowledge and commitment to work efficiently and quickly. The van had higher miles than the voucher but they did fix that when I dropped it off to my understanding. Basically this place needs a new crew or to be trained on providing excellent customer service. Ive rented from uhaul many times in oyher states and always had a really good experience.KEVIN H.

Zero customer service from the girls that work in the office. the only good experience i had there was from the manager. They let people stand in line while they talk about what they are having for lunch. This last time I rented a truck for the final move. Did it online but still stood inline while carla sat staring at her computer and telling the other girl that she might have to call somebody. When I got up there to the counter I had to give them all the same info I did the day before on the phone, Why book on the phone the day before if you still have to do all that. BTW, the girl on the phone was nice and sharp. These folks have the I dont care attitude.RONALD G.

I had reserved 2 utility dollys that were not available when I showed picked up the truck. I was refunded the money for dollys but I was stuck moving without the tools I needed. The Trucks transmission felt like it is on its last leg.Andrew H.

The original vehicle given to us had an engine problem and the warning sign light up on the dashboard soon after we left. We had t drive back to return the vehicle and pick up another one. The originally scheduled moving equipment was not in the designated track either, so we actually never get the equipment and had to find other ways to load our boxes. No one explained that $19.95 is the rate for the day, but there are additional charges per mileage, and additional charges for the gas. From the expected bill of $50 ($19.95 + Insurance and no charge for the moving equipment we never received), we were badly surprised with a nearly $100 bill. When the question, the staff pointed out the small letter on the contract and proudly said it is written. On my question, why no one was kind enough to point that out as I am first-time customer, i was told that I should have read it before i sign....What customer sevice i received.... Furthermore, no one apologize that they gave us a faulty car with an engine problem that could have caused us major problems on the road if we did not notice on time. Also, no one apologize or offer any discount for the inconvenience that we had to drive back to return their faulty car.... No one apologizes for the fact they did not give us the ordered moving equipment....and did not care who did we manage with heavy boxes... and at the end charge us a fortune that doubled and exceeded initial expected cost. Missleading information on advertizement, no customer care to cleary explain what to expect, faulty cars....never again at the that location. I even think of never ever this company due to the fact, when requested a quote for internation moving of uhaul box, i received an authomated email on my initial inquiry...and to day i am still waiting a quote....and my international moving is now 2 days away. I wonder what would have I achive if i had to use uhaul for my interantional move.HANS L.
