I had a 6x12 closed trailer and as I was moving furniture I heard a loud scrapping noise ! I look and pieces of broken glass on floor. I am so pissed it scratched up a piece of furniture. I then took pics and swept it ! When I got back to uhaul in the pouring rain they did nothing !

AWFUL GUYS, AWFUL EXPERIENCE, THEY EVEN PARK THE TRUNCK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GARAGE, AND DID'NT LET CARS GO INTO THE BUILDING AND DAMAGE A CAR, CAN YOU PLEASE CALL US 786 9256117. AWFUL EXPERIENCE, WE WILL NOT PAY WHAT THEY DAMAGE, THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY THEM ALL!

1. steering wheel was almost 90d out of alignment 2. Radio was very "tin" sounding - probably just ONE speaker and no Bluetooth 3. a lot of cabin Noise - whistling sound from wind while driving. I am comparing above with rentals from Penske. - price is about same (less for the truck, more for the miles) - the cabin noise was considerably more then most rentals from another vendor. the Uhaul truck is easier to load!

Only thing that I did not like was the behavior of the lady at front desk. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle with dolly equipment at 8:00 am and that's why I checked-in a day before in order to make things easier and faster but when I entered to the store she told me to wait in line because she was talking on the cell phone which was not professional and unacceptable.

Give customer a car that : doesn’t reek of cigarettes, backdoor hatch allows both doors to open and a contract that correctly indicates the amount of miles and gas in the car that the car currently has. When you speak to a manager 2x in regards to the situation and was told that the mileage/price will be adjusted with a new contract to actually sending the contract to your customer

The truck was clean and well maintained, both in the cabin as well as in the back. However, once I started to load stuff onto the truck there were lots of roaches. I know it is hard to maintain them away but maybe more should be done especially when you are moving household material and now have a higher chance of bringing them inside.

The line was long. I tried to call the location the morning I found out my rental was moved there (which was not that close to my preferred location). No one answered the phone. The location was fine with service once it was my turn. Returning was easy, but the corporate UHAUL Website SUCKs! The website was a horrible experience to book and then try to call and follow-up. It took forever to book and select the preferred location which said that the equipment was available less than 18 hours prior to needing it. I booked about 5 pm or so the day before I needed it at 10 am. You need to be accurate with the inventory. It shouldn't be that hard.

I'd love to recommend this place to all my friends and family moving to FL except they'd spend their entire day there just like I did. The workers are amazing, the ladies at the front desks are great but they need help. They need new computer systems. This is ridiculously funny for us to be in 2019 and the employees were all on the phone with tech support trying to fix evrry single computer to service the 12 people waiting in line for 30 minutes.

It was clean enough for me but a little dirty and the last time I said it was clean when it really wasn't, they charged me to clean it. So I will always say not clean if it isn't sparking clean. Other than that, the rental went smoothly.

Terrible customer service . I set up the 24/7 express service from U-Haul the day before and when I went to the location at North Miami Beach i waited 2 and a half hours for a vehicle ... The staff was very rude very unprofessional, understaffed and I felt really frustrated and confused . Don’t understand why even have an express service when I still have to wait a ton of hours for terrible customer service ...

It was 5/31 at 530pm one associate at the counter and 7 customers.waiting. The store Manager was Taking a call in his office when finished he saw the line and just left like he didn't care. The associate was.complaing (out loud) how no one wants to come to work. Eventually another girl came in to help and she was even more rude she told the customers to just be patient instead of apologizing while all the while being unprofessional and verbally complain about the staff and work conditions. Maybe during the 1st of the month the manager could anticipate that most people move on that date and insure proper.coverage.

rented a trailer that was in stock and it took over 2 hours to get it hooked up. The chains were both bent so it wouldn't connect to the trailer hitch so they had to look around for more chains, took their sweet time. Then the wires that connect the lights were all chewed up and didn't work so again they had to find the parts to replace that while I sat for hours. Awful experience.

Recycle old vehicles. Had a truck with no key for cargo area leaving personal equipment unsecure. Opening the cargo door was a workout. Truck interior look like it hasn't been wiped down in years. Side view mirrors were no help because they didn't have much flexibility to adjust them, while making driving it more difficult. . A/C unit was stuck on highest setting with air blasting in your face. Worst truck ever!

I need to speak with the Gm! I was issued a van that just was returned and haven’t been cleaned before assigned to me. I stood in front of the agent as she told the guy outside to give her the truck number since it just came it. I’m not completely against it, I just expected for them to clean it before giving it to me. As I put my dining room table on the van, I then noticed tons of roaches crying all over the place. I have rented from this location plenty of times. Never have this happened to me before. I am expecting a refund and this has been a very nasty experience.

Customer service was ok, it the thing is I paid 7$ for a furniture dolly and when I went to the store the said they don’t have any furniture dolly available , which I don’t understand because i made the reservation the day before. That’s te point of doing everything before online once you get there everything it should be ready because I really need the dolly. Anyways they didn't give it to me and now when I see my receipt they charged me those 7$... so I just want a solution for that.

It would be nice if they told you to return the truck with the amount of fuel that was there when I picked it up I drove 31 miles and the truck takes 7 miles to the gallon at I was charged 34 dollars for fuel that is way over charging for fuel

They charged me more than they quoted. I showed up with a reservation for an open trailer. The sales agent told me they only had one unit and it was reserved for 5:00 that day. But, he said he would put me into a closed, larger unit at the same price. When I returned it the woman ran the receipt and then told me she did not know how to change it. It was Sunday morning and the place was extremely busy with returns. She told me she would e-mail me the receipt with the adjustments. I just received the receipt and they still charged me $29,95 instead of $18.95 as promised. I would like a credit to m y card. U-Haul Contract 88157376

I shouldn’t have to go inside and wait in line if I have an on line reservation. This pick up process should be easier. All you need is one associate outside greeting reserved clients with the vehicle ready. Also there is not enough parking!!! Ugh!! This dives me crazy and is the number one concern other than waiting in line while en route to the store

Everything was good, the staff were excellent; how they treated us, they were courteous, they were kind, they were willing to go the extra mile. The only thing we were very unhappy about was when we returned the truck which was late evening. We went to a very dark place, no staff around, no one to help us. We were surprised finding no one at the location, because we thought that it was manned twenty-four hours a day. We went into the website to try and input all the information for the return, and five times we took a photo and five times the system did not receive the information. The return system is very user unfriendly. I at least had another person with me but, there was a lady that was there all by herself in her car. She too came in and out, as we also did, going to the truck, coming back to the car going to the truck and coming back to the to the car, I don't know how many times. All this to be able to input information documenting return of the truck, and fruitlessly taking photos that were never downloaded by your system. We were fearful and wanted out of there as soon as possible. We wasted so much time trying to input the information. We were then also inconvenienced as my sister had to go in the morning to assure that the truck was documented as a return. Another thing is, we had rented one of the hand trucks so we had to put it in the cab of the truck and lock it up as we have no way to lock up the back of the truck. Again, so it would not be stolen from the back of the truck. I think you have to realize that a lot of women are now the ones renting those trucks, and we must be assured that we will be safe when we return the trucks when it's late at night. More lighting in the area would have made us perhaps a little more comfortable. Would we rent from you again? I really don't know at this point.

After I paid $217.62 when I returned the vehicle intact with the gas refilled, an additional $55. was taken out of my bank account two days later unauthorized. I was put into overdraft and now have to dispute this transaction. Very dishonest and poor service. To begin with, I had to get my rental late from another location because the original location did not have the rental I reserved almost a week in advance, I was not even compensated. Terrible service!

Customer service inside was very unpleasant. Representative was eating peanuts and grabbing my ID card at the same time also talking to someone on the back about his vocation. I felt unwanted there. Outside guys were a bit friendlier and helped me connect my trailer to the car. Please let your workers know about basic hospitality rules. Thank you.

Worst experience ever. Customer service is a waste of time. They don’t know how to do business. They gave me a truck in bad condition and it overheated. I lost all day waiting on them to send me a mechanic instead of sending me a new truck so I can do my moving. They cannot take more than 5 hours to resolve and issue. Never again!

Everyone was professional and very nice, but the equipment was defective. The rear lift-gate locking mechanism on this vehicle was problematic. When you lift the gate up, it roll us up quickly - almost automatically with sprig tensioners, into the cab, but the external locking lever mounted on the lift gate is defective or an issue given the quick force it rolls up with so that the external locking mechanism got stuck on the upper part of the recessed area the gate rolls into and would not allow the gate to be pulled down. It took an hour to figure out how to clear this which required sticking one's hand into a small gap near the roof, feeling around and pushing various parts of the lever forefully until it moved and released and the gate could be pulled back down. This repeated every time the gate was opened. Putting one's hand into a metal small gap with springs and rollers is both very uncomfortable and dangerous as I enjoy having 2 hands. This was not a very good customer experience. I pointed the issue out, and repeated it, to the return technician when I returned the truck, but likely this is a common issue with this lift gate lock design and I hope they take this particular truck out of service until this is corrected. Not fun.
