My first uhaul trailer I ever borrowed. The process and procedure was easy. Installing the trailer was way easier and the service when I return was a quick one too. This will be my new Uhaul store to go to! And recommend my friends.

I had some furniture pads that I had rented on a one way rental to return. The rental agreement had them being returned to a location over 25 miles away. The staff at the Murray UT location could not transfer the return to their location and I had to make a nearly 50 mile round trip to return the pads. I would think twice about using this location again.

Young man that helped me when I picked up the trailer was kind of rude through my drivers license at me through the contract stuff at me I felt like he really didn't care to be helping me It was completely office it when I dropped it off the young lady was amazing very sweet very pleasant very helpful very efficient you should give her a raise young man need to be trained on how to be polite with your patrons

I think it would be very helpful if you would state that you cannot leave your car there while renting one of your trucks. I had to park a block away. Wasn't expecting that or I would have gotten a ride.

The two employees working that day were definitely not helpful at all. He wouldn't pull the trailer out far enough for us so when he hooked it up and walked away we couldn't get out due to it getting caught on another trailer. Poor assistance for sure!

They told us that it was half full. So we filled the gas tank to half full. And they said it wasn't were it was. Basically we got the switch and bate. Not happy putting gas in and then having them charge us $9.00 more. Will not recommend them.

Be sure to listen to the customer. I had asked for a truck with a ramp. It wasn't until I got to my location that I realized it didn't have one and had to improvise.

Customer service was ho-hum at best. It felt like I was a bother to both the employee that I picked up from and the owner I dropped off too. They could not have been any less enthusiastic about the fact that I and my company chose u-hual over their competitors.

Wasn't told the cost break down when I reserved over the phone, called the Phoenix office and got a different story. The cost of per mile changed between two different calls. Corporate and local stores are not on the same page. Next move I will use someone else.

Your business model is to provide a service and as for that you do a great job. Where you suck is offering a good experience. None of my visits to this or other locations made me feel welcome. Additionally, Cleanliness of the office and facility is certainly not your strong suit.

Fuel gage was not where it should have been, although the staff were very nice about fixing it I worry that if I (or another customer) were in a hurry, it could have easily been missed and the extra charges would have been on the customer.

I also reserved an appliance dolly when I reserved the 26 foot truck Online, but there wasn't one available when I picked up the truck. I sorely missed having the dolly when I moved. In the future it would be nice to be able to rely on the reservation system.

The back rolling door was very difficult to open and close.

Overall experience was extremely poor. We thought everything went fine when we picked up the truck. Walked through the reservation with the manager. We chose the 30 mile service. We said it will be longer than 30 miles and he said that was no big deal and it would adjust. He reviewed the dolly and moving blankets with us. Signed and was on our way. When we returned, we were charged with over 100 miles, the dolly and blankets were not on our order request. We left and brought it back to the same store thinking that would be a better option. It would have been nice for the store representative to ask what we were doing with the truck and where it was going. We could have saved half the mileage had we known we should have just dropped it off at another location where we were moving to. I feel like a lot of this could have been avoided when we asked about driving further than the 30 miles had someone taken the time to help us.

The guy who helped me pick the truck up was awesome, super nice and friendly. The guy who I dropped it off to, John S. was embarrassingly terrible. He argued with the guy in front of me, skipped me in line, took two phone calls while talking with customers. Both calls were somewhat personal, asking about someone's blood sugar and then the second one was talking about his dentist appointment that he scheduled for a month and a half. Zero percent chance I'll ever return to this location because of John.

There was only one employee at the time and they were helping another customer for an hour outside the store while I waited inside to pick up for my reservation. The back of the truck was dusty and has some thing old spilled on the wall that wasn't cleaned.

The person that helped me with my pickup attempted to charge me when I had already paid online. This was also not the location that I had originally chosen to pickup and no one bothered to tell me that the location had changed until I was trying to pick up my truck. Then they only had half my reservation and sent me to a third location that was across town which resulted in our move schedule being massively set back. This has been the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had.

I tried to use the mobile check in, however it would not recognize my location even though the location services were turned on on my device. Please fix that. Even if I did that the keys for the vehicle were still inside behind the counter, so I'm not sure what the mobile check in would actually do for me to speed things up. I'd still have to wait on the customer service folks to get the key.
