Was told by U-haul to return trailer for being not safe. I was told there would be no penalty. I offered to take trailer back home but U-Haul was not sure if trailer would stay on truck. Was told to leave trailer and there would be no penalty. Then get up on Monday to find out that there is a penalty of a 1000 dollars.

Nothing. The location was clean, efficient, and the staff professional and accommodating.

Train better your staff. I was told at the time of check out that I could bring the trailer back overnight with no fees and turns out I was charged a $20 for that. I didn't have access to a printed copy of the contract to read through because their printer was out, so I didn't have the chance to double check what the representative was saying or sign anything. I want my money back!

Suggest person giving truck to consumer show where the hazard button is and downshift procedure, because there is no operator’s manual in the truck.

We love this location, the staff is awesome, we'll trained, curious, patient, friendly. The manager has done we'll for you. Giant thank you. In addition, we really really appreciate that you let the customers re-use the boxes. We go to this location for all of our moving and rental needs.

The website was very hard to navigate and needs serious improvement to make it easier. Trying to find the right location was difficult and it put my mailing address in as to where I was moving without even asking. Then it duplicated the reservation.

I love your service, we drive more then 20hrs with the uhaul trailer, it was strong and carry our stuff to the end

The employees, although nice and accommodating, were pretty incompetent. The management of the location needs to tighten things down. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to return a trailer.

First of all the truck I reserved was 2o miles closer to location that truck was. Was told would receive refund of 50 reservation fee hasn't happened.. had to wait in line 1hour and 10 minutes just to pick up truck.was over charged for mileage and would be nice if employee had suggested I take a picture of mileages before leaving lot. All the way around a big epic fail cost me 103.00 for a 19.95 a day truck . Overall a Horrible experience will make sure to avoid UHAUL AT ALL COSTS FOR ANY FUTURE moving Experience.
