Victor T.Daniel and his coworker that morning were helpful and great customer service. Corporate online customer service messed up my reservation by changing it from self pick up to pick up w staff. I need to pick up before the office open. Lucky for me, although the office is not yet open, Daniel and his coworker were willing to help even though they were busy. Very much appreciated them.

Janis P.Employee had to take a picture of my driver's license and then upload it to their computer system. Slowed everything down plus there is an issue with the confidentiality of my personal identifiable information since he took a picture of my drivers license. The computer system should be updated so the employee doesn't use his phone to take pictures of customer's licenses.

John M.I was charged a special service fee of $30 a gas fee of $25, plus tax, even though I topped off the van as specified by the attendant. This more than doubled the cost of a short 2 hour rental - not even including the $20 I paid for gas!

SANDRA W.write a internal program for employees so customers with appropriate and required data and information can do easy pickup to include emergency contact, billing address etc Promoting Insurance is ok but if a Customer has private coverage that should be sufficient or just decide how you want customers to demonstrate insurance coverage try a win win strategy so customers can do repeat business that they can afford or design insurance coverage plans or run Insurance coverage specials during slower seasons be innovative so customers can budget forecast to cover the insurance, rental each day, mileage and gas expensditures.

Glory B.The data what is written on my receipt or consent form is different from the actual reading of the milage and Gas, on the paper they mentioned the milage is 65358 but the milage displayed in the Uhaul is 77965 and even the gas they mentioned it has 80% of gas but the actual gas used displayed in the Uhaul is just one point above the Empty mark. Informed this to the person who helped me in milpitas branch his name is Jose
Akshay S.When I rented I was given the correct key, but the wrong vehicle was connected to my contract. More than 5k mile difference. Luckily I checked mileage, returned to office and got everything corrected.

Denys G.Fuel Credit given around around 17 $ less to match it to 1/4th level which costed around 23$ before starting the trip. While returning at 1/4th the credit amount given because of the fuel being less than 1/4th is less to match to 1/4th level just to start the trip.
Arjun T.Equipment was clean and operated without issue but oil change message came on while I was driving it. There were also dents and other cosmetic exterior issues which did not interfere with my experience, but I had to make a note of them in the initial inspection as they weren't noted before. There were not a lot of parking spaces for regular cars when I came to check in. Not enough space for customers to keep their cars while renting. Other than that, driving was smooth for the size of the van. Great customer service - an employee helped back it out of the space before I took it.

ian F.The staff in this location are not friendly and customer focused , we left a piece in the truck and they did not inform us and decided the part is broken and put it in the trash bin. after 15 min of check out I stopped by and asked for the part and they said we put it in trash and we can not find it . That part worth around 100 $ !!!
Behnam A.Showed up around 730am to do truck share for my 26 foot rental truck. Had a lot of trouble getting it reserved with the website and when I showed up I could not self checkout to pick up. I saw a man inside who I later found out to be named Daniel, who was opening the store. I understood it was before 9am on a Sunday but when I knocked on the window he barked at me and said to go away til 9am. He came out a few minutes later with a very bad attitude and continued yelling at me giving very unclear instructions of how to self checkout until he finally lost his temper and ripped my phone out of my hands and tried to figure it out himself. When he also couldnt figure it out he told me my truck was already taken by another customer and I would have to wait until 9am to see what he had available. Waited until 9am and then Jay Sahoma was working behind the counter and told me that Daniel gave me the wrong information and my truck was ready to go. Jay was very nice and helpful while Daniel treated me, the customer, like garbage.

I was asked by the store representative to drop the keys in the drop box since they were closing the doors around 7.00 pm when I reached the u-haul location. I was not told by the representative there will be a $20.00 convenience fee if the representative need to verify the vehicle the next business day
