Tira WLatisha Curry, an employee that I encountered on April 8th at 4PM at this location was very unprofessional and unkind. She spoke to me in a very rude way. While I understand her duty is stressful as the only employee in a busy store, her conduct could greatly be improved. Her conduct was so poor that I will not be visiting this location again. The other employees I encountered on April 7th in the morning were so helpful and kind Unlike Latisha, who needs professional improvement.
Daniela Nthe person could care less of my troubles that i had. the store was so cluttered it looked like a safety hazard walking in. I was just done with the whole experience.
Amanda LLaTia Curry was wonderful to work with she made everything seamless. I didn’t have to worry about anything very helpful. She’s awesome at her job I would recommend her and that location to anyone just because the customer service is so outstanding! LaTia made moving day easy for me, and returning the truck.,

ERIC JLocation is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this facility. This was the third or fourth Uhaul we had to go to get a big truck which was what was supposed to have been reserved. The associate was wonderful. The truck steering wheel had a lot of play in it and needs to be looked at. A representative from the 2nd or 3rd store even reserved us a truck the correct size but it wasn't a one-way vehicle which is why we ended up clear on the Southwest side of Indy hours later than we were supposed to be.

Richard UI’ve used uhaul for moving for over 20 years, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company. Had to extend my rental because of unforeseen issues at my new home and the employee I spoke with was quite rude about the fact that I needed to extend it. It definitely wasn’t part of my plan or budget to keep the truck as long as I needed to. When I asked what the big deal was I was given some lame reason about the vehicle needing inspected. Which makes me think that I was rented this truck without it being serviced before hand. The truck drove poorly and the customer service was lackadaisical at best.
Kenny COther UHaul locations will connect the trailer for me. This location did not, and I don't really care. However, it does show how some locations provide better service than others.
Eric NFor the first time I rent a U-Haul and I got the worst deal, I think I wouldn't use it again or haul unless it's something very urgent, but I wouldn't recommend it unless there are nicer people.

Yousef AThis was a great experience provided by Uhaul. My contractor was out of a vehicle to get back and forth to the job site and Uhaul arranged for me to keep the the rented pick-up truck for an extra week, for a total of 2 weeks, while my contractor was able to get his own truck. Thank you!
Jordan HWhen I returned the truck, I was annoyed that a private car was parked there (7:10 PM) at the return portal which caused me to have to partially block exiting vehicles from the back lot.
Lowell EThe sale person was Fantastic Thumbs up But the trailer was a little rough and the back gate was messed up a bit. Had to stand on it to get it to go down But besides that it pulled great and handled the frig like a champ

Gordon RMake sure the customers are leaving with a reliable truck. My truck wasn't clean, had one headlight out, and stop working on me. Then had to pay for another truck because the one I got needed to be returned before I was done with my rental. Nobody had the attitude to make sure I was taken care of, just you have to reserve another truck, which means pay for another truck when it's yall fault that I had a unreliable truck to do my move. Nope, won't be using uhaul ever again....
Avery HYou tried to get me on the gas from the beginning even after I had it rechecked you still put more than what it had in it. You aren't up front with pricing. You aren't up front with deposit. You aren't up front with any of it. Was a terrible experience dealing with this company at all.

Octavia GI ordered a dolly. Didn’t get it so they called and said they forgot it. That’s fine just refund me for it. Was not refunded for it. The key worked half the time we had trouble getting it to start but was told to “just jiggle it” what? Just jiggle it?

Roslyn HTruck did not shift well, it was shuddering, shifting around 4k rpm’s , I’m a former mechanic of 12 years, and that truck was definitely not right.
Deven LThe staff here called to notify me that I had left my work badge in the cab of the truck almost immediately. When I did not answer on the first call they called persistently until someone had actually spoken to me instead of just leaving a voicemail and hoping I checked it. To me that was going above and beyond and was very appreciated
Ray WTruck was a little worn, but performed mechanically. Personnel were friendly and store was neat and clean. Located in a safe area.
RONALD RI originally order a hitch which I paid for but found out that I couldn't use it. I was to be refunded for the amount of the hitch and insurance but I have yet to receive it. I even called back days later and they said that they would get my refund to me. I haven't received anything!
Kelsie WThe general manager on-site was great and made the process very quick. The truck was clean on the inside, but the windshield was filthy and the truck had no windshield wiper fluid.

KAYLA LUHaul assigned me a different drop off location which was closed. People at my second drop off location were nice. UHaul screwed me over twice which didn’t make me happy.
William BThe vehicle smelled of pot and had the ashes everywhere. The GMhad attitude and was inappropriately hugging a person returning a vehicle I assume she knew because he picked her up and spun her around.
