I only had one issue and that was that I got charged for 2 days instead of 1 day of 15 inch rental. It did get fixed but it should not be overcharging customersSIMON D.

The 15 ft truck I had. Sounds awful and it needs to be looked at. Pushing on the gas and it's not moving . I I hardly move and the engine soused awe full . Not happy with the performance of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the pickup location, but the overall experience was a shit show. Wrong trailer when I get there, waiting an hour for them to figure it out, didn't have the dollys I paid for so I get a shitty wooden one that broke. The trailer I end up with looks like it was hit with a damn air strike, comforting for a 3300 mile trip. Then get notified my drop off location has changed to one that is not 24 hour drop off which I SPECIFICALLY needed. Ended up parking the damn thing in the city for an extra night hoping it didn't get stolen. Shout out to the Oceanside location on mission that ACTUALLY was able to help me, owner went above and beyond and was super awesome. Check the radio settings. The radio had no sound as the fader was set to the rear speakers (which don't exist). Once set to the front speakers, the sound came back.RICHARD C.

The store was fine. My problem is with U-Haul. I was bumped twice from closer stores to my move location, was first promised a $50.00 credit for the extra gas and time, which then changed to $25.00. Haven't seen the credit yet though told it would occur on checkout when I asked for it. My time for the extra 40 minutes of my drive time is irrelavent to U-haul. I'll be starting with Budget and Penske before I look to U-haul again. Pretty poor experience..ROBERT H.

Make sure the security locks on the truck rentals have been removed prior to costumer driving off on to reach there destination and find the lock on the roll. up door. Only to have to drive back 10 miles to have the locked removed. The manager promised to credit the miles that I rolled up going back and forth which she promised she would do and then never did. Got my bill sent by email and i surprised all miles were billed. Phone call went unanswered.GARY S.

The truck literally sounded and felt like it was going to fall apart. When i picked said truck up they said the gas was FULL. It was actually at 3 quarters of a tank. I ofcourse took a pic of it before i left the parking lot and made sure to say something when i dropped it off. When I dropped the truck off it actually had more gas in it than when I picked it up and I was STILL charged for gas. Are you kidding me? Whats the point in people checking these trucks if the info they are putting down is NOT correct? Never again will i use uhaul!ELYSSA F.
