It was the first of the month AND a Saturday, so they were very busy. All the same, the employees were very helpful, communicative, and patient. 10/10 customer experience. Bonus: the parking lot was very well lit so I felt safe dropping off the truck after dark. Thanks for a smooth move!

I reserved a 15' truck because I needed it. And they only gave me a 10' truck. I couldn't get all my stuff and had to borrowed a truck from someone else. I'm very disappointed.

I was surprised at how clean and orderly the shop was. The van I rented was great. Plenty of room and was like driving a new one. The clerk/manager was friendly and knowledgeable.He made the sign in quick and easy. I did the initial sign in on-line and would recommend that also.

The windshield of the Truck was pretty smudged making it harder to see out of the windshield in the direct sunlight, the truck also smelled like someone had recently smoked Tabaco in there. I also had an issue where the button to turn off the over head light in the cargo bay was not working event after trying the button and turning the truck on and off

Erica, at the Middlesex Street U-Haul location, is an exceptional individual. She works hard never stops and always smiles. No matter what the problem she faces it the same way she did when you first came in the door she is unique. I always go to this particular U-Haul facility. The place is just run better.

Nothing to improve my experience as it was phenomenal. I have been to other locations and consistently come back to this one as the team provides a world class experience. Even during the busy weekend we just had in this area for college move ins your team went above and beyond to ensure my move was a breeze. I appreciate the team and especially Ryan as he consistently checked in with me and helped me prepare for my move better than my family could have. Big thanks to him!

Both the gentleman that was there when I picked it up and the woman there when I dropped it off we're very helpful and committed to me getting on the road quickly. Frankly I was nervous about using my cell phone for the pick up and drop off, but they assured me it was quick and easy, and it was. I wish I remembered their names. Keep those 2, they hustle!

The two folks there at pickup and drop off on 8/31 and 9/1 were such a pleasure to be around even though it was the two most crazy days of the year. They deserve a bonus and ice cream.

I made my reservation for Woburn ma then received an email stating I had to pick up a different truck in a different town which was not close to my location and the size truck was going to be way too large for me to drive so I call in and voice my concerns they tell me they overbooked and had no more trucks at this location but if I drive to Lowell they can give me a 15 rather than a 26ft truck (I originally booked a 10 footer) my arms were tied I had no choice at this point They told me they would give me a credit for the time the truck/equipment wasn't being used and start the reservation at 9am when I could pick up a dolly and not charged me for mileage to n from locations but this was not the case I was charged a significant amount an amount I did not authorize I get to pick up the truck and none of the equipment I added was there (I ordered two dollys and 10 boxes) I call in they argue with me and keep repeating themselves saying they can't see the request for any of these items rather than trying to resolve the issue I had no equipment at this point and less than 24 hours to move my whole house with this truck and was an hour from home so 4 hours lost traveling to and from this trucks location 11 hours lost not being able to move any of my items from the 8th floor because I had no dollys and then they charged my card when I did not authorize these charges and they never even called to discuss these charges they just illegally ran my card At this point This is being reported to the BBB and attorney general this is beyond a scam of a service

The front of the cargo van seats were definitely not clean. There was lot of particles on both of the seats. It seemed like it wasn't even vacuumed at all. I would have asked them to clean it properly before I took it or give another cargo van that was cleaner, but I was in hurry so didn't make a big deal about it.

They never came out with me to see the rental before I took it, there was a box left behind by previous person who rented truck. The store called me after I dropped it off and accused me of leaving a box behind, they were so rude. They also accused me of stealing a mat from the truck, there never was a mat in the truck and they would know that if they inspected the rental with me at pickup and drop off. I will never use the Lowell location again. Super unprofessional and condescending

The online preregistration form was a bit cumbersome and hung up at the end where one had to read the Terms and Conditions and another policy statement and click agree to both. So I tried multiple times but same hang up at same place, and could not complete form and submit. Also there were multiple text messages to upload photos of drivers license, but wasn't sure it was safe. I called the store and Erika was very helpful and said others have had the same issues, and just come in the store and all will be done there.
