Great experience. This was for a small around-town furniture move. I reserved a pickup truck, arrived on time, the order was processed, and everything went smoothly. No problems with the truck. I also saw they have everything you might need to haul your stuff, like bungee cords, rope, boxes, tape, padlocks, etc.

The customer service was terrible. No one was friendly. I have never done online pickup, so didn’t know how it worked. No one offered to help. They Had new workers who had no idea what they were doing. I was given the keys and was told to drive off. When I came to return the truck they claimed I had driven 57 miles which was a lie. No one checked my mileage before I left no one checked the gas tank before I left and the truck was filthy.I will not recommend this place to a friend family member or colleague.

The store was busy with a lot of people coming at once, but the employees were very pleasant and helpful which really helped the situation. Good staff.

There is no customer parking. Would’ve been easier if I could’ve driven myself there, return the U-Haul truck, and have my car there. It was a little inconvenient to have someone take me there and come back to pick me up. However, since I made a reservation, the pick up process was easy. Returning the truck was an easy process also.

I forgot to check the truck in so I called to avoid getting charged an extra 20 dollars only to get charged anyway. Also when I called the location the associate went on to tell me that it is up to the discretion of the manager. I just think that customers should get treated better than that and specialty a repeat customer like myself.

Overall, customer service was average. Communication can be improved.
