'Check Engine' light came on and the transmission was very hesitant in my 15 foot truck. Wish the parking lot was not so very crowded. Staff was polite and tried to take care of customers as soon as possible.

The wait time to pick up merchandise ordered or a reserved truck was extensive. Merchandise ordered should be pulled in advance or staff should pull it upon arrival. The customer shouldn't have to walk around to gather it. Advise customers to come a minimum of 30 minutes to pick up their truck. I waited in line for an hour just to pick up my reserved truck. Find a way to sort out reserved from non-reserved pick ups to perhaps make the line go faster.

I would have rated excellent due to the exceptional customer service, however, the truck that I was assigned had key ignition problems that delayed my usage. It wasn't too problematic but I would have appreciated a heads up about it upon pick up because when returning it the rep indicated that Uhaul was already aware about it.

your truck was old and in poor condition. I rented it for 48 hours I only traveled 36 hours for a distance of 7 miles to transport a sofa set. you billed me for the cleaning of the truck which was already rotten. I will take pictures before. stop taking advantage of your customers' tolerance

U-Haul is a joke. The employees are rude and overcharged you. For a service which totaled $186.48 dollars, they charged $302.11 When I brought it to their attention, they made another mistake and charged $211.76 Then again the actual charge of 186.48 You would think they would do the right thing but no! Now I have been charged $700.35 which obviously is an overcharge of $513.87 This is highway robbery pure and simple because I brought this to their attention and the employee Shane assured me he had canceled the charges. This is ridiculously outrageous! They don't care. If they cannot do the right thing they should not be in business.

I have had the worst costumer service experience ever at this location and the manger “Sylvester” should be reprimanded including termination. This location prefers to leave their trucks on the middle of the driveway blocking your entrance and exits. They refused to move the trucks out the way for you to safely exit and were extremely rude and disrespectful. This is the last thing you need on you moving day. Do yourself a favor and NEVER patronize this location.

I accidently entered laurel UHUAL accidently through the exit. There was a small do not enter sign which I did not see. A Uhaul employee started screaming at me. I apologized to the worker by saying I'm sorry. He continued to use profanity and kept yelling at me in front of other customers, embarrassing me. I continued to apologized, he then said he will not be assisting me and that I can take back the equipment that I rented. I was just shocked. I went inside and asked a different employee to help. I am traumatized and will not go back.

Normally my experience at this location is okay but this time I had to as for assistance instead of someone acknowledging my presence. Then I was given a rental in the back if other trucks. When asked about it the person said they were off the clock. I had to go back inside. I refused to wait online again and just asked someone in uniform if they could give me a truck upfront. After contemplating they obliged.

Returning the cargo van went pretty smoothly. Unfortunately picking up the cargo van was not great. The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all and very rude. She raised her voice when we told her we were having issues with the mobile check in process. All she did was yell what is your vehicle number!!! How would we know if it wasn't popping up like the YouTube video we watched the night before for reference? Our phone did not show us that at all. We ended up getting help from a live agent which was way more helpful and they told us the vehicle number in a few seconds as it wasn't showing up on our phone no matter if we restarted each step:

Attendants or personnel need to be more courteous in relating to customers. We had an order in places a couple of days earlier only to be told vehicle could be rented just for overnight to be returned 7am the next day or can go to another location. We were only relying on a reservation and had no part in UHaul system error or malfunction. Even so, a better interaction would have served us better.
