I throughly enjoyed the truck and it was well kept and sturdy. The staff was nice and I got the truck fast and well price. 4/5. BUT I did have one HUGE issue. The miles recorded are incorrect only costing an extra 15 dollars (Claimed 10 but said 25) which isnt a big deal but when other customers needing it for longer miles may have to pay twice which is right so that car must be inspected again!!!!

He was very apologetic in regards to my experience ...out of the 7/8 ppl I had previously spoken with he was the only one that wasn't robotic with his responses and seemed very sincere and agitated by my experience. I appreciated that.

Explaining the way you get charged because i think i was over charged and had two different transaction on my debit card which none of those i swiped my card for then i ended up paying more when i returned the rental.

I was charged for a dolly that I didn’t use. The seal was still intact upon return of the rental. The store wasn’t the store I set up the reservation and ended up paying more for mileage than I needed to. Overall, I didn’t like my experience.

The GM he provided excellent customer service. He realized rain was in the forecast and made sure I had the proper equipment to be properly prepared. I strongly recommend this location.

The owner/manager (Mark F) was a great fellow who couldn't do more to help someone out. He maintained a great rapport and was very courteous/professional. While I arrived late one night to install the trailer, he took his time to be sure it was secured to the truck and that I got the car tied down correctly. He was a 15/10 - definitely over and above needs! He did everything he could to make me feel comfortable with the vehicle, with the tie-down process, and made sure I did everything in order to offer that support and comfort I needed, to be sure my 900+ mile trip was worry free. He made the experience wonderful, and were I in town again, I would certainly use his services.

good operation but your gonna need a bigger place for all the big equipment....my 6x12 cargo trailer was perfect for the job and pulled easy and tracked true loaded and balanced...would been better if trailer was 6ft high .. only 5.4in so you ll bump your head ... good service from the agent on duty...could have used some help

After paying 1200 their were charging me another $50. Which the guy was telling me, he wouldn't help me, unless he got the money. And then when, I got the transport for my vehicle, which I already paid for, he told me you are on your own! I would never recommend Uhaul to anybody and I will be calling corporate office.

We forgot to mention the inside of trailer on flooring had a square that was not screwed on correctly and if you walk over it your foot would go right through. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but the one with the awesome beard he is AWESOME with his customers, he is very welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made it a pleasure doing business with UHAUL.

The guy that was working there did not let me finish my drop off online and he charge me extra because the gas was not above the f for fuel. It was on it I feel he Double charge me. I will not be returning to that location
