SOULEYMANE SWaited for a long time to get served because of only one person on duty. Did not get the requested model of the van as promised over the phone. The reluctance to accommodate request with no regard for any professional courtesy. The feeling of hostility when one steps into the premises because the person was heavily engaged in a personal cellphone conversation and does not care if there is customer waiting! Customer service is horrible. U-Haul management, shame on you! There are plenty of candidates for the position, use careful and “streetwise “ judgement when hiring! These associates working at this location shouldn’t reflect the environment of a bad neighborhood when one walks in !

Because what are you there for if not to help the customers. She was also very rude to the other people i seen her assisting. Moral of the story is i would like for someone to reach back out to be based on her response
ROAN WHad to find my own truck asked about three or four times to find the truck. Go outside the gentleman was like unwilling to help finally was able to get my truck after other trucks were parked in front of it. Pay for a dolly last time and all the times I always rent from you all the doll is always in the truck I left I had to come back to get the dolly because it wasn't in the truck truck had numerous body damage with stickers on it and somebody damaged I didn't have stickers ask for stickers to replace on them they said they don't have any more stickers. Driving that truck was the most horrible thing the front suspension system was very very bad can I go past 45 mph on the highway without it shaking if it hits a bump it merges to the right very bad that vehicle should not have been on the road and the braking system was horrible

Kevin CI rented a van, it was clean on the inside but not on the outside. But that was not really a problem. The van worked perfectly fine and I was able to use it and do my moving. However, the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! There was a male and a female. They both clearly didn't want to be there. They had a nasty attitude. They have absolutely zero knowledge about customer service. Bottom line, THET DON'T CARE!! They made me and my husband feel like we were bothering them. Every time we asked them a question the sucked their teeth. The guy even said to us "OMG you are making me work more." I literally bit my tonge because I really wanted to curse him out when he said that to us but I didn't. The female was eating Chinese food and texting on her phone on top of the counter right next to us. It was really a horrible experience. I would NEVER go back to the UHAUL on Bruckner blvd. I would never recommend this location to any of my family members because I wouldn't wanted them to go through the same horrible experience that my husband and I went through. UHAUL please be more careful and selective when you are hiring people for you company. Otherwise, these lazy, unprofessional and repulsive people will continue making you lose business.

Williams RThe lady that was working on Saturday was alone and it was very busy, I was there for an hour. She was very nice and professional. However, there should be more employees behind the counter. I did everything online a week before I picked up the van and still had to do checkout while there, it shouldn’t take one hour to go pick up a rental, especially when it’s all done online. Uploaded credit card, drivers license, etc. the lady was very nice and the van was clean! Thank you!
Pamela SYou need parking for your customers! I am 71 years old and I had to stumble down the highway to park a considerable distance away! This is dangerous for anyone but especially for an elder female! I was not happy! Other than that, the facility was clean and the agent was competent.

Cherell BI believe and understand that the company should not train its personnel better or should make a better selection of them. This is because of the way they treat clients. I felt a derogatory treatment and little attention in some cases the client was not well informed about costs and some other things. The company's brand does not correspond to the treatment of some employees, very distant from each other and I think that the brand as such should be taken more care of.

HECTORL CThere were people waiting at the counter without being helped. After waiting for a few minutes I went outside to ask the gentleman cleaning the truck if anyone was in the office. He said it was him and that I would have to wait. His attitude was terrible and was on his cell the whole time complaining about something. He continued cleaning, slammed the truck doors, then moved a truck which he almost hit with the truck I was returning because he was maneuvering out of where he was. I checked out online. The people in side continue to wait, another person came in that needed help meanwhile he was taking his time parking the other truck. I tried to ask him where he wanted my key but he was too busy on the phone. I dropped the key in the drop box. He definitely had a terrible attitude and sub par customer service.

KENNETH BThe van I rented was clean with just a minor issue with the interior driver side door lock. It definitely served its purpose. It’s great to have a U-Haul in the area. I did have an issue with the U-Haul app when trying to close out my transaction. The staff was helpful in the process.
ELPIDIO RUnfortunately, one hand does not wash the other. Made the reservations the day before and it seems as one shift does not coordinate nor communicate with the other shift. It's tedious at best.

Tyrone JIf a customer reserves a certain size of truck through your website and it specifically indicates that is available and the reservation goes through, the pick up site should have the truck(s). The truck I specifically went to pick up was not available When I went for pick up at the site that I had previously reserved .
