Uhaul had gimmicks with the mileage. There's no way I used 25 miles in the matter of two drives locally. I drive everyday all day to know that I did not use 25 miles in that truck but the meter read I did. They have a gimmick with their trucks.CAROLINALYNN C.

Have the trucks clean. Don't put pictures of a good condition van and you get a van you have to dispute picture with. Staff should focus more on cleaning.Mayra A.

Entering the facility was like entering into a coragated box company! Huge piles of boxes you see and cant see the agent counter! Not only you have to follow a maze, but then you have to stand to the side to be on line. You dont see the face of the rental agent till you ate up at the counter. Its a security hazard. Snything can hapoen inside ans No one from outside would notice. A clear line of sight from the entry foor yo the counter should be Paramount 3specialy for a bussiness which welcomes everyone...yet you wont know who is who untill you are at the counter... I feel, the greeting lobby should be open, visible of everything enteting & exiting. Safety, saftety safety... I insist it should be clear that any customer entering should see the agents face at a distance and vise-versa!Isidro I.
Prefer the newer van as opposed to the older model because it suits my needs much better and the key is much easier to keep up with and the door lock with the remote.L Charise H.

It turned out that there is no hitch made for my model of the Kia Soul, so they were not able to install anything. They were honest and open about the problem, and as disappointed as I was, but the fault is with the back-end website software database that selected the hitch for installation despite my specifying that it was for a 2020 Kia Soul GT-Turbo 1.6 liter, which couldn't take any trailer hitch because of the unusual size and central placement of the two rear exhaust pipes and muffler system. Even so, the staff worked really hard to find an alternative, or a way to get around the problem, but there isn't one. The online website should be updated to prevent others from having this really troubling mixup. We made plans based on having the trailer hitch and can't carry them out to move our stuff now.David B.
The sales lady-- passive aggressive, bad attitude, would not speak up.. had to constantly ask her to speak up.. she looking annoyed, depressed, somewhat angry, slow at going through the process.. she was bad in every way possible.. clearly psychotic, she should not be having customer contact.. the previous person for past rentals, pleasant, swift.. done deal.. I had 2 separate rental reservations each time the entire staff was Quick, Efficient, Professional and Always Very Courteous and HelpfulNicholas P.
The Customer service representative was eating her breakfast when we arrive about a quarter to 12pm and on the phone havng personnel conversation. She never greeted us, we proceeded to ask for a vehicle inwhich we received with no problem. when we returned the Vehicle. She was outside on the phone again talking on her phone, never even look our way to say ill will be with you in a sec.we assume she was cleaning,etc for another vehicle that was there, but there was customer there. Then she parked a Truck for more than 15 minutes. With out saying anything. She spent too much time on her Phone.Vincent F.

The fact that you aren't told to put gas in the cargo vans AFTER you are told that you are paying for mileage isn't acceptable. Its either or when it's 75 miles or more driven! The CSR knew I was going to drive under 50 miles. Not to mention had she been friendlier.. This would have been a different story.Daisy R.

First the person told that charge was going to be $88 dollars with estimate of miles of 20 miles the next day when I show up they told that Inmy credit card was going to be charge $181. The truck i rented wasnt clean at all it had food garbage from the previous renter and even a toe or fingernail. You guys really need to get 15' trucks into New York City for one way moves. There's nothing to book for months in advance. This lack of availability is going to turn away customers. The staff were more than helpful and did what they could to get a larger truck.Jade R.

The hand truck I reserved because I knew I needed it wasn't available. I had to them go buy one at Home Depot because there was no way the job could be done without it. There was no advance notice that this was an issue. I understand that some equipment has a chance of not being available but notice or possibly an alternate rental location would be most useful.Lynda V.
